I agree our democratic rights are being rapidly eroded and the new bills are emulating the authoritarian controls in China and Russia and are designed to be abused by govt to silence and control population, it is horrifying and like nothing I ever believed would happen in the west

All of them are using our country like a trampoline to go somewhere else. When they are getting older, they are coming back for pension and medical care. They need the Canadian passport, nothing else. Unfortunately, we need people to live here forever, not temporarily for education and citizenship.

These sort of people should be deported it's as simple as that! If they don't like or agree with our ways in the uk there's nothing stopping them from going home. Who do these people think they are! There not wanted here

Several names on the bank website list of leaders are actually Jewish. I think it’s somewhat deceptive to call Jewish people white since when most people think “white” they think Scottish or English, which is unfair. I don’t like the term “white people” since it literally has no context. Someone from Poland or Ukraine for instance, or Russia, has literally nothing in common with someone from Ireland or Sweden for instance bc they have completely different histories, cultures, religions, languages, foods, music, etc. etc. etc. I actually consider the term to be insulting. For instance, how would an oriental person feel if people went around calling them yellow folk? I expect they would not like that very much AT ALL!! Rightly so, they would be insulted. I don’t think black people should allow themselves to be called that either since they are actually NOT black. It’s rude. They are African Canadians. I am Irish Canadian. It makes more sense.

My daughter who has a son with autism was denied any kind of goverment financial assistance for him,and she is barely makig ends meet,and all these scumbags can just force their way into our country ,demand help, and get it like nothing .What,s wrong with our goverment which we pay so much taxes to.This totally sucks !

The migrant crisis will continue to worsen, because the countries that these folks are leaving realise if they treat them like ? they will eventually leave making their own countries more prosperous and putting the burden on others. Canada doesn’t have the infrastructure to support immigration at the scale it wants. It’s not just housing. It’s hospitals, schools, gov’t service centres—not only is everything expensive, it’s inefficient too. I genuinely feel bad for the immigrants coming here based on the Canadian governments empty promises and being left with nothing like the rest of us. I don’t know how Canada can fix this but if this keeps getting any worse the country is just going to fall apart at the seams.

No surprise there, \n\nCanada is NOT attractive to migrants anymore due to multiple reasons.\n\nSoon a 1 bedroom apartment will probably cost 5000$/month for rent in the Major Cities making it impossible to settle here for newcomers.\n\nThe healthcare system has serious problems due to a lack of Doctors and Nurses who left for better paying jobs in US or Europe.\n\nIf you need immediate Specialist care you will probably have to pay hundreds of dollars just to see someone in the Private sector because the Public Health System has huge waiting lists and is understaffed.\n\nYou won’t be able to get a Government Family Doctor because the remaining ones have thousands of patients already so they’re swamped.\n\nYou can wait even 10 years for a Family Doctor and still won’t get one.\n\nYou can’t be bumped up on waiting lists for Doctors or Specialists even if you are in a critical condition because you aren’t a Celebrity / Politician / Millionaire.\n\nOnly those with a lot of money, status, power get immediate medical attention in case of an emergency.\n\nMost of the traditional medical costs like and eye exam, treating an ingrown toe nail, Physiatrie treatment are NOT covered by the Provinces anymore so you will have to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars again.\n\nSome Provinces are already copying the US healthcare system which is 100% Private and for profit so don’t be surprised if you you’re gonna have to pay even for an infusion.\n\nThe minimum wage is only 15$/hour in most provinces when in reality you need at least 40$/hour to survive the ridiculous cost of living.\n\nYour typical salary will go 45% to taxes and 45% to rent leaving almost nothing for food / bills / gas / insurance etc. \n\nYou will struggle to make ends meet and possibly starve a week or two every month just to say that you’re “Canadian” \n\nThat is the sad reality but Canada is in a deep hole right now.\n\nUK is in a similar situation too.

I made my mind after 19 years of serving this country i have learn a lot of lessons. \nThe country is for slaves and health care is money laundering not planing to wait in ER with internal bleeding 3 hours. I was just forced by my husband to come here in 2010. I never plan to live abroad but I went for the sake of the kids and dont want regret. My husband is mentally ill even before we got married(family took advantage of me when they saw I was an independent widow that time). Upon arriving here, nothing was prepared,no beds no nothing just the social housing and he was already orienting me to get food from food bank and simply convinced me to follow here for the child benefits,free education and healthcare. Let me just mention, the family of my husband is claiming they were rich and prominent in the Philippines. Fast forward....14 years after, he didnt get a house for us....I just ran after him for child support....he didnt finish the divorce process that I ask him to do upon arrival....now, that its time for him to pay tution fee for college, he is mad! He is so desperate that he brainwashed one of his sons to blame me and make me feel like the whole thing is my fault! My son almost killed me last time bec his dad getting sympathy and ranting that he has no money. This is the biggest regret of my life......I believe if my sons are educated and grew up in the Philippines, they are more happy and was able to tap all their talents and intelligence. I am done here! And for people telling me that the money we earn here we dont get in the Philippines....sorry, my peace of mind and dignity has no price tag. I am not materialistic too. Respect to humanity is all we need!

