Its equivalent to5 k / month . \n\nSo thier dollar isn't worth much , for their parents to have that much money to send a 15 year old to study hs in a foreign country is a luxury only a selected few can dream of\n\nAlso none of them worked and work permit wasn't allowed. Make Indian people specially men more civilized specially when they are abroad. In Australia they are terrible to be around. Not many people want to be around them. I met very civil Indians here who are mainly from cities like Delhi or Mumbai, but majority come from villages or remote cities of Punjab. And these people are truly uncivil and their behaviour is super unpleasant.
