India is one of the fastest economy in the world they will need to be representing as in many countries in the world . I personally think Canadians gets confused thinking they are muslims and they are not. If i have to choose i would certainly prefer them instead of bringin so many muslims from muslims countries around the world because they will never adapt to other cultures. Indian people are so adaptable to other countries more that any country in the world. I don't live in Canadá or any other country. By the way is so sad that Indian people with turbans g confused with muslims and people get worry about them not knowing they following the Sikh religious wich is one of the most adaptable religions in the world similar to cristian religious. I remember taking my two children to their festivities and they make us feel so welcome without any interests of persuading us to folowing their religion. I have sweet memory of indian people in general .

This is too much. As a Canadian, this makes me feel like my home country’s culture is desolving before my eyes.

We're fine with immigrants who integrate into our society. We are NOT okay with people who think that their culture and values supercede ours and think they're above the laws and norms of their new home country. If they don't like it, they can LEAVE.

I used to live with Indians in different countries and I have noticed the same thing.never care for environments,bad at service and abuse other’s cultures as well.

Unfortunately some Indians does not integrate and observe the host country culture & customs. They carry on like they are in India, peeing, shitting, spitting, loudness and all their crazy ways which may be OK in their country but not in the host country.\nThey complain that India is corrupt and going downhill, but who are they expecting to fix it? Somebody else? They bring their problem in India wherever they immigrate to....?

i think for the most part indian people are hard workers and i deffinatly dont dislike them as a whole but when you bring to many of one race to a country thats supposed to be multi cultural and alot of them refuse to adapt to canadian culture its going to cause issues. Even indians that were born in canada have had enough of it. the infastructure, housing, healthcare ect can simply not support it.

When so many immigrants enter a country that its infrastructure can not handle the increased population, people start to be anti-immigration. People who are not the majority race and culture, are easy targets for people who are frightened by the rise of homelessness and crime, and loss of employment. In Canada, even in small rural towns, long established residents see that their children can not find work, or housing, while obvious immigrants are everywhere as waitresses, cashiers, and other unskilled jobs which their children used to do when starting out. On top of that, many Canadians can not find a family doctor, and our healthcare system is strained to the breaking point. People are frightened, and want the government to tighten immigration policies. I think that our government did not consider all the factors when it opened the door so wide for immigration. Now it has to take a step back, and ensure that the infrastructure is in place before immigrants arrive in Canada, not be forever trying to fix the problems after they have caused havoc!

Canada is a white European country built by white Europeans for white Europeans . The problem I have with Indians is that they dont like Canadians, make no effort to learn the language and culture, are very rude, entitled and disrespectful towards anyone that dont look like them. Then why are you here in Canada? This is a very multicultural country, which is something they obviously knew before coming here. They treat us Canadians with such hatred, disdain and indifference, especially in the workplace. Indians are always playing the victim and throwing the race card around or just protesting around every corner, every damn week when something doesn't work in their favor. If you're that damn unhappy here in Canada, you're free to leave anytime. And many Indians in Managerial positions will only hire other Indians, even though a lot of them aren't quality for the job or their English is very poor. Canada has always been very excepting and tolerant towards different ethnicities, but that's because they've always put in the effort of getting to know and learning from us.

NO!\n\n4- Did the Canadian government provide the newly arrived immigrants with a solid, safe and clean social structure where they can live freely without any risk to themselves and their families, where they feel completely safe and without any fear, anxiety and concern in terms of attack and crime?....... NO!\n\n5- Did the Canadian government provide the newly arrived immigrants with a democratic state and a fair social society structure where there is no racism, discrimination, inequality of opportunity, favoritism, incompetence and harassment, whether covert or overt?........ NO!\n\n6- Did the Canadian government grant any right to vote or be elected to immigrants who came to the country legally during their stay in Canada until they became citizens, did they give them the right to vote for the party or people who would govern them, did they give them the right to vote at least in local elections other than general elections? ....... NO!\n\n-So, do you think that the Canadian government, which does not fulfill any of these, is a country ready to accept immigrants? ....... OF COURSE NO!\n\nTHEN, the Canadian State and its government do not have the right to say a single word about immigrants, and the Canadian State should now prepare the trillions of dollars that the immigrants themselves will pay as a result of the compensation lawsuits they will file against all these human rights violations that the state has implemented against immigrants for years, in a planned and systematic manner, unfairly and mercilessly. The Canadian government has deliberately left the immigrants it has accepted into the country, whether they are illegal or legal, hungry, helpless, unemployed and poor, has implemented all kinds of racism, discrimination and harassment against immigrants, has torn families apart, has never allowed them to feel safe in Canada, has not taken any timely, appropriate, necessary and primary duty measures to ensure this, and has done all these within the scope of its fully conscious and previously established anti-immigrant policies and the plans and programs to which those policies belong, because otherwise it could not use and exploit immigrants to their core, in this sense, it is the Canadian State itself that is carrying out human smuggling and immigrant trafficking.