I worked in the mines of Northern Ontario have had two wives and six children payed high child support and spousal support. But just before I was ready to retire I had no more responsibilities and I got to keep my pension. I brought a house twenty years ago in Newfoundland where I am from and put it in my Mother's name. I am now retired with a payed for home which I heat with a wood cook stove, electric base boards but never need them and have solar panels and wind turbines but I am still hooked up to the grid but my bill is 40 dollars.I don't have internet or Netflix only a cell phone with a 100 gigabytes download.I run my tv off solar power that charges golf cart batteries also have a generator to charge the battery bank .I download off of YouTube and other places to a 1 terabyte hard drive that run thru my laptop and have that backuped . I have a ham radio. 250 gallon water tank just in case the village I live in the water goes out. I have a water flush toilet and a compost toilet. My property has apple trees and very productive raised beds to grow food, I also fish and hunt small game but I buy beef and pork that is free range and grass fed from a local butcher. There are many ATV trails around here, we have a gas station and small grocery store which I try to buy as much as possible from to support local employment. I have a side by side ATV with a nice back box , insurance and gas cost nothing. I used to have a truck but got rid of it because I didn't need it to get around plus I enjoy the ride in the side by side. The only draw back is to many people drink and drive around here and young people on drugs who steal.. I have pension and benefits and traveled for five years before I came back here. I get restless for excitement but remember it's a time to be quiet. Don't crave others company and I am pretty healthy, the only stress I have is to figure out what I am going to do that day. Yes I have to work to get wood and grow food but I could sit on my ass all day if I felt like it but you got to keep yourself in shape. I watch a lot documentaries and read e books but have my favorite books in paper. It does get boring but boring is good and you must be happy with what you got and no I don't need a partner remember I was married twice and everything was about what they wanted and not me.. I have gotten used to not answering to anyone or having to meet their needs and wants.. yes I am happy and don't have to struggle

I think if you want to succeed then you will succeed anywhere. I love my country India. But I don’t like the pollution and the rat race children go through . You cannot afford a decent place to stay in big cities if you are not earning really really well. Yes, loneliness is there in Canada but you can make friends , join extracurricular activities. I do hate the health system but also I know that God forbid if I ever have a serious disease , I don’t have to pay for it through my nose like India. This lady is cribbing for nothing at all. I don’t think she wanted to stay. She must have thought here roads are paved with gold. In India also you have to struggle . Go in a packed train to work, come late and cook. You don’t learn any life skills because maid is there.

This is so stupid. There are many people like myself that immigrated to this country and was able to contribute to the economy immensely after graduation. Nothing gets handed to anyone in any country. I don't get this campaign to paint all immigrant students as incompetent, naive, lazy people. You should also interview the students that came to Canada are doing very well. But i do agree that these fraud schools need to be shut down.

My understanding is that Hamas hides their military bases underneath civilian areas and discourages them from leaving even after Israel gives weeks of warning and texts maps to people, that their aim is incredibly directed and specific and nothing like the mindless brutality of Oct 7th. Good at the end of the day, we don’t need to defund things like police, what we need is to defund school. At this point, it’s a useless system that’s been overdated. It’s does absolutely nothing for the Canadian and the Canadian working class, and just gives international student a free pass to a PR statue. Which doesn’t nothing but take up resources. At fanshew college it’s basically a place with a bunch of immigrants using it as a holding cell till they meet the requirement and what’s funny is that all fanshew Programs and degree only take not even haft of the minimum effort to pass and get a diploma. So now we are recruiting a bunch of immigrant who are gonna rely things like our society infrastructure which ends up taking away resources for people that actually contribute to this country. I understand and agree with you. Everything here is expensive with high taxes that go up just about every year. Europe is much cheaper and there are many countries that are a lot safer. I understand how you feel as Muslims and I have nothing against other religions. You don’t have your calls to and I as a Christian I don’t have the church bells which happen to also be a call to prayer. If I was not 70 years old I would leave. I am not Canadian but I am a citizen, my husband, however, is Canadian, so we stay because leaving would be extremely difficult. Not only accepting too many international students but also too many people with zero ability and knowledge to communicate with others. Ton of people who came with work permits basically doing nothing. I know so many of them as soon as they got the work permits, left Canada and got back home. Our education system is not as efficient as before. Too many kids from those family with work permits are joining the schools every day so the number of kids in each class is way more than it should be.There is no idea behind bringing too many immigrants. Stop doing that. Canada is not a great country like before.

