how can this be true? Canadians are always lecturing us on our immigration laws. I assumed they have the best, kindest, and fairest laws in the land. LOL

Leaving the U.S. which is as free as Canada is not a reason to accept individuals based on a refugee status. Most countries are welcoming immigrants. But stop trying to jump the line ahead of others. Canada has always been great neighbors with our American counterparts. Why would immigrants think any differently ?\n\nIs it because lie-beral stations like CNN have painted Canada as a better country because we have a dope running the country who is lie-beral minded. That's the sad part, and it is a good reason to understand why President Trump calls CNN fake news. They even betray their own citizens with these lies. Canada has seen in Trudopes time all the corruption and mishandling of immigration, that Canadians has had enough of his stupidity, and he is on his way out.

A Immigrants life is hard we barley protest why because we’re to busy working our asses off .. I always saw my parents working doubles just so I could get a better future ... citizens see our hard work and get threatened of how strong we are that’s the only explanation I can see from people who are anti immigration

Immigration has ALWAYS been hard but many people make life more difficult when they don't understand a country's laws and/or fail to follow those laws. I know a man who came to the USA with $50 and managed to work and send money to his wife and then one day he wrote to his wife to say he couldn't send any more money because he was buying a bakery. Then he sent for her and they raised two sons, worked very hard in his little business, sent his sons to a private university. They followed the law and all are successful now. I also know a man from Colombia who came to the USA legally and a U.S. businessman saw how diligently he worked and helped him start a business. The American dream works. More than 720,000 new citizens were sworn in recently (in 2016, if my memory is correct).

Anywhere you go you have to abide by the laws and assimilate into Society. If you don't abide by immigration laws and do it the correct way you'll always be looking over your shoulder.

I have zero issues with immigrants seeking a better life in another country, being one myself, but a few things about some immigrants baffle me always. How do people expect to be welcomed and accepted by the folks of another country when they don't even bother to learn the language. This guys been in the US for 15 years and can't speak any English? Its not the worse case , I've seen people live far longer 30 or 40 years in countries like the UK where I'm from and they cannot speak a word of English because they choose to live in a self imposed microcosm of the country they came from. \nThey have to understand that it's very insulting to native people and citizens of a country that you want to be treated as a citizen yourself but won't make efforts to adapt to the language and cultures of the country you have chosen to live in, I cannot think of a better way to ostracize yourself than failing to learn the language.\n It would be far easier to have sympathy for your cause if you are able to show that you have integrated and intend to be a citizen of that country 100% and the easiest way is to be able to communicate your cause yourself.

She made cultural remarks to defend herself from immigrants who still haven't adapted to the Canadian Culture. Her boss fired her because he or she is an idiot. She is right! If you want to live in a country, you must adapt to the customs and rules of that country. If you insist on behaving according to your original culture, you should catch your bags and go back to where you came from. I entered Canada as an immigrant and have always toed the line. Kudos to Kelly Pocha, for her courage to defend herself and the Canadian lifestyle.

The Canadian president is a moron he tries to throw this out for publicity it backfires because he doesn't necessarily live in the poverty and the desperation at Immigrant families living so he doesn't know that when they hear him say something it's going to spread like wildfire and communities are going to shift and things are going to change and then he goes on the defensive sending some a****** to Los Angeles to tell everybody their hopes are false inshort that's all he said at least in this documentary he probably just wanted high-skilled immigrant labor for cheap not blue collar workers and either way Canada belongs and will always belong to indigenous people no matter how many people speak French in that cold-ass funky place from Cali with love we are all citizens of Earth can't wait till this old mentality goes away under the truth

Everybody always want to immigrate to the north if your life is in that much Danger you had to pass through to other countries before making it to the US or Canada why not settle in Mexico Guatemala or he'll try going south to escape.

Canada can have all our undocumented immigrants. Have Socialism give them the free houses, medical care and educations that Canada is always touting.

Immigration is forced; Integration is forced \nDiversity is forced; White Flight is forced\nWhite Genocide is always forced.\nDiversity means Chasing DOWN the last White person. Enough.

As a older Canadian born and bred, but now in Europe because of marriage, I can see things farther toward the wall than most of you perhaps in Brandon, Thunder Bay, Charlottetown, Whitby, Kamloops, Red Deer, etc. This is extremely dangerous. A few muslims are o.k., as they may assimilate to Canadian values of 'PEACE, ORDER, and GOOD GOVERNMENT'. Yet most do not wish to assimilate, only to remain who they are, ungrateful of the bounty Canada offers them, and holding values against those our country has always promulgated. We have separation of church and state in Canada, and fought very hard for it, with a history of bloody wars in Europe to show for it. It is repulsive how we are allowing a bleeding of immigrants into our country who do not believe in our basic creed. This is not racial. This is not hate-based or prejudice. It is simply defending our creed as a country, from wherever you are, and whomever you are. Canada is worth defending. Where are the feminists on this? Why are you not defending Canada is this debate?

Enough is enough. America, wake up over 500,000 Muslim/Refugees being relocated to the United States. Did you vote for that? Of course not. For the real truth Google “TheProjectMuslimBrotherhood” their secret doctrine to destroy America from within.  Guess what they are succeeding folks. One only has to look at England and France and Europe today, It is sad what Paris has become, mainly due to the Muslim immigration; take a good look at Europe and that is America in 25 years, unless something is done to prevent “theprojectmuslimbrotherhood” from making further inroads into America, our cities, schools, universities and even our own government.  Multiculturalism is literally destroying Europe. There are now over 700 “Islamic no go Muslim Zones” within England, France and Germany. \nMichigan, Tennessee, California and Colorado have so far most of the immigrants what State next? I have no problem with the “peaceful Muslim” that wants to integrate into our culture and follow our laws.  The problem lies in that they want to dominate and force Islam and Sharia law upon us all. Just not acceptable here in America folks. Stand up and be counted.  “When good men and woman our quiet evil always wins”  Forget about be labeled a racist, or being politically correct, multiculturalism is not good for America. Let them adopt to our culture, period Amen. Again for facts and truth Google “theprojectmuslimbrotherhood” speaks volumes on the intent to destroy us from within. Who will stop this “insanity” from becoming a reality in America?