All certain cultures should return to there home land to build back better...and not move to an established country...make your own country better...

As someone who lived and came to Canada over a decade ago through LEGIT means and assimilated with the country and culture there, the problem isn’t the fact they are Indian- the problem comes from the blatant disregard for everything and everyone that isn’t one of them. One Indian gets into a hiring or managerial position and that store will never hire anyone that isn’t one of them again. My mother has been with Walmart for 8 years and has seniority yet she’s been bullied by them so badly it’s infuriating. They rejected her transfer applications and yet made a kid who couldn’t even speak English the manager for her shifts. Secondly, the food and hosting quality has gone to shit in restaurants or any food service place. Tim’s, dominos, you name it-it’s filled with Indians that will either be sloppy and not clean with the food prep or just give you the wrong shit consistently. Third,the disregard for rules and everything else. The crimes being committed by mainly Indians have skyrocketed, a while back there was an Indian gang in BC trying to extort other brown businesses and it was confirmed by the authorities. That as well as the fact Brampton stopped showing south Asian films due to drivebys caused by Indian folk and then the fireworks drama during Diwali was outrageous and dangerous to anyone that was passing by.

It's not racism nor hate. They come to this country with their poor manners and dont acclimate to our culture and continue to live and act the way they did back home. They also have no respect for others and all need to be better hygenic as they are known to all not shower nor use any scented products

My parents were immigrants, but they came here when there was a points system and immigration was based on merit and those that respected Canadian culture. Immigration is important but we should be bringing them in based on merit and can speak English fluently and have allegiance to the Canadian flag only and leave their home countries BS back at home.

This is what happens when you dont have variety of foreign workers and you dont consider the culture. If you bring a million from one rural part of a specific country, they will gang up and make demands and the Punjab are famous for this even in India. As a white Brazilian, I would say my experience was quite good (I've returned home less than 1 month ago). \n\nApart of some obvious jokes about the 7-1, I've never faced anyone who made me feel unwelcome or undesired, quite the opposite in many situations. Being of German descent certainly made things better. Other white Brazilians I've met told me they had similar experiences.\n\nUnfortunately, immigrants from other Global South countries and non-white Brazilians probably have very different experiences, for the worse. I've heard many unpleasant comments from my German friends and colleagues regarding turks, Arabs, africans and other immigrants from the South of the world. It's certainly a problem for many skilled workers who are not white and could contribute for the country, but they can't thanks to racism.\n\nIn my view, apart of racism, another great problem in Germany when it comes to foreign skilled workers is the lack of digitalization in the country and the bad Internet. Many jobs require good internet connection and digitalization, which are not always provided by the Germans , unlike virtually all the other European countries including much poorer ones. \n\nHaving said that, Germany has many good-hearted, kind and welcoming people (except the racists, of course), and a fantastic culture.

Don't come to Canada assuming study permits automatically means you will get Canadian citizenship.

I got no issue with different race. Even me I’m not from here. As a Filipino, I respect the culture also the law of foreign country. Wish all the people do the same thing. Like a visitor, if you come to visit in different house as a visitor’s you should respect the owner and the property.

I made a concentrated effort to assimilate into the American culture as quickly as possible and become a productive part of the American culture and it's traditions. I embraced my new home but still valued my heritage and what I could contribute to this society - tolerance and patience. Sadly, what you stated regarding this kind of negative behavior started to creep in, even here, during the Barack Hussein Obama administration (very backward man and backward values) and has steadily become worse over the past 10-12 years here in the U.S. People of Indian heritage truly have a lot to offer countries like the U.S. and Canada when these people conduct themselves in a civilized and cultured manner.
