That is very good so that the African President can learn to put their countries in order without syphoning everything to themselves and leaving the common citizens on their own.

Trump having a good clean out of illegal immigrants.

I almost moved to the US with my parents when I was a kid but was crying because I didn’t want to go. I am so glad that we didn’t move there. We don’t want to go there for many reasons, free healthcare, a good education system because we pay our teachers well and have good quality teachers, we don’t carry guns and don’t want them, thereby our streets are safer. We don’t have mass murders, school killings and all that fear. We don’t have the racial and ethnic prejudice that there is in the US. I have travelled a lot for my company and personal to the US. I was scared and didn’t feel comfortable at all. We know so much more about US geography and history and the US knows nothing about us. Complete ignorance. Well I have no plans to ever visit again. I love our people, our freedom and our culture. We are nothing like the Americans (sorry). I am staying in my beautiful country! I feel safe and happy here! We don’t want the American dream, we are living the Canadian dream!

Good they came in illegally, send them back!!!!
2025-02-02 0
Good.

All other countries should unite to put tariffs against US goods

Personally, I understand where Trump is coming from in the context of deportation. However, there is a slight error in the entire scenario.\n\nThe law enforcements are picking up both documented, and undocumented immigrants, and that basically translates to something sinister attached to the whole thing.\n\nI would do it differently (Treat Each Case Separately) because not every foreigner in America is undocumented, and illegal. The records are there. America is good at keeping records.

LIES these are OLD clips. LOL Good try.

Well considering Canada has 72% of exports to the US and Mexico has more than 80% to the US,... Good luck...!
2025-02-02 0
And well they should. Trump is not a good neighbor.
2025-02-02 0
We love the good people of Canada and can’t wait to welcome them as the 51st State.\n\nThe tariffs are meant to crack down on Chinese exports moving through Canada and Mexico as middle men to avoid their own tariffs. Had both Canada and Mexico regulated the terms of our agreements better on “product origin” then none of us would be in this position. Furthermore, China smuggles drugs through both Canada and Mexico using resins that are chemically embedded with synthetic drugs. So, neither Canada nor Mexico should be climbing on any high horses when their exports are killing our people.

Keep noticing in the news. That it keeps coming from the angle how it's going to hurt American citizens. Never what it's going to do to Mexico or Canada. Just how bad it is for America. What about the other side? What will Canada and Mexico feel? What goods? Always from the angle of be scared America this sucks for you and only you.
2025-02-02 0
Already TWO AIRPLANE CRASHES right after Trump took Office, and NOW the Tariffs that will AFFECT and impact negatively the AMERICAN PEOPLE for the long Run. NOT a GOOD MOVE.
2025-02-02 0
That’s good, so the tariffs should be made permanent, so all GE production is brought in-country.
2025-02-02 0
Sad but good 4 usa
2025-02-02 0
Question... where does the tariff money go.. when the American importer pays 25% on top of the base costs for the good where does that 25% go? who gets it.
2025-02-02 0
Canada should make zero tariff to Chinese goods and Canadian middle class can afford cheap EV and all other commodities. Treudeu should know that US has no friend but interest only. Henry Kissinger
2025-02-02 1
Trump is Right as he wants to protect America. Mexico is acting as a 3rd party for China by sending Tarriff Chinese goods into the U S.
2025-02-02 0
Wonder if Canada can redirect the tariffs from US goods to pay for Trump’s tariffs so that they won’t have to pass it on to the consumer.
2025-02-02 0
Trump is _lying_ about his reasons for putting tariffs on Canadian goods? Really? Now that's totally _in character_ for America's Liar In Chief, _the Felon_ in the White House.
2025-02-02 0
China is very happy now for it new friends, Canda and Mexico..\nIts no good loosing friends..
2025-02-02 0
Good on Canada for standing up to the U.S. The US has fallen far...
2025-02-02 0
Ironically, Trump's tarrifs could be good for the environment as they will cause recessions in b many countries, reduce Worldwide consumption, production and carbon emissions ?
2025-02-02 0
Good for Canada to docking it to us like Trump did it go them. Actually Canada should have increased their tariffs to 50%.
2025-02-02 0
This good reporting Dennis...but it's true both Zelensky and Putin are Dictators.... Zelensky has been brutal on freedom of assembly speech and has banned religious groups..Putin we can't even talk about it...they have both committed war crimes...there is no law that allows war crimes coz you defending your self...

