It is funny the media doesn't brow bash Trudeau like they do Trump. Trump is doing what he promised and America is benefiting from it. Trudeau has only kept his pot promise and has scandle after scandle and not much is said. Is it a liberal thing or what. Trump is trying to protect America, Trudeau is trying to take Canada down. The proof is in the pudding they say.

Honest question do think maybe the fact we basically protect Canada with our vast military spending it may let Canada be more flexible with its spending on health care and other social programs? What do you think the US could do with a extra 500 billion?

Over 7 minutes to explain that Canada is a big hypocrite. Their officials and citizens tout their liberal leanings publicity to make themselves look good and compassionate but turn around and mess everyone up. One example is this piece about immigration and the other is environment. They boast about supporting causes against global warming but it is Canadian companies that will go to extremes to build oil pipelines disregarding the environment and personal property. It’s is also Canadian mining companies that lobby to reduce protected lands such as national parks in other countries so they can mine it. Canada is like wolves in sheeps clothes.

Lets see; He 1st brakes the Law by Sneaking into the U.S. Then He brakes Another Countries Laws by sneaking in to Canada?? Where in the Hell did He get $15,000? To top it off He Can't speak the languages of either of the 2 Countries! I notice Him at a construction Site. Just try getting that job here. It's now filled with Cheap labor from other countries. I do not like Trudeau,but Looks like Canada is protecting their border !

Islam belongs in Muslim nations. Islam is NOT compatible with western values and culture. Muslims hate other cultures and religions. Logically, there should be nothing of interest for Muslims in a place like Canada. So why are they here? You could say it’s a double standard to enjoy the peace and prosperity of a free country while also demanding special privileges and protection for a barbaric and intolerant third world ideology.

So you're accepted into the USA under a protection program, when it starts looking like your program is ending, you jump ship and start trying to ignore your program that your in that states you have to go home...\n\nThe mere fact that you're escaping to Canada shows you don't care about you immigration program and agreement, so why would we want to accept you? You'll just take as much as you can from our resources and economy and then jump ship the first chance you get, when you think there's a better oppurtunity.

According to the latest statistics, Between March and October 2017, around 15,000 refugee cases has been claimed on the Canada-US borders, over half of them have been rejected and found not eligible to be referred to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), which is the one to determine whether one is in need of Canada's protection or not. In this period, around 600 Cases were processed by the IRB, and close to 500 were officially accepted. People in the comments are freaking out over these numbers when Canada's economy needs no less than 250K immigrants per year to sustain itself. The system is working fine. Relax.

Canada is a Christian country and the muslim community must denounce Islam and be Canadain or leave. No one wants this country to look like Europe. There are good muslims and you can tell who they are. They are the ones that want to fit in to Canadas values. I would gladly protect any muslim that wishes to truely become a Canadian. Guess who I would have to protect them from? It is not Canadians they fear but muslims.

Canada is a wonderful country my obligations towards this country is to protect it muslim or no Muslim, don't let the hate words and feelings bet to you guys don't listen to any comments against any religion we are in harmony here and we wanna keep it that way , god bless this country and protected from the Worms they are trying to spread the poison & fear in our thoughts and beliefs

Probably the only thing i liked about harper. \nHe actually protected Canada from the bad type immigrants (there are good too). \nHe made a law making companies hire Canadians FIRST and if they really cant find someone they can hire immigrants. \nHe also lowered the quota of immigrants coming in every year to a reasonable amount that we can actually handle...\n... I am actually not a harper supported believe it or not and voted for Trudeau but tbh Harper does have some things right. Very few things but yea.

I feel so sorry for the Muslims in Canada... They should move out, and return to their homelands! There they will be safe and protected!

lets act like them, if you see a nikab, just tell her you take it off, or i kill you, if a grownup women is stupid enought to wear that in Canada, she doesn t deserve any respect or rights, Would you respect somebody wearing the nazi uniform ? As a society we are trying really hard to deconstruct the dogmas that have kept us caged over the centuries. So it is sad to see people falling in love with an ancient dogma all over again. Yes, Canada protects people's freedom of religion, but unfortunately the more religious you are, the less democratic and progressive you also tend to be.

What about the terrorism that Christians are involved in?  The sexual abuse of children that still goes on today.  People have to remember not only were Pope John Paul and Pope Benedict were aware of the sexual abuse the perverted priests and bishops engage in,  but Pope Benedict went out of his way to move and protect the pedophile priests.  The Catholic church has spent millions on lawyers to prevent having to pay out the victims of sexual abuse.  The catholic church also has in its possessions stolen art works and valuables stolen by the Nazis during the war.  They have not handed them back to their rightful owners.  And to add insult to injury the Catholic church enjoys tax exemption status and protection in Canada while the victims of the church do not have access to services to help them rebuild their lives due to the effects they still suffer as a result of this abuse.  \n\nAn example of the further victimization sexual abuse victims of the Catholic cult have been exposed to is the practice of Crimen sollicitationis  Crimen sollicitationis states that if a person speaks out about their sexual abuse experiences within this cult they can be ex-communicated from the church.  \n\nAs a white man who is an ex catholic and who also had sexual abuse from this church it is my belief that many young children who were sexually and spiritually abused by the Catholic cult did not come forward because of shame and did not want to have to be exposed to this kind of re victimization by the Catholic cult again. \n\nI believe it is because a lot of Muslim people are people of colour that they are persecuted in Canada.  The real terrorist in Canada is not only the Catholic church but a spokesman for them the Crime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper and the Conservative Party of Canada.  The are terrorists who rig elections, and their party is rife with criminal and illegal activity and are a threat to democracy.  That is why everyone should be protesting their anti terrorist bill they are ramming down the throats of Canadians Bill C-51  \n\nIf you have nothing intelligent to say and believe being a conservative makes you exempt from the laws of Canada, and you are set in dismantling democracy, the Conservative Party of Canada wants you.
