Colombia was always gonna bring its people home, but they made sure to do it the right way. Instead of using military planes for deportations like they were criminals, President Petro's government sent a regular plane. That way, the folks coming back were treated with respect and dignity. I want to remind people that the reason Columbia declined the deportation was because they were brought over on military equipment in handcuffs. All Columbia wants is for their people to come back on commercial airlines with some dignity. THATS IT. So why is Trump's first reaction to punish people for wanting to compromise?
