Let's get real here, these international students do not contribute significantly at all to Canada's economy. They are a drain on food banks that locals need for survival. They are a drain on our economy because 90% of them are sending most of their paycheques back to family in India. They are taking jobs away from young Canadians trying to enter the job market while Canada's unemployment rate is high right across the country. The schools mostly are fraudulent diploma mills that are not providing any real world job skills that are useful to Canada or Canadians and 90% of Indian international students who enroll in these colleges do not even attend. They come only to work for dollars and send money back to India. Meanwhile the cost of living is extremely high due to the housing shortage caused by excessive Indian International students. It should be very clear now, Canada and Canadians want all these Indians to leave Canada and return to India as stated in the temporary resident visa. If not they will be cut off and deported also incurring a 5 to 10 year ban from Canada.

Modi ji can give employment to all those Indians coming back. India is now a world power.???

Being an Indian immigrant, I agree with them. Too many people were let in a shorter span of time. Most of them don’t even try to blend in and act like an entitled brat. I hope situations get better in coming years and Canada starts to prosper again. ??

Well, categorizing Indians negatively unfortunately impacts South Indian's as well, who are in general law complying, respectful and well behaved. I do not want to divide Indians, but let's accept the fact that most of the problems created in Canada or many other countries, are in general people coming from North India. I urge people from North India to be more respectful, adaptable and complying, as it causes general bad impression for all.

Politicians always play safe for their benefits, but any native should never feel a stranger in their own hometown, it's a nightmare, I'm an Indian, from Kerala, I can't think of feeling and outsider in Kerala, so totally understand what people feel in any part of the world. But don't you think, any outsiders coming and occupying the masses seems like a problem with the efficiency of people there, even here in Kerala we used to speak of Tamil population in early 80s and now Bengalis occupying our street, but can we actually blame them? I am an Indian, came here for ML research. Was unpleasantly surprised to witness so many unskilled Indians ruining the country. Uneducated, can't speak English, rude, unkempt. Like I love my country but I also love the country I immigrated to. I know tons of Indian friends like me who feel the same way. We all feel like we scammed ourselves into coming here. Every doordash and uber guy in Toronto is an Indian guy, who probably came here through a diploma mill. Why did Canada let this happen? in my work we have mostly immigrated east Indians from various area's 5 white males and 2 white females the rest in our local branch out of 47 employees are non white keep in mind though that is a ground level branch number up higher are wealthier white manager positions were the ratio is primarily white bodies but one thing i hear them saying a lot is that they do not like going back home that when they do they are targeted as wealthy off the planes and are stalked and targeted apparently one thing i never would have thought is they also say there is a ton of roaming mob crime in india that girls and men are targeted who are of native blood and that even in there homes they are not safe so i mean if we bring in majority young males from these regions you have to think that bad habits come with them i would probably disagree if the majority were young girls mostly because i dont think any culture has a surplus of problematic immigrating young women it just doesn't happen

As a Canadian born Indian since 1995 this country has obviously let in too many immigrants since 2020 and Trudunce got into power, I dislike them just as much as the rest of us we are born here speak better English and have more cultural connection to Canadian values then any immigrant no matter the country they come from. and we are having our image distorted by their ignorant behavior when we have nothing in common with these immigrants either.

Their culture values education so many of them already come to Canada with a high level of education and they are getting degrees in order to work in Canada. Another difference is that family and kinship is valued so Indians work together to build themselves up. They may have to live in crowded housing but they r working to save to be able to buy their own homes. The problem with White people is they don’t have family unity, they view having children and inconvenience. They don’t realize that those children will become their safety net as they get older. Family helps each other out, those Indians would do anything to keep a family member from living in the streets. This would put their family in shame in their community. Canadians have something to learn from the Indians. By the way their religion disapproves of alcohol & drugs so they don’t have that problem.
