I have 2 brothers that live in the US and they both enjoy living there. Yes, the medical is expensive and not as good as Canada's medical plan. But it's also true that you could get in fast all in the US. Hospitals pill to getting in to Canadian hospitals for appointments. For\n Myself, I love, the US has lot of nice cultures. And I Love all the theme parks that you guys have down there like Disneyland and hollywood theme park as well and even Hawaii.

Good. Less immigration is what all Canadians want. I’m the child of immigrants I believe immigration is a good thing. But not the way it has been completely ruined by this government. Our country is flooded with low skilled immigrants. In addition the mass immigration and rapid demographic change is not incentivizing immigrants to adapt to Canada. ( eg see any corner in any town in Ontario and see how much of the immigrants speak English). If eveything is Canadian then nothing is. I want our culture not to be dissolved into nothingness.

Funny how I sat with a Canadian elderly person who looked me in the eye and told me how lazy Canadian youth are and crying that immigrants are getting their jobs when in reality it’s either they don’t have the actual qualification or do not want to work the job. As an employment coordinator, I have received so many Canadians under 35 years of age who want me to help them look for a job but then after all the effort I put in they just send a long message telling me they don’t think they are mentally ready or physically ready or if they are worthy or good enough hence the reason they just want to quit and not get a job anymore.

I am a Canadian. Moved to Houston and lived there for eight years....there is nothing pleasant about living in the United States. Sorry but you guys fail even the basic courtesies of life. Was relieved to get back to Canada and get rid of my sidearms! Hospitals and clinics in the U.S. want proof of insurance or they can refuse to even look at you! In Canada no clinic or hospital can turn you away....and we have the Good Samartan law here...meaning you can't be sued for helping someone in an emegency. I actually knew a person in Houston who made her living suing people and companies just because it was easy money....try that here...lmao. To sum it up....living in Canada has the most appeal for me. Now, 2025, I would not even cross the border...too dangerous...trump tards everywhere and who knows when you will be on thier target list.

I don’t know about rest of the world but in the US alone, 700,000 Indians entered the country either illegally or overstayed their US visa just last year alone. In Canada, some Indian international students were discovered to have forged their education documents and now have been deported. Temporary workers are demanding permanent residency after work visa extensions have been cancelled due to housing shortages & increasing unemployment rate. \n\nIndian people in general are good workers but these protest aren’t helping and demanding they be allowed to stay while their documents are forged is upsetting Canadians. 1st thing, Cad govt is responsible for this bcz they shouldn't have approved their visas 1st. Secondly, if they got approved, they should know they're still foreign and government will never give priority to foreign over legal Canadians. Students with expired visas should go back. But what is Canadian culture? Is it found in Quebec? Alberta? Or the Reserves? What is it exactly? Do Canadian Immigration documents require applicants to sign they will convert their religion or culture after coming here? If you would change your culture upon entering another country, good for you but you have no right to expect that kind of inauthenticity from other people. If someone changes who they are and their culture upon entering another country then they are not as real as they portray. I worked at a Polish Grocery store and came across a man who's lived here for 30 years and spoke 10 words of English. All they speak at that store is Polish. One time, I went on 1 day business trip to Canada ( i have American Citizenship, but born in Europe). Yes I was, after Trump got elected no. Disabled human rights are horrible here and as compensation for lawsuits can be capped in cases that is unlikely to change. I should state the government had to pay me $25,000 dollars for violating my rights (this cost me $35,000+ in legal fees!) so I know of what I speak. It was the same when I moved provinces. In terms of mobility my fate was better in the 4 third world countries I visited after my stroke, there are no busses in loads of places here as we can’t “afford” them. Also I should state the government tried to make me site an NDA that would not allow me to state their behaviour, this should be illegal where government money is concerned! On to health care…. Why do disabled people struggle to get a family doctor when they move provinces? Also why did the mother of a Ukrainian disabled kid have to go back to a country that had been invaded to get help for her child that was having convulsions? She got no help here and her child was in our system by then and her husband has been paying taxes since I got him a job here 3 day a after landing. Once I just searched on google masters degree from foreign country, i literally got 100s of adds for months about Canadian, australian, german and US universities, So if i will take admission in those unis after paying whole saving of my family i atleast want to have rights to work in that country otherwise why would i leave my country as i still have middle class life here. And also it's the responsiblity of any unis in the world that if anyone comes to your country for than they should atleast have right to work for the same number of yr as he spent in his course so that he can earn back same amout which he paid for the tuition fees, suppose if i does my Master's from US for which i have to pay atlest 80-100k including living cost and to earn back that same amount of money in the india from best paying companies will take atleast 7-8yrs it's just about getting same amount of money back in account and to make saving of that much money will atleast take 20yrs then tell me why should some go for education in foreign countires if he doesn't get chance to earn that back, College fees are usually decided on PPP terms of the freshers job in that country that why atleast giving chance for work for the same amount of time of the total course time is a good thing otherwise just stop sending adds, just stop scamming indians, and just close your billion dollor economy which works on fees of indian student. Even many african specially nigerian they qualifies to work in india if they did any of his degree from india.

As a tenth generation Canadian( more up the native side ) I really resent being told by kalistanies that it's their land and all white people need to go back to Europe. Similar story, grew up in Vancouver as a kid. Can't say that I got much from Canada other than a pile of student debt. With a top engineering degree from a Canadian university, no jobs, no interviews. If it set me up for a better future, I could give it some credit, but even with visas, I had *much* better luck with opportunities in the US and even in western Europe, which is similarly socialist to Canada. I have had to move from country to country thanks to the lack of decent opportunity in Canada. More liability than asset, in my experience, other than the passport.