Listened to your vlog and I want to suggest few things as an immigrant myself... I am not sure of your detials but seems like your husband came back after 2 months leaving you there with family.. I have rarely seen any family settling abroad unless they have seriously burnt all there bridges back home.. if you start with a mindset that let's go and see and if doesn't work out we will come back 90% odds are you will go back.. firstly come with absolutely clear mind that no matter what happens you are not going back.. and you will make it here no matter what. The journey will become much easier and one directional.. Secondly you do not have to rely on any family abroad to move.. this is an other mistake people make.. they think they will have support but this support is actually a limiting option ... it doesn't let you get on feet quicker. Nobody can support you for long abroad and sooner than later you have to get on your feet. once you over stay your welcome you can start getting some unwelcoming vibes and then you get depressed thinking there is no one genuinely yours in this country.. you waste your initial time relying on your family.. better start without them in the first place and get going from day one.. and lastly 2 3 months is nothing to settle any where let alone in Canada.. you have to be patient, persistent and focused and after 2 years and after seeing all the calendar and religious seasons twice, you finally start to think of new place as your home.. its hard but in the end it's truly worth it and then you can never go back to India or Pakistan

Almost a million foreign students allowed in country of 34 M people ! Mind boggling to say the least. Why is this problem happening ? Obviously, the minister Trudeau installed to run this, is incompetent, of low ID, or doesn’t care. Don’t blame the schools. Those who run these schools are like us, human beings, being thirsty for “money” is nothing out of the ordinary ! Getting $10K/yr. for a domestic student + subsidy fr. government of say another $10K, is about a third of a foreign student has to pay. Do the math ! Don’t blame them, blame incompetency of people Trudeau put in charge of it.

I totally agree that this country will break your spine and test your ultimate willpower. Me and my wife came here 5 years back and we decided that we will shut ourselves like a tortoise. Forget about savings and forget about everything else. Only and only one goal we had in mind is that we will live in the basement and earn top dollars. Just to give you a perspective. My first pay was 19 dollar per hour and my current pay is 87 per hour. My wife started with 16.5 per hour and now earning 69 per hour. Even though our income grew substantially, we never raised our expenses. Answer to all problems in Canada is income. Now after 5 years we bought house worth of 1.4 M. We moved out of basement and felt immense pride. We paid 37% down payment and 3 banks approved our mortgages in a heartbeat. No debt at all. We paid up our car in full. Just a regular new suv nothing fancy. \nEveryone is different, we all are unique and I believe you took a right decision. Each and every word you said in the video is true. \nWe cried , we fought , we felt that our life is ruined but we both thought that ek bar to Canada ko harana hai. Hey these are my last 15 days in Canada I have everything here good job but we are moving back for my son. Here zero social life for immigrants unless u have your relatives here already. Mg son goes to school for 4 hours and rest of the day we try to keep him busy in activities at home but we are humans too , not everyday we can keep him busy all the time away from I pad TV. I am frustrated seeing him like this. We are here since 2022 he was 2 years old now he is 3+. He has not a single interaction with other child in our apartment… just school time is interacting time for him with other kids .. as a mother I am depressed and taken decision to go back to my home … now I can see him playing outside and interacting with people…. No restriction nothing… We have prioritised his physical health so coming back.. and yes u are right car is must..

I am living in GTA since 1993. Initially I had been a factory first 11 years. Ever since i did not get job based on my skills, it was far big difference.\nLater in 2001 i started to work in IT Industry, after this10 years this industry started to decline.\nCurrently i do still find a job, but that is like a contingent worker and now i work 6 months in a year. My kids have grown up, and other than a miracle, there is nothing of a skill that can you depend upon.\nMoreover Canada has failed sense a difference between faithful citizenship and rogue communities. So rogue communities are have 2 jobs (cheat fully) and there are some people i know are working on 3 jobs absolutely have less real skills than me.

I was born in North York in 1955. Used to be the cleanest city in North America. Beautiful, modern, safe. Now, I'll be blunt. to parrot a phrase from Trump, it's a SHITHOLE of a city. Nothing but condos, you can't even see the lake anymore. Every 6 months when I go downtown from Aurora there another 30 condos being built. Often owned by foreigners with lots of money, who buy up 3-5 units at a time. Parking and traffic are impossible. Green spaces like Allen Gardens are now owned by homeless, not the taxpayers. The government is a far left leaning one, which means let the whole world in, no matter if there are no services, driving up debts by increased spending, and resulting in a place only the very rich can now afford to buy a house or pay rent for a tiny crummy one bedroom unit. I even give up free Leaf tickets when I'm offered, it's just not worth the aggravation of traffic and tons of people. Good luck!!!

