So no private health care in Canada. I find that very hard to believe, am not saying it's not possible but......

I do watch many videos about the topic. First of all there's no place like home. As a human we will have tendency to resist to change. Choosing to leave a country whatever the reason will always be hard, you left a culture, family and so many good things. Diversity in a country like Canada is a good thing sometimes because somewhere somehow you find link to home. Imagine as a French Canadian like I am, I am consider as an immigrant in my own country. The natives came first from Asia, English took over the country which left us with no country we can call home. Many immigrants will say that French is an obstacle and don't understand why we need laws to keep it, we took our place following negotiations with the native not by conquest and always need to fight to keep that space because we're not making babies anymore and do need immigration like the rest of the country. That being said it brings the sensitive topic of jobs. There's types of jobs you do need Canadian experience, in Canada the construction codes are different from even a region versus another one. Do you know that St-Lawrence river is sitting on a tectonic plate and you need to construct a building which can resist a earthquake? What Canada need to do because we do lack of people on those job, is to provide fast track to help them having Canadian experience. They don't need anatomy courses, human here are pretty much the same but they need to know what medication is legal in Canada. Finally, all is on setting expectations, don't expect to feel at home in here, it take in average 3 generations to really feel at home, so be ready to feel pushed aside, be ready to live in a area where you will find mostly people of common cultural background. You will feel left over and pretty much alone. The only solution to be happy in here is embrasse change, go out of your comfort zone, embrace the local culture, talk to people from different backgrounds. There's a difference between multi cultural and integration. Sharing is caring, share your culture and your food, and most of all don't think you have the best way of life and other people don't understand. When you think everyone is wrong is usually a sign that you're the one who is wrong. Racism weirdly don't have a culture, a race or a religion, it's individual.

Yeah it's hard to find a job and keep the job in Canada. Even with a job that doesn't require education and anybody can do, I come across someone who is not happy with me being there and they try to find reasons why I shouldn't work there ?it happened 16 years ago when I first got into workforce and it happened not too long ago again. I was inventory clerk counting products at different stores. I believe I was an accurate counter and someone who recounted them told my manager I wasn't good. She said many of them I counted were either off or she couldn't understand my writing. And the manager had to have a talk with me. I can honestly say I was better counter than she was. And I feel very confident I was very careful with counting that day too. But she thought otherwise. I couldn't bear working with someone or some people who didn't appreciate my work or my presence there so I had to quit. It will happen again and I thought it wouldn't matter how accurate I am at counting. One of my Canadian colleagues once told me that it's okay for immigrants to live in Canada but it's not okay to work with them. I don't know if that's a fact but in my experience I have encountered some people like that along the way.

Having lived in both Canada and Australia, I can clearly say life in Australia is much better than Canada! Tipping 18% to 20% on every service alone made me mad living there... Less paid leave, 7 months of indoor life, constant comparison with the US when US doesn't even care that Canada exists! My kids are more healthier and lively in Australia...

So I think Canada is ranked 3rd best in the world to live in (I might be wrong but it's top 5 for sure). Your speaking about nothing to do in Canada, Health care concerns, high taxes or cost of living and other things (honestly your video was just hurting my head listing to). While Canada does have issues (like any other country in the world) What you outline highlights the privileged life you are living. You are correct in pointing out that the health care system is flawed, it is not perfect by all means but AT LEAST YOU ARE GETTING HEALTH CARE. Take the stats for example (I had the privilege of going to the hospital in Texas) My bill came to 3000 for a twisted ankle. They charged me over 500 dollars just for walking into the hospital. I'm not knocking that stats, but if you do not have money, you're fucked for health care. Instead of waiting 8 hours to see a doctor, you're now on Web MD trying to diagnose yourself. You are bitching about high taxes, how do you think Schools, Police and fire services, Emergency service hospitals etc etc etc get paid? through wishes and hope? You are again welcome to go anywhere else and enjoy whatever bs they have going they might have low taxes in other parts of the world but your going to have to pay for certain services you are taking for granted here. As Cost of living, if you live in Toronto or BC yes the cost of living is high, but at the same time, the average household income is high as well. I'm sorry minimum wage in most of Canada is roughly 15 dollars an hour, and the average incoming for most provinces is over 100k. I'm not sure what else to say on that subject :D As for things to do, seriously, stop living under a rock. Please go and travel Canada, to name a few things you can travel to Niagara, Go to Banff, Visit hot springs or enjoy any of our national parks. Not to mention all the multicultural festivals that take place. I guess what I'm trying to say here is, Canada is flawed and has its issues. However, It's a beautiful country and is a gem of a place to put roots down. I'm sorry you guys didn't feel that way.

