This isn't just a white or black thing it's an out of control immigration system where people use loopholes in the system to gain residency. This anti-immigration isn't isolated in fact most immigrants who's lived in Canada all their lives have expressed deep concern that the government is letting in too many from one nation and the lopsided admittance is part of the concern. The metrics of the majority of new immigrants come from the Middle East and India how can anyone not notice the concern that many have been expressing for a decade. Canadians aren't against immigrants it's that we didn't expect to just let anyone in without actually knowing how to speak English or have etiquette and follow laws. Many have concerns that many of the new comers can't even speak English yet they have license to drive and how do we get around most bend the rules or the law. Myself I've notice a skyrocketing scam scheme and how can you not equate that to the rise in our broken immigration policy. The last time I heard you had to have certain criteria to be considered to immigrate and why is that some countries like from the South Pacific you need to know English have money in the bank and a skill or degree on a list of acceptable qualifications. So many who can't even read or write English have jobs, drive a car, then to make matters worse have housing yet we have a crisis? Most Canadians see the pattern and most are educated enough to know there is something to be said, loopholes and when they find it they abuse the system.

You do know, that while Canada already been giving the Skilled Workers the preferential treatment fir decades, many of the Doctors, Engineers, Nurses, etc are unable to get a job of their training, bc they must write expensive, long exams! \n\nIf they had been out of the University for years, this is not easy to do! They need to support their families, study again and save Thousands of $$$ to pay for and write these exams! Canada makes it difficult for them to work in their field! \n\nThey receive many promises from the Canadian Immigration Department, which often does not deliver! A valid example, those with the Master’s Degrees, too often, receive only the Bachelor Degree equivalency in Canada, despite the promise of their degrees and experience in the field to be honoured! It’s an unjust and an unfair system! An Engineer driving a Taxi! Many, many such examples! \n\nThat’s why many highly-educated immigrants are working as taxi drivers, delivering food, or in under -educated jobs, etc! I met a hospital Medical Lab Tech, who was a Doctor in his birth country!! Another immigrant was a Lab Tech working as a Lab Assistant! Still, another immigrant with a Master’s Degree and experience in the Medical Cancer Research working as a Lab Assistant! \n\nThe bills don’t wait until they write the new exams, save the required money and qualify, etc!!

A master carpenter can't get hired bc he wont accept 25$/hr for a job driving 2 hrs each way. So they hire the immigrant Latinos. Too many Mexicanos since 2017, no visa required....

How can gov officials be so retarded?? immigration doesnt affect housing. Government interference affects housing. Removing the LTB and changing tenancy laws to a free marketplace will open the floodgate, and everyone will want to become a landlord. Now, no one wants to, and this is what drives rental prices up. You have reduced supply due to harsh rules. If a tenant does not pay rent, they should be arrested for theft. Now, with the current laws, a 1 year lease means a lifetime lease. Who wants to rent for life? Who the hell is the government determining rental increase rates at 2% when inflation was at 7-10%? \nI can get a 1 year lease, and that agreement should be honored, but after that, it should be a free market. \n\nIf a landlord were to charge double, would anyone live there? It would have to be competitive and more people with homes would want to do it. Now most people dont want to due to the rules and this creates the shortage.

This reduction to 395,000 is ridiculous. These people are a joke. Every Uber driver in our town is Indian. These good folks come here thinking they'll get a job with a future. There are now so many Ubers in town, its cheaper to drive in an Uber than your own car.

But if you walk in via Wroxham Road with no passport or identification you will be accepted even if you are a terrorist or a criminal, you will get welfare & accommodation & the vote, you will be under no obligation to work or learn our language & after one year your estranged family will get the same deal. I’m not anti immigration but I am anti mass immigration especially when they all come from one place. Importing millions of migrants from a different culture all in a short period time is going to cause friction. I am Spanish and I am currently working and residing in Germany. And I can affirm that the same racism or discriminatory attitude that many complain about is also projected onto other immigrants. In my work there are Pakistanis who form groups among themselves and do not want to know anything about the rest, they are an example. I have also seen this attitude in some Turks, who show off their cars to each other and behave in really fearful attitudes and driving.\nSo far the Germans I have dealt with, whether at the bank, my landlady or even the one I bought the car I have from, have treated me very well. Another thing is that as an immigrant who arrived 9 months ago, unfortunately I have not made any German friends my age (20 - 30s).

