Close the US Canadian border.

As a Canadian, I can state that our current Liberal government doesn't care about Canadians, or if people illegally cross the border into the USA.

I live right on the Canadian border to Michigan near Detroit and talking to an agent who goes to my gym, he says they are catching more coming across the Detroit river than ever before. The city I grew up in 1970-80 was 98% white and now 40% is hispanic and growing. Soon very few whites will even border Detroit in the burbs. White males are not getting good blue collar jobs because they’re going to more DEI applicants. Cities that were vibrant with large shopping centers and baseball fields are gone and empty. Kids don’t play outside anymore and the downtown districts are gone.

The USA should take over Canada and become the biggest country in the world. Canada is a mess-up place that had nine years of liberal politics that destroyed the entire country. Canada has no military power, they cannot protect the upper border from Russia and China. The US air force take care of that, and they should not. Otherwise, Canada should be divided into new states and work as a united country. By the way, I'm a Canadian from Montréal.

I'm a Canadian with dual-citizen parents from NY, I used to cross this same border crossing with only my driver's license. This year I was refused entry for not having my passport and was held for 3 hours by CBSA. Glad to see foreign aliens crossing on foot while dual-citizens are treated like criminals. Great work to both our administrations!

We are aware and we as Canadians care about our role in your and our border problem. Our Liberal government however is the problem. Unintelligent people in cabinet following the most unintelligent Prime Minister. Why Canadians vote for them is beyond me. Mostly eastern Canadians do as western Canadians are Conservative voters.

It is being uncovered that both the last two federal elections were interferred with by foreign actors, and the Prime Minister knew. LOL: we were up that way two months ago .While there are actual border stations there are hundred of back road crossings that only operate a limited number of hours per day.While tehnically illegal Canadians ( and there thousands of them ) gladly turn a blind eye when there are fortunes to be made.Arrive at midnight and a small sign asks you return the next day and check in.Fat chance that happens .Meanwhile thousands can walk over the border at which point they can call an UBER to get a ride to New York city. UBER says they are clamping down but truth be told you can UBER to a suburb of NYC and then get another UBER in to Manhattan, NO questions asked !

Well,in the event Trump returns as President of United States he will have to make plans to build another border wall this time on the Canadian side. The new wall will probably cost as much as 4 times more than the wall on the Mexican side due to the fact that the Canadian border is longer than the Mexican border.

I live in Buffalo, NY on the Canadian border. For the last 50 years (my memory), we’ve never had an issue with illegal crossings. \n\nAlthough NYS is a “sanctuary state”, we are NOT a sanctuary city. Local police do work with ICE, as much as they’re allowed. There’s no free housing or benefits. Thats only NY City. \n\nThe border is in a rural area. The kind of place everyone has a shotgun of some sort. Walking up on someone in their back yard may not work out the way they think it will.

Everyone knows the Northern border is open. Hell all you got to do is ask anyone who works for any of the environmental fish and game officers who work along any of the border states and they will tell you the border is open as they often catch Canadian poachers illegally hunting here in the U.S. all the time. The Canadian coast guard often hassles fishermen on the St. Lawrence seaway.

This is why Trump in the US is so popular. Trump policies: #1 he will close the southern border , 15-30 k immigrants a day everyday are allowed to into the US. Some of these immigrants are coming to do harm to the US . They are usually from Muslim countries and African countries. Most coming from South/central America are coming to work in the US , ecape violence/gangs and are also Christians (same religion ). #2 trump stated he will take away birthright citizenship. That is, if both parents are born/citizens from, for example, Syria, then their children born in US will not be granted US citizenship. The children will granted citizenship of their parents. As I watched alot of EU countries Finland, Poland, Lativia closed their borders to immigrants. The US wants to do the same . We gets labeled racists for wanting this same policy. Those EU countries got applauded ??for closing their borders for safety concerned for their citizens. If Canadian or American were to move to either country, we respect them. Americans respect Canadian laws, culture ect . Americans also wouldn't move to Canada or the UK to commit crimes or overthrow the government. We Americans, Canadians and Britts respect eachother, respect culture and would move there to be productive part of our new host country ??❤ ?? ❤ ??