I was born and raised in Canada. My family immigrated in the 70s. Growing up I was proud to be Canadian but after living in other parts of the world I can tell you, Canada isn't it! \n\nFirstly our Prime Minister is a puppet he works for the Commonwealth and whatever they say goes, they profit off all of your hard work. \nThey keep you sick so you rely on the health care system. Medicate you instead of solving the problem. Doctors are exhausted, rude and over worked, emergency rooms are a disaster and if you book an appointment to see your doctor...be sure you're waiting at least a week. If you go to a walk in clinic you risk getting a doctor that seems like they paid for a fake degree.\n\nYou know when you go to a mall in one town and then hear about a mall in another town that has really cool different things??? Ya, not here! Everything is monopolized! Same stores everywhere you go. there's a mall in Toronto called Vaughn Mills mall, when I was in Calgary they have an exact replica just a different name. Small businesses are hard to keep because everything is so expensive. There needs to be more indoor things for people to do in the winter. \n\nWhoever said Canadians are polite, has never been to Alberta!!!! I've never experienced racism in my life like I did out west, not just Alberta but also Northwest Territories and Manitoba. \n\nOn top of that they want everyone to be gay and not believe in God, they push the agenda so hard in the schools, they institutionalize and confuse your kids. If you believe anything different they literally hate you. The children are hypersexualized...teenage girls looking like they're 30 year old drag queens. They bully kids so badly in school, especially boys. Parents have no time to get involved because they're busying working multiple jobs to pay for their 4000 dollar mortgage, husband and wife barely see each other. And because they're not involved the children have no respect for their elders or teachers. the teachers don't care to get involved like they used to because everything's a liability...a problem. We had a 13 year old girl call a male teacher a pedophile for pushing a little girl on the swing. He quit on the spot, because now he's worried for his career. Kids have no shame anymore. \n\nIF YOU WANT QUALITY OVER QUANTITY (WHICH YOU MIGHT NEVER GET), DON'T COME HERE! or, Come here and send all your money home but don't educate your kids here unless you have enough money to put them in private schools and there are good private schools. If the only thing you want out of your life is freedom, freedom to just be left alone and no one hounding you...you like being alone. Then, that you can have here. \n\nIf you are from a colonized country we are all slaves to the system!

I'm listening to hear how Canada is not a desirable place to live, bc I have thought it would be a better alternative to the USA. But it still sounds better than life in the USA, if even just slightly. ?\nSo far, I hear 30% taxes on income (which is same in the USA).\nYou have free healthcare, however you have to wait in emergency room for 8 hours.....we DON'T have free healthcare....and guess what? $450+ later, we have still waited 4-10 hours in the ER. \nHere in the USA, our cost of living is insanely high compared to a single and even a double income. Our lowest rent is $1,200 to live in low income surroundings. A rent around $1,800/month will bring you to nicer surroundings in an apartment, but still surrounding areas have crime. \nFood costs are so high, Gas is so high. We haven't bought new clothes for ourselves in YEARS, only for our kids. \nDaycare is $485-500 month per child, even before and after school care. \nHealth insurance averages $145/per person per month, not to mention car insurance which is required to drive. \nSegregation has improved here but is ever being integrated back into our society as racism is kept very alive, even as they constantly teach it in the schools. They say it's to teach history but I believe it is just reinforcing racist ways and thinking patterns. \nI don't blame anyone for wanting to return to the comfort of their own people, language and living and country. \nYou may have us with the cold/hot weather in Canada! \nI didn't know about the Canadian passport being so opportunistic for travelling. That's cool ? \nAs far as desired profession, there are many doctors and teachers that come here to the USA from other countries and are now working as a clerk in the dollar stores here in the US. \nAnd forget work life balance here too. Cost of living here causes so much disruption in our family life. Debt is revolving.\nMy fiance's mother comes from a country in West Africa. She longs to return. She calls the USA a place you come to be a work rat. \nBesides free healthcare, it sounds like USA and Canada are similar. \nOne thing I've heard about Canada is that the government cares about kindness, as well as the banks. I hear that people are generally more courteous in Canada than they are here in the US.