So we need to think about who is a Canadian? Unless you belong to the Indigenous group you are either an immigrant or a descendant of an immigrant. I have lived in Brampton for almost 20 years and have witnessed the change. Yes, people need to adapt and understand the so called Canadian culture. But also think about whether you will have an issue with a white Portuguese or Italian immigrant ,the same way. These Indian students are spending money and driving the economy. They are loosing their precious years doing trivial jobs which the so called white people will not do. Indian students are committing suicides at an alarming rate in canada. interesting I live in the US, and we have the same problems here homelessness, drug overdoses, and high taxes, some states have higher taxes than others, home prices are skyrocketing, and no new homes are being built. no new low-income housing. Just a real shortage in housing period.. Yet, we have gotten so many immigrants from all over the world flooding here. I can't understand why they come. We have terrible medical care. Public schools are awful so glad I do not have children. I ask myself has the whole world gone crazy? COVID closings& forced vaccines, insane people out there driving like well like they are insane. I find Indians in Vancouver bring their standard of driving or cycling on busy streets which is TERRIBLE and inconsiderate. \nI do not blame Indians. I blame the government. The government made the mistake of opening doors to o wide to Indians ect. This needs to be corrected and the door shut with visas not renewed. If the few cream of the crop indians wish to come, ok. Being the reason why i left the country right after 6 months, truly horrifying when it comes to saving and studying, finding part time jobs in well known provinces is hell, even after you get the job, you won't get enough hours to save up for the upcoming year for your tuitions, you cannot do both at the same time, you either study or work, there's no point in dragging yourself for the specific period of time you're there for and end up driving either a uber or looking for tradework.

Indians should be banned from every First world country. I was born here 55 years ago, I am mixed race and have been asked if I was Indian. I think that my time growing up in Canada is that Indians have had the most racism towards them. However, There are too many coming here right now. 99% of the Indians I have met with are nice and great people. With that , the shear amount of Indians that are not desirable are here. Cannot drive, rude, no understanding of customer service and take over public spaces and are litter bugs. You guys have to help transition into the western american canadian tradition. I have seen influxes of other countries come over here in my 55 years but I have never seen one group come over with these huge numbers. It is a massive displacement

Funfact : south Indians especially from Kerala avoid these Punjabi settlements. Punjabis are from North. Majority of them follow Silkh religion which can be identified by the head cover. They own huge farm lands back in the fertile Indus river plains of India Pak border and the parents sell it so their young ones can find a job and settle in Western countries. But they don't behave properly. Rash driving, littering etc is still followed. Canada should be stricter to them. Love from India.❤

I moved here from Wales 5 years ago. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to many country’s around the world and I’ve honestly never seen anything like Canada. Most days don’t even meet Canadians. My boss is Indian, my land lord is Indian. I went to service Canada to update my driving licence and there was about 150 young indain students queuing up around the mall. When I’m lucky enough to strike up a conversation with a Canadian (born here) they seem beaten down and can’t believe the change in last 10 years…. Heartbreaking

Just so people understand how we live.. I'm a disabled person who lost my leg working for the government and was put on a pension that gives me 19k a year.. my rent is 18k a year.. an asylum. Seeker or immigrant receives 62k per year I have one asylum Seekers living with me. And dosent work and makes more them my that works full time even though I can't walk and he get to drive around in a new car and send money home to take care of his family back home n sends money back to get more family members here to get more money

Look at the level of English, they don't even know what the sign means and TRUCK DRIVING is a skill set( I don't know that).