Higher inflation, loss of jobs, less produce and products, slower economy… good job President Bully, you did it all by yourself!
2025-02-01 0
Canada already have taxes on imports from North America. Good luck Canada
2025-02-01 0
Good . Security is good for both countries.
2025-02-01 0
The Americans will soon be poorer and more isolated than ever. Trump wants to make America great again? He is going to piss everybody, even the few nations that had kept good relations with US.
2025-02-01 0
Good luck with not trading as much with the worlds greatest economy, which you share borders with.
2025-02-01 0
Let’s see ? the US doesn’t need your milk, cheese, oil, lumber, cars really which is up to US manufacturers to open manufacturing in Detroit again…..maple syrup yes but I think we can get that somewhere else in the US too.\n\nCanada depends on the US for 75% of its gross GDP. It also costs the US $200 billion a year to continue trading with Canada. Will see who blinks.\n\nMX, good luck. Will see how many months before we hear a large Ugh..
2025-02-01 0
Canada should implement a 10 to 15 percent export tariff on all of the goods going into the USA. Don’t put any tariffs coming into Canada , just let Canadians prosper
2025-02-01 0
What are they doing? Good government is the one makes cost of living lower.
2025-02-01 0
$450 billion on Canadian goods vs $135 billion on US goods.. Canada will fold like a cheap suit.. make the border secure Canada.. and you wont have this
2025-02-01 0
Putting tariffs on other countries triggers those countries to also impose tariffs on the US and likely trade with other countries and leave US alone with its goods. Not too good. Canada, Mexico, and China putting tariffs on US will slow US economy big time, like it or not.
2025-02-01 0
Cancel taxes on the Rich. Subsidies their bankruptcy. The poor will pay tariff to their government whenever they buy necessary goods like gas, etc.
2025-02-01 0
About 52% of Americans including myself would support Canada and Mexico putting 25% tariffs on US goods. I wish Canada would also put a 50% export tariff on oil too.
2025-02-01 0
As a European I am so sorry to hear this. I love America, but this is going to cause so much harm in the relationship between the countries of the west. It is only a matter of time before Trump does the same for goods coming from the EU.
2025-02-01 0
Was due to fly to Denver on Thursday for a short vacation. Immediately changed destination to Bermuda tonight. Canada is definitely more vulnerable but i think US is under appreciating how united Canadians can be when pushed. Well literally not buy a single thing from US from goods to vacations aslong as this goes on. If Canada is going down well drag the US down with it
2025-02-01 0
Canada putting tariffs on American goods hurts Canadians much more than Americans.
2025-02-01 0
Canada needs the US more than the US needs Canada. Canada lives rent free under the protection of the US. Canada wants to tariff the US go ahead. The US has vast amounts of timber, coal, oil, beer, cheese ,bacon and strip clubs. We're good Canada.
2025-02-01 0
EU start buying Canadian, Mexican and Chinese goods.\nOf course prioritise EU member countries goods and services first.\nBoycott all US goods and services globally.
2025-02-01 0
Trudeau doesn’t need to implement tariffs. I suspect Canadians are abandoning US imports which will \nLower demand for US goods without hurting the Canadian taxpayer.
2025-02-01 0
Why does the Canadian Prime Minister care so much about what would happen to US citizens? If it is so bad for Americans, then it is good for Canada right? So Canada should be cheering for tariffs.
2025-02-01 15
I'm a gas station oil purchaser and we just got the call on prices expecting to rise significantly Tuesday. Get ready everyone, this won't be good.\n\nStock up on food and gas if possible now. It's going to keep getting worse as other countries join in on retaliation. Remember these countries are only fighting against us while we're fighting against all of them. USA has very little natural resources quickly available (California water situation)
2025-02-01 0
It's amazing that most Canadians have no clue that Canada has had tariffs of 300% on most US goods for ages. Adding 25% isn't going to do anything. This is a clear overreaction by Canada. So it's now 325% compared to 300%? Whut? Trump will now raise it to 50%. Look, if Trump raises tariffs to be equal to that of Canada, it's game over for Canada.