If you want to save your wealth, you should have a TFSA. The reason why Canada's cost of living is high is that the interest rates are too low. It built an unreal housing market. It is no different in the U.S. I find it concerning those immigrants in Canada who complain about healthcare, all I can say is, if you take care of yourself and plan carefully for your own healthcare, it will work. If you want to see waste, incompetence, and extreme costs, you need to visit the U.S. as a resident for a while. Sounds like you ladies should leave.

I think most of this is a lack of purpose and a lack of managing finances because Canada is amongst the highest rated countries in the world to live in pole after Pole has shown this most of the stuff that she's talking about can be taken care of by focusing on getting yourself happy instead of letting your surroundings make you happy there's lots of expensive countries in the world especially now in Europe with natural gas for heating going through the roof because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine personally I love Canada forgot to mention in Canada like low crime rate compared to Nigeria and Ghana where I have a friend who's been robbed four times by bandits and kidnapping is not part of the GDP of the country plus a relatively low population compared to Nigeria I was reading some of the comments of some of the people who were saying that it's expensive well I've been to some other countries and it's even more there I really believe it's what you make it where you but happiness starts from within you and it is what you make it.

Healthcare is very expensive for the individual. You pay and pay and pay then when you go to use it. You only have access to 2/3 of proper care.\nCanada has endless entertainment and fun things to do. Depends on what you enjoy doing. If you are into outdoor activities Canada has them all. You would have to travel otherwise to enjoy. Canada has deserts forests lakes oceans and every environment in between. Get out touch grass. I can see why you say it's boring if you do not use the environment around you. But that's your own fault refusing to see it. You get used to the cold. It's better if you dress for it and also go enjoy the outdoors.

100% I was born here and lived in the US growing up. And its alot to give up for a better healthcare system. The healthcare system is honestly so good by comparison that I'd say this keeps Canadians here. But it is not far or equitable in any way. And with the pandemic it has accelerated this inflation people have felt... but are now fully aware of that impact our lives in meaningful ways every 5 years. We are now like ten years or more in the future on what that impact looks like.\n\nI don't want to work because there is no point. I am working but I don't care like I used to. I don't care about advancement anymore. I don't care about what it might mean for my future in the workforce when there is always a reason to ensure thst my money goes nowhere for me.\n\nThis winter is going to be very hard.

Yes the racism is very high here. \nMany people come here for a better life but that is very hard to find now days in Canada. Governments here, on every level have let Canadians down . They stopped investing in affordable housing. They haven’t provide enough placement for education of medical staff over decades and now we don’t have enough nurses and doctors. \nWe need better educated voters but of course they don’t put enough money into education. It’s seems people prefer voting for bullies rather than people who actually care about the people and the land that feeds us. It really is sad because Canada did provide a lot more for people in the past. They line the pockets of corporations Like the fossil fuel industry. Those are our resources. Taxes paid is our money. We need to be smarter voters and louder voices to demand our governments do their job. Protecting and caring for the land and the people and animals that live here. It really comes down to us the people. \nWhy does a country as rich as Canada have homeless people , because the leaders don’t care and the voters don’t care enough to demand more. \nI can’t blame immigrants for leaving. I agree with almost everything these lovely ladies say as a person of caribbean decent. The health care system is greatly exaggerated and the overall system is such that the harder you work, the more they take from you. There are no incentives for existing businesses or prospective startups with great ideas ? to implement their plan. They rather move to the states. The boring part I don’t 100 percent agree because I think that that is relative. As people from different places and cultures all over the world, what might be exciting for one group would not be for another and vice versa. So I think that we need to create our own excitement and fun. And this depends on social connections sometimes. All in all, I loved what you 2 lovely ladies shared ????

health care everywhere is strained in the us they just lost 37 000 healthcare workers in feb. not saying canada is perfect but no place is perfect either. Things need to improve specifically with primary care.

