If they had not come into the country and bought up every detached home, the prices of these detached homes would be one third what they are. Well, now they are leaving. I think these problems have come to plague almost all big cities in the developed countries in the last decade. Canada, like Australia, the UK,, USA, NZ, Netherlands etc is still cursed with the millstone of the failed political ideologies of the last forty or so years. I feel like government and cities were really complacent with the incredible speed at which the real estate price has been increasing for the last decade. They were complacent because it benefited them with higher property taxes. However, this very short term view by the government had led to a social crisis. Who the fuck can afford apartments at 3000$/month. There is no solution but to crash the real estate market but this will also lead to a worse social crisis.

If a country opens its borders to Palestinian refugees, they facilitate Israel’s objective of flattering Gaza and ethically cleansing the land to allow for further expansion and illegal settlement. Okay, here is the truth. Egypt took in Palestinian refugees, some years ago. The Palestinians created so many terror related problems, that the Egyptians stopped, and refuse to take any more. I would suggest somewhere like qatar as their schooling does not have include what muslims fear, although many schools in qatar and the middle east use the western curriculum and are being westernised. Face up to it - they have enough land and money to house all the Palestinian people 10x over in land that would become their homes. only believing in a solution where Palestinians regain their homeland just means that he supports the Israelis losing it.

Here is a novel idea- how about we tell Hamas not to start a war they can't win and then refuse to surrender while they hide in schools, hospitals, and densely populated areas. Hamas attacked civilians to start this war, and they prolong the suffering of palestinians by refusing to release hostages and/or surrender. Hamas essentially eliminated any hope for a two state solution and supercharged misery and suffering for palestinians. The logical conclusion is that Hamas is the enemy of palestinians.

One more thing.. anybody remember what happened in 1948 when Israel claimed its independence after failed negotiations and the arabs denouncing a two state solution (as they've done multiple time later)? Who remembers the nearly half a million jews that were thrown out or numerous arab countries? Where is the UN organisation for them and their right to claim back their stolen property? These arab countries should be called to compensate and take the jews back, that would only be par for the course right?
