Sorry we haven't got enough housing for Canadians already here. The International students must pay their way and then go back home to start new educated lives. I work in a food bank and see many international students taking food from Canadians. This is not supporting themselves. Thousands either quit school or failed and then demanded citizenship. Education in Canada was always an assured path to PR.\nRecently the pro immigration stance of Liberals lead to massive influx of students from India in particular. CANADA is a real nightmare for international students, and the visas must be renewed every two or three months. My cousin went to school there and she had a hard time. They wanted proof of income from her parents and the source of their income. It is too cold there and it is not for me. They have empty land and need workers. They want them from Europe and not Africa or the Caribbean. Students in other countries get a yearly visa and don't have to submit documents monthly. It is ridiculous and grossly unfair.

Just chill. There is no mass deportation. There is a ban to entrances as two large conflicts growing to the loss control point. In 1941 we closed boarders for immigration for a year. Same thing will be around going on now. Strangely, because, the amount of illegals we get is huge and small relating to the conflicts. Why deportation is impossible? It is. The child may get a letter of apology, good compensation and be sent home. Education in Canada is expensive. The amount of kids who can not run budget of studies is great, These fake students stuck in our kids professional growth. They learn international issues at the universities, fail the courses and can not go through the appropriate career. It may not change though for while. Have a good luck, Canada!

Canadian government has to adopt Australian model for immigration and student visa. I lived in Australia and in 2009 indian students protested against Australian immigration policy , Within 6 months of crackdown 1200 low quality colleges were shut down by government and thousands of international students including me were Struggling and left Australia but that was i think good for Australia. Same needed to be done by Canada. 70% of students come to earn money and do 2-3 jobs and Canadians are struggling while employers getting cheaper labor and making money..

Many things to unpack. Australia, which is similar to Canada, is having similar issues. The gov does not monitor at all and only actioned when the UN reported a new slave class was being created. Many students from India don’t have funds to study abroad. Universities got hooked on international students and Tim Hortons got hooked on cheap labour. The entire Canadian system is f’d up. Canada needs to adopt the US immigration systems on international students and immigration.

Definitely the Indians. Mass migration, nobody can fucking drive, stealing all the jobs, exploiting our international student and temporary foreign worker visas to the point of slavery and a housing crisis where they're living 20-30 or more in the basement of a house. To say nothing of the internal hatred between Indian factions spilling out on our soil. Many do not belong or deserve to be here and have definitely overstayed their welcome.

Almost every university in canada and elsewhere have thousands of international students from hongkong but we never see them working in timhortons. They do not line up in thousands for grocery store jobs

Too much international students cause higher unemployment ,too much rent, doctors appointment delay, house price too much lots of other problems . Need to cutdown under 200000 , make the country like 10 years before. We are fed up with govt wrong policy.
