As An American citizen I stand for righteous leadership and I stand with Canada, European allies and Mexico. Do what you have to do to protect your country your economy and your citizens. And all of the misled, under educated and misinformed folks who follow this man and his cult of personality have been lead astray by the propagandist on FOX News and right wing social channels and will pay for this just like the rest of us. Trump and his cronies are ONLY about enriching THEMSELVES and their friends and families. Not the working man and woman. Just the autocrats and oligarchs.

I never thought I’d live long enough to watch the fall of our American democracy. And I don’t say this lightly. When we begin these ill thought out and economically foolish trade wars; when we attempt to hurt our allies and neighbors and distance our self from our Democratic partners in favor of communist Russia, how can you say that our democracy is not in jeopardy. And we now have billionaires who are not responsible to the electorate, dictating policy in order to grow their enormous wealth even more and do so unchallenged with the protection of the government, does that not look like a country that doesn’t have long . And to these Republicans, who are spineless and care more about their job, their position and their pocketbook rather than their duty to their country and the constitution, how dare you. Disgrace.

Can you imagine Canadians & Americans meeting on a battlefield? It's like that scene in Braveheart, we start charging at each other screaming only to abruptly stop midway and greet each other and share a laugh. We may have little control over it but we won't let politics & politicians pit us against each other.

I would advise Canada to make it easier for Americans to move there and bring their wealth. I know many who want to leave USA like I did.

The U.S. has a massive economic advantage over Canada in any trade war—no debate. The U.S. economy is 10x bigger, and Canada relies on American trade way more than the other way around. The idea that they have 'leverage' is just political posturing. They can slap tariffs on select U.S. industries to try and cause some pain, but in the long run, they *will* lose. Their leaders just don’t want to look weak, so they act like they’re standing firm when in reality, they’ve already been pushed off the cliff. The U.S. can outlast them easily.

As a 60 years old french Canadian I have all the reason to not love Trudeau, because he remind me how his father treated us, never vote for him, but today I saw a men (finally) standing up and take the lead for our country. Yes Canada is still my country and I like the way he directly adress to your president. I have so many American friends on both side( D and R ) and I hope they understand that what he said is not directly apply to United State citizen, wake up America before it s to late.

While I acknowledge that the way Trump and Vance addressed Zelensky could have been more diplomatic, as an American , I cannot justify allocating $360 billion of our tax funds towards resolving another counties war—especially when only half of that amount has been accounted for, and the other half remains untracked. Let that point sink in! The US is currently in $33 Trillion dolars in debt yet giving away money like candy . No other country is contributing money like we are . We simply do not have the resources to continue doing that . Our financial situation is worsening as we print more money to allocate toward other countries. Furthermore, 7% of the $33 trillion of the US debt is owed by other countries , including China . Our funds need to be utilized for our own benefit before being given away. We have veterans on the streets, the elderly suffering because SS isn't covering their basic needs , school system thatvis failing , health insurance unaffordable by most. We need to fix our own issues. We need to feed our own kids before we feed the neighbors, not the other way around.

Incidentally we the American people voted for our fearless leader that's what we want and we're so thankful we don't have anyone like you we already had people like you we booted them out in your next and I hope your people see the truth and I hope that they are freed like we are have a great day and be blessed