Nobody said this so I have to; Canada is a country like most western country sell hope for people; however many, not all who comes over these western country find themselves in a hard place; with broken family; broken kids, and just work, work, work, and pay pay pay... when they work all their life, and get old; most have nothing to show for; their kids are too busy for them, most end up alone in a nice place; eventually, they will realize all they have is a nice jail, and kids, and the Gov;t just wait to get all their asset when they past. Sad Reality. There was a time when one get old are surrounded by their family; kids, grand kids, etc... Its now gone!

I would never speak for a whole huge group of people like this. I'm 100% sure many would like to at the very least temporarily move. I definitely would. When where you live doesn't look or feel at all like home for me it isn't home anymore. For many like myself this whole world is just a temporary home, and nothing compared to our an eternal home of peace. ?✝️

The problem with healthcare in Canada is middle management.\n\nThere are like 3 managers for every doctor, 2 for every nurse.\n\nThen there is regular administration.\n\nCouple that with the public sector unions that represent ALL of them, and the system becomes geared to making itself bigger, and less efficient.\n\nWhether the public sector unions want to admit it or not, they have literally destroyed healthcare in this country.\n\nIt's all about the people that work in the industry now, and nothing to do with the patient, and THAT is the problem.\n\nIt's gotten even worse since Covid, now EVERYONE that works at a hospital is a ROCK STAR, so you can't say no to any of their demands anymore, or you're a monster that doesn't care about 'front line workers.'\n\nCanada has become a punchline.

This is a very thoughtful and balanced review. As a retired Canadian who had a good job for most of my life, I'm saddened by the decline in almost all areas of life, lifestyle and and people's aspirations in this country. This decline actually seems quite rapid, I would say from 2015 onwards. Housing in major centres was expensive, but it has skyrocketed in the past decade. There has been a decline in many institutions: 1. health-care, especially noticeable since the pandemic that coincided with many boomer medical staff retiring, but also by our sclerotic institutions refusing to enable foreign-trained doctors to work here. Many foreign-trained doctors in the Vancouver area are doing jobs way below their qualifications while many people cannot even get a family doctor. Crazy. Econonically, there seems to have been no plan at all from the government as we exited the pandemic. At least the US had a plan, to 'build back better'. Our government just floats along as if everything is fine, when the decline is very visible especially to older Canadians. We have admitted 1/2 a million people a year from overseas, so our economy should reflect this and show an upswing. But no, we're in a 'technical recession' as of December and probably a real recession as of last week. I have never voted Conservative in my life, but Trudeau is a flaky dimwit with a famous name who has no clue what he is doing. A fool, in fact. He's mismanaged our foreign relations beyond belief, and nothing has improved domestically. When Pierre Poilievre says 'Canada is broken', I believe it. We deserve much better leadership; in Canada's case, the rot does come from the top. Justin the entitled idiot is much more like his mother than his father.\n\nLong rant. Canada is not one place - 2 nd biggest country in the world in area, with 13 totally different province's, one area code in the GTA has more population then Western Canada, so one cant paint a single brush stroke to talk about Canada. At present time the whole world is going through changes, look at USA - globalization is changing, look at England dropping out of EU. One cant just say Canada like its one place, Quebec, BC and Alberta have nothing in common, three different countries not one. Different issue's , cultures and languages. Ok....I've lived in Singapore for the last 33 years, graduated from the University of Alberta with an Electrical Engineering degree. Worked 1 year in the arctic in 1989 then was offered a job in Singapore in 1990 and never looked back. There are MASSIVE engineering opportunities in Asia, its nothing like Canada. \nIf you have to deal with the Canadian government from outside the country your quickly realize that Canada is run by....children. The high commission is a joke, the over seas PP stuff is a joke, its all a joke. They could just copy the legislation that Australia has but they don't, it a complete amateur joke.\nCrime in Singapore? There is almost zero. \nTaxes? Singapore taxes are 1/4 of that in Canada plus there are no capital gains tax in Singapore. Ain’t nothing a AR can’t take care of ? soon as they cross over they automatically get more government aid then I do . They need to stop breeding so dam much in Mexico if they know they can’t support them . They want to come here And breed like crazy so all the children become citizens. I’m half Hispanic and I’m tired of that shit . I work just as f# hard as any of them 38yo still can’t afford my own home making decent money . I won’t have a child if I know it’s going to be a struggle. But after 5 years they have 6 kids government aid section 8 condo with a brand new Silverado
