Don’t blame the West. By your own account UAE, Australia, NZ are not technically western. I am sure getting a Visa to Japan, South Korea is equally tough. USA faces substantial illegal immigration from India mainly Gujarat. I am sure same is true of Europe. Don’t blame the passport index. How come China fares better and Singapore and Malaysia are among the best? Introspection instead of Jingoism is the solution.

It’s also about the illegal immigrant population using the official route of getting into the destinations and then disappearing or seeking asylum there

Before we cry foul about why our passport ranks low or why visas keep getting denied, maybe we should take a hard look in the mirror. Instead, some are busy with doing illegal jobs, while others have allegedly slipped across the border into the US illegally. But sure instead of earning the respect, let's kee p demanding for it...

I live in Canada. A citizen now, love this country but India is and will always be a home. Canada is facing hard times currently, which is being faced by every country now and then but even the cause root of all these problems Canada is facing right now is coming from somehow from India. The most disruptive and disturbing people are here from India only with no civic sense. They come here and do not value the Canadian culture at all. They do all sort of illegal activities and try to do jugaad in everything, from which we escaped from India. Even on political grounds, the man who somehow messed up everything was under the influence and pressure of the man having Indian roots. I love India without a doubt but we can’t deny the real facts why Indians are being hated everywhere. People in my community here ( whites, First Nations, old Indians) love me and my family because they know how we respect the culture and values and laws of Canada. But there, where people don’t know us personally, we get judgemental eyes because of our colour and we know why, it’s not all of us, but still majority of us have destroyed the image of India and yes Indians deserve to be banned now. We need skills and knowledge and we should class apart from the stupid ones.

Sorry as a British born Indian I must say this when Indians from the motherland come it pushes down the salary we natives get as big companies pay Indians from India less than natives. It is a massive problem for us local people??????? I am a proud Indian but I am also a proud Brit from my lovely west country, 80s born. It is related to the number of people from specific country that come on visitor visa and overstay it , stay illegally or apply for asylum, more people do that the harder it will be to get visa to that country

Yeah they may have small business but they have to be vetted and with the courts approval if they want this hear and been approved rhey will have to pay a fine because it is illegal to cross into this country illegally.second part the will have to pay back taxes . Yes I was, after Trump got elected no. Disabled human rights are horrible here and as compensation for lawsuits can be capped in cases that is unlikely to change. These are east Indians coming from the UK. They had US visas from the UK. What is Canada to do when they are in transit passengers from the UK and given fake or real but seems fake US visas. All international intransit passengers dont go through customs at their stop over country. Its an international fact. These are people ordered by Imgration Canada to leave Canada after failing the processes to stay in the country. That is 30000 people who should have been put on a plane and sent back to their country of origin. Law enforcement needs to be hired to find these people and put them on the plane. Another way to help this from happening in the future is through the laws. If you are here on a visa or temporary work permit, you must leave by the date on the permit or visa. Failure to do so will result in immediate deportation from Canada to your country of origin. It will also result in a permanent ban from for life from entry to Canada for any reason. If you have been found to enter Canada illegally for any reason. This will also be a permanent ban from entry to Canada in the future for any reason. The only way to extend a permit or visa is from outside of Canada, just like other countries require Canadians to do under their systems. There has to be a reason for people to follow the rules, and that is the permanent ban and immediate deportation upon failure to follow the rules. Another thing is an person needs to have paperwork to get on an international aircraft going to another country. So why do these people arrive in Canada and now have no paperwork. They must show that paperwork to CBSA or face immediate deportation and a lifetime ban from entering Canada for any reason. People who have followed the rules are fully welcomed to Canada. They should show they are entitled to be here and not break major laws of Canada. If you fail and are convinced of breaking major Canadian laws. You will be immediately deported from Canada with a lifetime ban from entry to Canada in the future. These are rules and laws used internationally by other countries, so nothing is new...

Most of these people from Two states of Indian P, H & G are not able to get INR10k job in their Home Town hence now they are working as cleaners, Drivers, Nappy changer & illegal cash jobs in Canada, UK, Australian etc.. If the government really wanted to send them back, the easiest way for this to happen would be to freeze any bank account/work permit, asset after visa expires. This will automatically make a lot of the illegal immigrants leave. Also need to get rid of the rule like usa where a baby is concieved and becomes canadian by default. We don't have ICE, CBSA can't even keep track of anything, this would be the best way to reduce this stupidity the government has gotten Canadians into.
