He startled to giggle, searching our faces for a sign of approval. There was none! We love Celine! Cars, parts, food etc are not manufactured in Canada for the cheaper labor - it is just as expensive there. Making some things there was just more efficient, and therefore a good business decision, and then there are the resources they provide to the USA, the oil alone is responsible for the trade deficit.
