People think that living in foreign countries us good and relaxing and you enjoy a lot. Well this is not true. I have one of my friends who told me the way he lives and works and studies in Canada. Believe me, you won't like to hear what he told me. He does two part time jobs starting from morning to afternoon at 3 and does another one from 4 to 8 and he barely gets 4 to 5 hours to study. At times when there are exams or tests in the college, he has to skip the work and go to the College but when he skips, he feels from deep inside that for today I don't have even this amount of money and believe me, staying in Canada or any other county is not as easy as eating a plate of rice and on the first time when you go to look for a job, you will get it at McDonald's or any type of restaurants. And the work my friend does is to cut meat at McDonald's in Canada.

Don't believe her. All or most Chinese lie for personal gain. I would say most Asian lie for personal to come to the US or Canada.

I don't know what Sharia Law/ Islam is all about to hate it that much. We have Muslims in our country. At least around 20% of the population. Maybe more than Australia... but there are as many different interpretation of Islam and Sharia Law, as the Bible and Christian denominations. What you probably have is the Radical Extremist type.... The type that doesn't accept differences in culture and the population they are in. They are the minority who wants to have the majority rule... We also have problems with Radical Islam and majority of the Muslim population in my country does not accept them that much. There are certainly discrimination against Muslim, but not as much as most western countries does. My advise is to not to generalize Muslims as one type of people. There are people in that community that does not believe in extremist interpretation of the law. Second, deport or watch radical extremist as they are dangerous to any multicultural society, like the white supremacist and Neo- Nazis in the US. Some of them are citizens. Deporting your own citizen to a different country is far-fetched. Third, accept them as part of a sub- culture, having their own ways within their group, yet under the laws of the nation they are living. The way they dress, polygamy, and women's rights are just some issues that Westerners usually cringe about. But there are other religions who practice these as well. Lastly, stop hating each other because your hate will empower extremism. \nReligion is either you are born with it until you are old/ mature enough to choose or an independent choice.

How could you not inform yourself to the best of your ability so that you are prepared? My mother looked into everything, gave up everything, to come to Canada. It was tough, but did it so that the kids she would have would be Canadian, a country she believed in. \nI’m so proud to be Canadian, and for us to be a country that welcomes all, but those that come should inform themselves of the processes and try to learn the culture, not just have it as a ‘better life’ ticket.

Before I moved to Brampton, I had no idea HOW MANY Indians actually lived here. I'm of south Asian descent but I grew up here as a Canadian. I still keep my culture but I'm Canadian FIRST. It's true too, some of them don't believe in deodorant, holy shit I literally had to tell a guy who sat beside me on the bus that he smelled. I know it was rude but if someone doesn't tell these people, they will think not wearing deodorant is normal. I miss the Canada I grew up in. My friends were mostly white but there was a nice mix of us: white, black, asian so we all got along. Today, everyone is in their own groups, strangers are the enemy, there is so much more segregation than there has ever been. Not long ago at a Tim Hortons I heard an Indian guy who was clearly new to the country telling his friend he didn't have to learn English because everyone in Brampton speaks Punjabi, it was insulting hearing that.....Listen up Indians and any immigrants coming here: BEFORE you come here, learn English, LEARN the customs and learn the CANADIAN WAY. Why does liberalism today must stand for unshackled pratices that are unraveling before us?? I consider myself a liberal and honestly i think i believe much of their policies are driven by madness, not all of them but many of them. It is unfortunate to see people saying such horrific things about Islam. This religion is something of scholarship and deep understanding. This is not a superficial religion it takes understanding, patients and serious contemplation. when you attempt to speak about Islam on a superficial level that is all you will get out of it. This religion asks more of its believers because the creator sees more within us than we can ever see within ourselves.

It's always a one sided point of view.They can say anything they want and we're supposed to believe them.They're so afraid to say anything good about Canada because they'll  get their heads chopped off.It amazes me how the media is so quick to jump at the opportunity of a minor complaint about one jerk.Mind your own business and we'll mind ours.If you want to live in a country of Us and Them,then move to Saudi Arabia where you're complaints will land you in the stoning pit.

People real Islam is not a religion of peace! Read the Koran and you will see! It's true that most Muslims are peaceful,but most Muslims like Christians follow the traditions of their Mosque or Church but do not follow the full letter of the Koran or Bible. True Koran believing Muslims who follow the full letter of the word of the Koran are violent and are not tolerant of other religions. they are a threat to any civilized society! Wake up people this radical evil religion will do nothing but cause pain and suffering to any country who tolerates it! Christians sucks Arabs money in middle East , easy to say kill them or kick them out but I know many of them already converted to Islam and became good human. Maybe we could educate them with science or we could challenge Allah to a wagon pulling contest......hmmm his wagon isn't moving....guess he took a nap. Those women are lying, They cannot tell the truth because the will be shunned by their families.