There's no reason why you can't save money in Canada maybe you should read the book The Wealthy Barber and you should learn more about money. I am near retirement and it is such a treat not to have to worry about paying for anything and having a guaranteed income when I re— . Embrace the climate and learn to do things that are compatible with the climate if you need to play overseas for short periods of time to get extra warmth in the winter if you need it . this constant bitching is not helpful to anyone . Even in the United States the wait times could be 8 hours in emergency . I am a surgeon so I know. What you doing have is your private insurance company denying you coverage and you have to refer to them every time when you need a particular blood test done. I can have my patients have MRIs or CT scans within 2 days if they need is there a giant . What you need is Doctor Patient Advocates. If your doctor cares he can pull the strings to get you earlier appointments if needs be . there is nothing about this video that makes sense and I would not trade this country for the world Allen speaking from the point of view that I have lived in the Prairies where it gets to minus 30 degrees Centigrade interior with muggy in the summer Newfoundland where did the fog is so thick you can cut it with a knife and I know live in Vancouver an embrace the rain when it comes I don't even notice it . I can imagine that what you are describing will be the case with my wife. But is Nigerian men are here so you don’t have to be spending your money. To be honest, I would prefer my wife not to work, however when I left my job to start a charity - her work became important to support other things so that I could focus on mortgage etc. \nBut now that the difficult times are over in Jesus name. I would say for us Nigerian men, we like to spoil our wives. My wife just doesn’t like expensive stuff. \nI don’t like expensive things because I’m very conservative but I love spending on her. I live in USA my father was a refugee and he died very young but his father went on to become a multimillionaire so, I would have to say my country has taken care of me and even now they support me with money and a home.

Well I hope you two young and beautiful ladies stick with Canada. \n\nI will say you might be a little off when you say that in the USA you will be paid more and can become richer. The fact is the US has the highest inequality among wealthy nations. And the worst health care, they place 20 out of 20 in the OECD. So wages and getting rich I disagree with, and cost of goods are on par....however housing is still cheaper and that is a big one. \n\nDue to the massive immigration we are experiencing here (too fast imo) it plays a big factor in health care degradation and wait times etc. The government was slow to respond to the fact when you add 300 000 people a year to Ontario it will require more health care providers. \n\nAnd don't forget it was the taxes my ancestors paid that provided the buildings you now enter for health and school etc. It seems that is seldom thought of by new comers. Even nice ones like yourselves.

I won't trade Australia to any place, good weather all year round, good health care, good food, good work balance and benefits. As they say, we work to live not live to work! What more can you ask for?

Well it looks like Canada is just the same as UK, expect I can go for private health care. You really shouldn't complain cos compared to 9ja, Canada is still a better option - electricity, water are 24-7, good roads, amenities, the government isn't corrupt, need I go on? Yes cost of living is high but that's if you live in a city, it's cheaper on the outskirts - nobody forced you to live in a city, you have a choice. You are complaining yet you don't want to leave! As we say in the UK, put up or shut up!!

I couldn't agree with you more. Canada has become another one of those mindless Totalitarian states like American China, Russia, etc., etc. I spent 10 years in China working as a teacher. I went there because I was fed up in my country and when I returned it was worse than when I left. As I am now 68, if I can afford to leave again I will and I'll never return again. I told the Chinese who knew me I was returning because I missed the land, but I never really missed the people. Now that I'm back, since Jan. 2022, I want to leave again and I will and Never return. Health care in this country is in the Sh*t-house, it's impossible to get a family Dr. In part I returned for medical reasons, but now would rather die than have to deal the the Canadian medical bureaucracy - REALLY !!! So, trust me when I say I both understand you and agree with you.\nCanada has become a Sh*t-Hole treating both immigrants and Canadians like sh*t. I'll be glad to go once I can. North America, because of Canada and the US are going to hell in a hand basket. Both countries are FCUKed and I don't want to be a party to their descent into hell. The End.

