If they have been in conflicts like war, force migration, not job opportunities, lack of food, horrible laws like the taliban impose... Why do they keep having children??? they are a burden in any other country but theirs... on top of that they have several children Why???

We've had the USA madly printing money which stokes inflation as well as predatory global corporate cartels using covid as an excuse to collude on raising prices and boosting corporate profits. Then we have US and British corporations using countries like Canada and Australia as cheap mine sites. Finally, we have the property Ponzi scheme which keeps housing out of the reach of young people. In both Canada and Australia, the birth rate has fallen because young people cannot afford to have kids. Both countries maintain their population level via immigration but that con is now falling apart because migrants can see that the game is rigged. Canada and Australia both produce a huge amount of wealth but it doesn't flow to young folks. Old folks who have fat investment portfolios don't want to rock the boat but, by their inaction, they're throwing their country's future under the bus. It's no mystery as to where this path leads. Just take a look at the catastrophically low birth rate in South Korea. Look at Italy with its falling population.

I live in Canada over 30 years, and I never accepted this country as my home, Canada wasn't my choice. I wanted stay in Europe in Germany, country that was stolen from Germans, I am from Europe and there is my home we wore sent far away to another continent from our own, far from families and tradition, culture, religion, Europeans people wore replaced with different ethnic group of people from different continents with different values, religions, cultures and traditions. They have nothing in common with Europe, they even do not look like European people, Canada is a country without face, without culture, without religion, and what is the worse without any value of morality, to the people living in Canada dollar is their value, dollar is their God, beside Canada was always overrated, Canada is empty of beautiful things like monuments, statues, sculptures, beautiful buildings, bridges, parks, cathedrals, churches only emptiness a sad feeling of having no emotion or purpose only work and work days and nights, take mortgage, take loan, pay back and take another loan so you must be all your life in debt, there is nothing for you soul, and finally if you surrounded with ugliness you became animals, Canada is a perfect place for those kind of people that they do not care for beautiful things, and they keep dying like an animals.

So envious. I wish that you could pack me up in a bag and take me with you. The only thing that keeps me here is that it's a mostly English speaking country, it's still reasonably safe where I live and I can find a job in my field. But otherwise, it's difficult.

I've been studying the modern phenomenon of Western refugees. As the Western nations fail and implode culturally and economically many are fleeing to other countries to avoid the growing decadence and antWhite attitudes being inculcated into the public consciousness by the Leftist Marxists who are exploiting demographic divisions in order to destroy the Western nations of the world. The current term for cause of this destruction is 'woke virus'. However, the actual perpetrators of the woke virus keep themselves well hidden behind a wall of psychological shame is that used to keep people from seeing exactly who they are. They label people with weaponised words, cancel them and undermind them financially when they get too close to the truth or if they know the truth and try to share it with others.\nThere is indeed only one nation left standing that has the same core values as you do and would resonate with your demographic. And of course, that nation is thoroughly demonized in the Western media.

Born and raised in Canada but left in 1999. I have only been back 3 times and although I retired in 2015, I have decided to not move back, maybe never. I am absolutely heart broken about it because I love the country I grew up in. Been traveling full time ( no home base ) since retirement and we keep looking for a place to call home. We are ending a 2+ year stay in South America and are now headed to Japan, just for the heck of it, change of scenery. We are not too keen on hot and humid but we still want to visit SEA. Since my mother was German when I was born, I just recently found out that I'm also a German citizen from birth through descent through my mother. I've been living here in the US since high school when I moved from Victoria to Tucson, Arizona. I eventually got my US green card (permanent residency. I then moved to Madison, Wisconsin and became a US Citizen. At this point, I am a dual US and Canadian citizen in addition to being German citizen as well. I am applying for my confirmation of German citizenship through the German consulate in Chicago which would then allow me to obtain a German passport for access to live and work freely in EU and Schengen countries. I went to The Netherlands last January and I really feel in love with the Dutch culture and lifestyle. I am planning on spending at least a few years there as soon as I get my German passport. \nMy relatives in Canada keep telling me how lucky I am to be a US Citizen as they all say how terrible the situation has become in Canada. I am surprised since I've always considered Canada to be one of the top places to live in the world. I haven't lived in Canada for a long time and I've been doing relatively good here in the USA. I enjoy the US overall but we definitely have our share of issues here as well.\nAnyhow .... I wish you the best on your next location.

