you need a certain amount of money to live on for 2 years plus job prospect plus no criminal record a good edjucation to come here legally so Canadians that pay super high taxes do not need to worry about taking care of people that think they can just come here and exspect its people.to support them and there families .You cant get welfare for 2 years either.We need to keep Canada a.smart and wealthy country .Yes we can help some in very bad situations but we are.only as strong as our weakest people . They think that if they come to AMERICA or CANADA they have it made. That will give them everything they need. Yet we have our own people to take care of.

I'm sick of these sob stories. Are those people really that stupid? I'm beginning to think they really are. This man had been in the States for several years according to this video. He was in the States illegally. He clearly never bothered to learn English, and it looks like that for his family too. Then he gets scared because Trump got elected and actually starts ENFORCING IMMIGRATION LAW. So he flees to Canada just because of something a really STUPID and poorly liked PM says. So he takes his family and again is expecting to be given asylum, and then does no research to find out the facts about Canada's immigration system before he goes there. Then he complains about having to spend all his money. Oh gee, did he actually think they would just give him free everything??? Clearly the threat he's complaining about in his own country is not that bad, since Canada rejected his asylum. So what does he do? He refuses to turn up for his hearing, and then he flees to another province. Totally criminal activity. Canada's immigration people need to round him up and deport him. It's his OWN FAULT he is separated from his family. HE BROKE THE LAW!!! There are CONSEQUENCES to breaking the law. Sheesh!!! I'm so sick of hearing these sob stories from these freeloaders. Yep---They really are that STUPID!!!

It's a heartbreaking situation, but a country has the right to decide who comes in and who doesn't. The places where hard-working, industrious people like Jose come from need to drastically change their societies to capitalize on his talents and provide for a stable future for his children. Perhaps what the US and Canada can do is help train those country's leaders to implement policies that improve their economies like establishing strong property rights, rule of law, free markets, tough measures on crime, etc. But unless you have a Ph.D. in Physics or will start the next Apple computers, we have plenty of unskilled labor here already. Look, I feel for the guy and I'm empathetic to his plight, I don't think he's an evil person, and our country may be better off having him here working and contributiing to the labor pool, but the law is the law.

Children dying. So do we, they need care and parents can not afford it. Tax me for i want to help every CANADIAN. When we are home free maybe we can splurge.   Being white in Canada is to be constantly pointed at by black people and called racist . When the only people screaming racist is the blacks . Every other ethnic group of people get along.with one another in Canada .  I think the black community needs to stop calling everyone else racist , and deal with there own racist thoughts .Stop accusing  all other group's of people of being racist . There is only one group of racist people in Canada and they are black .

Speaking as a white man I have to admit I don't quite understand the need for anyone to organize as a race in Canada. First generation clubs from whatever country, sure, but as a race? Is it the elephant in the room... American slavery?  I can't help but think that most perceived problems blacks have in Canada are due to American issues we see in movies and media.\nWe in Canada bend over backwards to offer opportunity to succeed. Even touching on racism is widely and loudly crushed. I personally, as do most, give any individual the opportunities they deserve but it's up to them to screw it up or not. To me, if any minority can't make it in this society they aren't trying.\nIt's actually worse in my mind to be white male in public forums because our views and opinions are marginalized and shouted down. Youtube and the internet are the few forums where honest feelings and opinions can be spoken. No one with anything to lose would say this in public for fear of attacks from the thought police. Pretty sad we live in a free country that actually doesn't allow free speech from all. I guess some are more free than others.\nKeep telling me I'm unfair and bad, when I'm not and I might actually grow resentment and the very prejudice you're complaining about.