My wife, my 3 kids and I used to like Vancouver but not anymore!!! The weather is why we plan to leave for good but also the expensive rents! I also heard about horror stories at many hospitals (and yes, I have worked in Africa and to be honest, Africans hospitals are way more functional than the ones in Canada in terms of human aspect… there they care, Canadians do not give a shit about anyone!!! And I am saying this as a Belgian!!! I have some African colleagues at work here and at least 80 percent of them either want to go back to Africa (one is actually going to start an Afro business there and build his own house) or move to Europe (one of them plans to live to my homeland Belgium and two others in France as apparent the pensions there are way better than the Canadian one) as soon as they get enough experience in canada! None of us at work , including me, want to retire or get old here in Canada! For me personally, it is the Canadian extreme loneliness and lack of willingness to open to others that really shuts me down… I am fed up and and tired of paying taxes in a country where some (not all) hospitals and some retirement homes treat patients like … objects, not human beings! I now understand (as before I did not) why even some of my African colleagues are looking forward to go back to Africa or to some of them, immigrate to Europe! .. none of us want to be left alone and depressed in this so highly individualistic and unfriendly, falsely “cool” country called Canada… a country that claims America and France are racist countries when not even one CEO in Canada is coloured! Bad things about Saskatchewan:\n-A LOT of snow, A LOT\n- negative 30c is the norm in winter, summer usually plus 25c (It's COLD)\n-housing prices aren't as cheap as the video says... sure you can buy a place for $280,000 :) ...an apartment. \nA new family house made in 2012 costs $550,000, an old one made in 1980 costs $330,000.\n- Not a lot of bang for your buck. Yes, there are jobs in the major cities but the pay isn't so great unless you are a nurse or work in health care. (Best province for upcoming nurses btw) Minimum wage for the win! \n-As I said previously, minimum wage for the win! There are jobs but you don't get paid enough to live without a roommate or almost be constantly broke.\n-Rent is okay. If you DO manage to get a decent paying job, like a teacher, plumber, doctor, etc, rent is cheap.\n-Expensive retirement. Thinking the healthcare is great for seniors? It is. But, get ready to give every last penny to your senior home. A neighbour got a quote from a local seniors home for him and his wife, $65,000 per year (MINIMUM) for the 2 of them. That's how much the old folks home costed.\n-You need a car. If you want to visit outside the major cities, you need a car. In the cities you can survive traffick by bus, but it is better with a car.\n-You can't see northern lights a lot. Not from the cities. You have to go north, north, north, out in the middle of nowhere.\n\nGood things about Saskatchewan: \n-No cougars. Bears and wolves live here, mainly in the north.\n-People are friendly. There isn't as much crime in the 2 major cities, Prince Albert does have a lot though just like the video said, so I'd steer clear of that place.\n-Great education. Good place to raise a family.\n-Great healthcare. Has most covered in universal healthcare I think out of every province. Seniors like to move to Saskatchewan for retirement. It's a great place to retire if you have the money to move.\n-Lots of local stuff to see. A lot of local shops, parks, camp grounds, etc.\n-Rent is cheap. It's cheaper than Vancouver or Toronto.\n-Food prices are alright. Not good, not bad, just okay. Even a poor single mother can buy some food I think.\n-Lots of land. There is lots of flat land here. Not that you could own it all lol But it is pretty to look at.\n\nHighlights/Best people to move here:\n-nurses\n-immigrants for fast food jobs\n-rich seniors\n-rich families (good place to raise a family)\n\nPeople not good to move here:\n-single people\n-poor seniors

Canada, country of homeless and trash. I'm so sorry for Canada. Most things about a good Canada are not true, Including clean cities - beaches, and forests. It's a big lie. The first time I arrived in Vancouver in 2018, I was shocked. As soon as I left the airport door, I saw tissue, disposable glasses, and other garbage left in the city. The further I went, the more I saw them. Before I moved to Canada, I lived in Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, Serbia, The United States, and for a short time in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Netherland, Germany, and England, but I have never seen the amount of garbage that people leave in different Canadian cities. Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec are no less than Vancouver. Canadian and Canada Governments don't care about this tragedy. I think everything that says about Canada as a clean and powerful culture is not true. You don't need to travel to Canada to see this. Just watch some videos about walking in downtown Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec. You will find the truth. Impossible for you to walk in a Canadian city and you don't see the dark side of that. Everywhere you will see garbage. You will never see this in Europe, Australia, the United States, Japan, and Korea. This amount of waste is not even seen in Malaysian, Indonesian, or Thailand cities. It is impossible for you to use public transport and not see a lot of garbage at stations or on the route. You will be surprised to find a lot of garbage even in the woods - by the rivers and on the beaches in Canada. I wish the Canadians woke up and had no enmity with their country.

I know of a few taxi drivers that have law degrees or a PhD in the way they get treated is astounding the young need to be educated not just the Young the ignorant people say they're taking our jobs they're taking our jobs because they're work ethic is 100 times better in some cases in most cases people that are from a country that has benefited them wouldn't know damn thing about a hard life. I have experienced or found amount of trauma in my life in and out of foster homes the day I was born adopted at age 9 back in foster care , addicted to opiates I thought life couldn't get any worse I am now 6 years clean from opiates I find myself among the luckiest women or person on this Earth. Good for you two for educating people thank you I hope you ladies get everything you have worked hard for and then some even though what you're saying sounds unfair it is unfair it sounds to me extremely difficult you remain hopeful and humble. Living in Canada is fine but saying that you don't want to come back or you like Canada more than India is ridiculous. If you like Canada more than why in time of crisis you expect from the Indian Embassy or Indian Government. Ask your respective government to take care of you.