I noticed that Canadians cross the border into Michigan and drive really fast. Then I visited Canada and saw how expensive gasoline was. Now I get it. They fill up the tank for cheap and drive like no tomorrow. I would probably do the same if situations were reversed.

WRONG! Not Toronto. It’s more dangerous in Saskatoon! 2024 stats - 7.84 violent deaths per 100,000 residents. \nAlso, Canadians are much more aware of the WORLD while Americans are mostly self-absorbed. \nI lived in the northern US for years (lots of obvious racism which was alien to this Canadian), and then wintered in the south for a number of more recent years (until Trump’s assent when I was verbally beaten by a group of new American friends when I suggested maybe Trump wasn’t so perfect). Since Trump LOST the election, the US has lost its mind so we don’t step foot across the border. We travel Europe again. Beautiful.\nBut, on the whole, Americans are really friendly if you don’t talk politics, don’t stare at anyone, and drive/park absolutely correctly.

Don't forget one thing, we don't invite anyone to Canada. Actually it's really hard to get in and immigrate here. So if you like your native country better, nobody is stopping you. As a Canadian who was born here I don’t even recognize my home anymore. Used to be predominantly white Canadians and now its rare to find someone who was actually born here or has long lasting family here. Really sad but no one cares because white people are the enemy now. You see so much white hatred in the media and its only predominantly white countries being forced to have open immigration and borders.

I am not A Canadian I’m an American, but I interact with lots of Canadians as they find themselves coming down here for one reason to the other and I’m not near the border either. I’m quite far into the US in a major US city.\n\nThere are two types of Canadians that distinct themselves. The first group is the ones that are themselves immigrants that are naturalized. I make this distinction because many cases they have not assimilated. They still have their own culture from another country and is pointed out by the narrator people from south Asia and Asia strongly have their culture And language \n\n( Canada is good for allowing people to live in communities to cut themselves off from the main screen. You have people who speak the Ukrainian language Going Back 4 generations)\n\nThen I’m gonna have to use a euphemism that might make peoples hair stand on the back of their neck. I’m gonna call them. The white Canadians has a euphemism. These are people who are going so far back from the British Isles for the most part and the French also speak another language who have no connection to Europe. The English-speaking Canadians who are you from white could walk down or come down to the US and fit right in in a matter of weeks if they’re not already assimilated into the US Culture ( I hope I don’t see any fireworks start coming from this comment) Many of these white Canadians are now more economically disadvantage than the newer Asian and south Asian immigrants and find themselves often times competing for resources with these newer immigrants. According to the news we broke 40 Million residents in Canada in the new year. They just announced that the Canadian population is already at 41 million as of last week. How can we absorb this many people. I would say the majority are from India. A lot of these new residents are amazing. But hear me out......For more than 70 years Canada has accepted diverse immigrants from around the world. These immigrants have always had challenges with acceptance and integration as they bought homes and had families and raised children to be Canadians. But these immigrants are economic migrants. They don't want to be Canadians like they used to. They want the PR, and the citizenship. But they want to work and move all that money out of Canada back to India. Then when they retire, they themselves will dump all their Canadian assets and move to India where cost of living and home ownership is exceedingly less expensive. Even their federal government pension plan money will move out of the country. I'll be totally truthful...MY perception of these economic migrants is that THEY HATE US. In India they are educated, come from Middle class and upper middleclass families. They want the PR and Citizenship so they can eventually pull their entire family from India over to Canada. But they have to Work at Burger king or Tim Hortons when they arrive. And the HATE and resent Canadians for it. \n Canada allows people to keep their foreign passports and citizenship. There are 300,000 people with Canadian citizenship living in Hong Kong, There are 450,000 people with Canadian citizenship living in Lebanon with a War about to expand across the border. We cannot continue with this.....every time one of these places destabilizes they end up on the CBC waiving their Canadian passports demanding the Canadian government do something to get them out. \n The Author of the video is correct. I would rather count on the newcomers themselves to put stop to this nonsense. They came here for a better life but what they see is a big disappointment. You don't have to be a genius to see that with the border wide open and millions coming in every year it is only going to get worse. This is beyond the mental capacity of the ordinary Canadian.