I left 15 years ago and have never any intention of returning, except perhaps in a box, tbd. This is what years of woke liberalism, bordering on socialism, does to a once thriving country that was safe, full of opportunity and prosperous. The last straw for me was my hometown decided to erase history. I don't recognize it anymore and I don't care. \nMs Alina, you will have plenty of opportunity and a better life, elsewhere. So a few things about this issue (in my opinion) \n\nMost of the nuisance you see ppl doing - we collectively dislike it (we being Canadians who have roots in India) \n\nSkin colour brown white or anything doesn’t matter to most. I think ppl who talk skin colour needs wisdom /education and it’s laughable who keep bringing words like brown black white for ppl.\n\n\nSecond students are majority of the demographics who create the non sensical acts \nMajority of them are teens or early 20’s \n\nNot the PR / citizens / ppl with work permits as we all r busy working and making this country better collectively \n\n\nBeing from India - we feel the world (not just canada India but the planet is like 1 big family and we all got to care for it while perusing individual dreams as well)

One only has to look at Western Europe to see the effects of unchecked immigration, with the unrest in the UK being a prime example. \nYou simply can't keep inviting those without sufficient resources, while you have present citizens living on your streets because of a lack of housing\nIt's also nothing to be ashamed of for putting putting fellow citizens first, ahead of migrants, who may or may not share your countries values, not to mention culture.

I think that the 2 leaders of opposing countries, religions, “teams” whatever, they should meet, promising everyone is safe, promising to each other n keeping their promise, and they should have dinner or lunch, maybe breakfast. I wished to move to Canada 12 years ago. I am American. I was told that I needed a job and that job NEEDED to be filled. This would allow me to move there. I didn't move. Now with the migration crisis, too many immigrants at one time will overload the system and overpopulate a country. I fear with the climate crisis constantly reshaping our futures, that immigration will be an ongoing problem for the entire world. I believe countries must plan for even more immigration waves due to climate change. The Earth is changing...people will be moving to save their lives, to have a future. As human beings we must adapt to these pressures and changes in our planet. Make it livable, or else face the consequences of seeing millions of people die because you were unwilling to open your borders. There is room, just get rid of the greed. This planet , its peoples,must find ways to live together. Education, to keep the planet healthy, stop overpopulation, keep the air and water clean...stop the greed are the goals we must strive to follow.

This journalist seems to forget that immigration is not a right but a privilege. Those who make money from selling essential goods, those who own properties to rent, those who gain from higher cost of homes, those who want to keep wages low, all benefit from the influx of immigrants. I've got behind on my rent in the past. \nI lived out my last month's rent. \nI'm sorry to the landlord I couldn't pay $2,400 in 2 months. \nBut I left so I gave them no further aggravation and problems so we could all move on. \nI put myself on the street and lost everything. \nEventually I got back on my feet got my own place. \nNot keeping these good landlords supporting me. \nI love this man he sounds like a good man good luck sir you're the kind of immigrants we need in this country to have full-time citizenship you work so hard to get where you are today❤

My landlord has like 10 properties that he uses illegally in things like airbnb and renting on cash. On just the top floor, there are like 10 people and I am paying like $1650 for a single room with ensuite washroom. This landlord subleases the house for things like airbnb and he is not even the owner and yeah basically, Canada is country where all the con men come from around the world where they have learned to find loopholes in the system come to practice it here. We can't even dream of having a house of our own because these people with crazy money just buy up all the properties. 1 man ends up having so many houses where others can't even buy 1 and so we have to resort to paying rent/morgage of these people who keep multiplying their properties.

Pay up or get out. Landlords should be allowed by law to change the locks and keep every single item in the condo/house or drag these people out with force. Absolutely disgusting that people can get away with this crap in this country.

I think the pushbacks and overall migrant crisis are a way for conservative political leaders all over the world to keep their demographics happy and consolidate their careers. Man I love reading the comments in this video! We also face a similar challenge in other countries that housing is a crisis and governments keep bringing in all sorts of immigrants, from refugees to highly skilled people (like myself). I have switched 5 cities and the story either gets more worse or less worse. Half a year searching for a decent apartment? Some search for years! It's a full time job. The government gets back to my request after many months! Foreigners offices are packed with applications and citizenship is taking years long now. Getting a doctor appointment (psychological issues) within a year is hard, unless you pay from pocket or are in grave danger. We are being squeezed in here and they started new loose immigration policies to be more attractive to foreigners. Address the quality of life at the same time!
