Our plan is settle down in Vancouver, BC. \nI just found out about the BC Tech program from one of your videos and planning to prepare and apply for jobs there. Wiuld you have an idea, approach, suggestion for me to apply and secure an offer from Employers in BC? \n\nP.S. These tests are ridiculous. First min. White guy says hes never been followed by police. Lie#1. Every single human alive has been followed by police.

These tests should be done anonymously. You'll then get true, unbiased opinions. Being on camera, and other people watching you do this is a tremendous pressure. This test is a fail.

However, I would be grateful if you could clarify on below points.\n\n1.In the British council site there are three exams for IELTS, Book paper based and computer delivered ielts (academic and general training), IELTS for UK visas and immigration (academic and general training?, IELTS life skills (A1 and B1). Which test should I take? \n\n2.If my application has been rejected can I apply for it again?\n\n3.Based on your experience what would be the Canadian equivalent of a three yr course of B.com in India?\n\n4. This immigrants should know how to speak English! That should be a requirement at least.. here in Australia, you need an English test score to apply for Australia residency/ citizenship

Just because you prefer to hang out with or be around a certain people doesnt mean racism is there. Racism is in how you treat other races. Unconscious bias is like chasing a ghost of a ghost. The test on the computer somehow doesnt seem very accurate either. I have a hard time with the fastness of it. Its way too easy to\n p\nush the wrong button in error

It is likely a bias questionnaire... I took a test like this and I was never asked questions like... If whites would only try harder they could be just as well off as blacks. See video at (11:45).

Canadians have a lot of prejudice that isn't limited to racism. Productions like CBC are disingenuous with their reporting to push a narrative. The 'test' alone (link above) uses semantics to manipulate responses, thusly results. Also, you can't peg a corporation for the perceived behaviour when following around white minimum wage workers. Attack corporations for the slave labour used to produce the goods you take for granted every day, how about that? Nope, you work for the government who is in bed with corporations. It is sad to see the results of this test however I believe that discrimination runs much deeper than just colour of skin and or ethnic origin. I would love to see a similar test done that shows how disabled persons get treated not just by the general public but also how they get treated by those of authority such as police forces.

It's a bit bias why not go to places run by African American or Asian and then do the test with the 3 guys and see how that also pans out

Are ethnic minorities tested? Do these people also have a preference for their own ethnic group? These tests are inherently biased... given that people generally prefer that with which they are familiar.

I'm in my 60s I never been called the N-word and I'm from New York.. When that Muslim woman was being harassed I never seen people get treated like that because most people Now a Day's do there Bullying on the Internet.. I took the racial bias test. I didn't get the answer I was expecting.

My only question about these tests, is how large were the sample pools? And one other thing to note, is that compared to almost every other nation on earth, Canada has next to no racism (i believe we are actually the best on earth when it comes to that). I'm white and have traveled to Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America, and have experienced racism in every one of those continents. By a large portion of the people I interacted with. I also find that most racism that I have seen or experienced stems from 2 places. One culture and the second a lack of experience in interacting with other races.

It's sad that we needed this kind of testing to make people admit that there is racism in Canada. If you ask every person of colour in Canada, they will tell you the truth. Just believe them. Why doubt? There's a problem right there.

There is bias in the experiments having the presumption of being treated differently. I did a test going into different stores of the same name and I was treated differently. I also was treated differently by women compared to men. Younger individuals compared to older and depending on the section of store. I never look around to see if someone is around me and when I did start looking, people were there. Could it be we are looking for flaws in people? Society today is being taught skin color, gender and ethnicity are THE reasons you get attention from someone else. There are extremely rude and immorally questionable people in this world, yes. Thank goodness they are the few.\n\nWe cannot give them recognition by building societal rules around their behaviors. Ignore them and they will fade away.

So to be really fair on this you have to take a white person into a black neighborhood! You are actually being racially bias by eliminating that from you test. So was that a concious decision? Because here you are just pointing out one side of the story.

I'm going to bet that the results came out the same for the majority of people who took that test. It has to fit the narrative.

Introduce policies for double blind testing procedures since doing so would be a great first step. This helps to remove bias in certain fields and a great example is in orchestra's. Since it's implementation they've seen a rise in the diversification and equalization in general. This might be a good way to resolve the issue in education and employment which in turn could spread to the general society. It also helps to ensure that the most qualified individuals get the jobs and not those who happen to have connections.

There is no systemic racism in Québec? lol, has this guy ever did the paper driving exam? Even as a native French speaker, it is hard to understand the poorly written questions. How do you think an immigrant does when they need to pass this test in less than 6 months to be able to do keep his job and can't always pass the test in his own language?

I remember taking that test thingy, I should take it again. Got neutral, I forgot how they worded it.
