It's funny to me hearing a bunch of immigrants complain about a country they travelled to.\nCountries go bad because of lazy and spiteful people only out for themselves.\nTime for some self reflection.

Speaking as someone living in South Vancouver, here are two rules I live by:\n\n1) Never leave your bike outside for extended periods of time. Especially closer to a downtown area because it will get stolen. If thieves can't get through your lock, they'll just strip the bike everything that isn't locked down. It's actually very common to see just a bike frame locked to something while missing every other part. \n\n2) Don't go to downtown Vancouver as it's drug city. It's the one downtown area in metro Vancouver that I say has zero redeeming factors. All the other neighbouring cities are nice, with Richmond in my opinion being the best of the bunch, but downtown Vancouver? It's the closest experience to Seattle in Canada that you'll find.

I work at a manufacturing plant and we resentky laid off a bunch of elderly hard working Canadians and replaced them with Indian students working through agencies. They are not actually in schooll and work far more than the alotted hours. When reported the company simply pays a small fine and keeps going.

Good at the end of the day, we don’t need to defund things like police, what we need is to defund school. At this point, it’s a useless system that’s been overdated. It’s does absolutely nothing for the Canadian and the Canadian working class, and just gives international student a free pass to a PR statue. Which doesn’t nothing but take up resources. At fanshew college it’s basically a place with a bunch of immigrants using it as a holding cell till they meet the requirement and what’s funny is that all fanshew Programs and degree only take not even haft of the minimum effort to pass and get a diploma. Because these immigrants are not rich, you’re not coming over here with a bunch of money most of them are given accommodating housing that born citizen don’t even get for seven years. If I wanna get on the rent to geard income house have to wait 7 to 10 years, but if I was born somewhere else, they would just give it to me as soon as I get here so maybe instead of focussing on immigrants, let’s focus on people who are born in this country by, I don’t know stop cutting medical and education spending

We do have a bunch of muslim communities in Australia (the one's I've seen are in Sydney region) and I have heard the call to prayer, but it isn't a widespread thing. We also have schools which have predominantly hijab-wearing students (I think it was a girl's school in Sydney). But racism is unfortunately something that is common here. I wish it wasn't, because everyone deserves the right to respect and living in peace, its the most basic human right. Also as someone who socialises a lot with the lgbt and drag community I so respect your right to parent your kids as you choose. I have things I would teach my kids, and so do you. Hoping you all find the most comfy and safe home in the future.
