The grass is always greener. We are not the US thank god. Greed over benefits over better education and in general a greater social safety net. The large centres in Canada have had there real estate exploited by big business and wannabee real estate tycoons it like the many other schemes that came before are looking to exploit working class people and that has made more difficult for people that doesnt mena Canada doesnt have opportunity. Those who leave are all looking for the brass ring it doesnt mean the US is the answer for some people it is. Funny we all expect what we need should be ours for the taking and we think if we dont grt it thay we are being cheated. The US is a larger market and if you have what they need you are likely to get more for it because of quality competition is high. It is here too just not as much choice. No one is holding you here things go in cycles eventually the real estate will find a level and people will start in better positions. I am a mechatronics technician who has finished an apprenticeship this year. Ausländeramt gave me the shittiest visa ever for two years. Like its really hard to change a company in first two years. Bascially you have to ask for permission Ausländeramt which lets Agentur für Arbeit controll the request. Then they wait for the answer and maybe a lot of time later they will write me back. So a potential positon may be away at that time. I like I wrote a request in June 2024 and still havent got the answer. Great, isnt it?

So to answer a few of your questions……….the drinks are always served in a mug unless it’s for takeout, they are not for keeps.