Another issue is that some white families have sold off or abandoned their family homes in once vibrant community's because they have refused to live with other people of color who happen to move in. Then black communities build up over say 50 to 75 years a great community, their own churches , schools, day cares, playground, crime watch and near jobs and easy transportation suddenly others with money wish to expand in those same areas. So taxes go up. Fire insurance goes up. Schools are closed down due to so called lack of budgets. Factory's move out farther. And or new higher technologies come in only looking for a few or certain type of trained skilled workers with higher educational degree's. All of these complex events cause the death of a functional great long standing community. By the time others come and say hey, where are the kids, where is the small local business and the great gardens, farmer markets or book clubs, libraries, community workshops, and black church's giving out food? Trust me its not such a simple answer. Many many other forces are at play. Entire sections of the city and rural areas have gone through displacement.

I am from Kenya living in the US and what you say holds true. In addition to loneliness (which was made worse during the pandemic) you have to consider the incredible cost of housing compared to wages, incredible cost of health care, and prejudice. Some people work 6 or even 7 days a week, sometimes on more than one job per day. However, I don't think I could live in Nairobi anymore. The life there has become extremely hectic and competitive.

Plus they have no a/c in the summertime. So they have to take advantage of the shade trees outside their homes. They don’t even have kitchens in their homes. They cook outside, squatting down. Like they’re at a damn canp fire ?.\nIf he’s really bothered by the way we do things in our country. Then he can always go back home. Nobody will care, I promise you.

I think Quebec is most stunning. Steeped in history, great food, mountains and rivers/lakes and the ocean is magnificent. Newfoundland the most friendlest, night life unforgettable fun you won't know when to go home? the food to die for. But it's the people who are really the drawing card. Their big hearted kindnes cannot do enough for you to take care of you to ensure you enjoy your stay. You don't have much money? No problem just mention it to someone/anyone and Presto you will have a place to stay for free. Home cooked nutritious meals, a tour of the city and especially George St that has more Bars and Entertainment than people. Hugs Only.. by way of payment. Ohh yeah I forgot to say.. So proud to say I'm a Newfoundlander!!! ?

My experience about Canada after living here for a few years now: \n1): Healthcare: There are two sides of it. If you need a specialist, forget about it, just live with your disease or problems and hope it will cure itself and won’t get worse. If you are in a life threatening condition and need a surgery, you’ll get it and the medical bill won’t scare you. I needed a dermatologist, never got one, eventually had to fly to the US for a simple treatment. \n2): Taxes: You’ll pay extra to take care of the large aging population of Canada and to maintain the infrastructure in the extreme cold weather. But, you can make a good use of your RRSP and TFSA accounts, and you can also buy American stocks without paying taxes. \n3): Travel and transportation: Forget about public transportation methods like buses and trains. You’re on your own. But a vehicle ownership isn’t very hard here. \n4): Social networking: Good luck with that. Good luck finding friends here or being a part of a friends group. Canadians are polite but not outgoing and extrovert. Most people make a few friends in Schools and College. You’re not going to see people of different races and origin hanging out with each other. \n5): Real estate: Population is growing, population is aging, it’s all happening but what’s not many houses are getting built. Buying your own house isn’t easy. If you’ve bought one, good luck with the energy prices. \n5): Landscape: It’s gorgeous out here, if you want to be happy in Canada, go out for sightseeing.\n6): Jobs: Totally depends in which jobs you can fit in and what previous experience you have. If you have previously done exactly what the job profile is asking for, for sure you can find a job.\n\nIn the end I would say, I have lived in many places, each come with their downsides, you have to see what works for you. There’s isn’t a perfect world really there isn’t. You have to take the bad with the good.

Every country has its problems but to say Canada's health care covers the bare minimum is just wrong .

Lived in Canada for 23 years. Immigrated to Vancouver as a child with no choice. So I have seen the trend from the very beginning. This country to going towards a horrible place. Extremely corrupt and socialist. Let’s put it this way. \nIf you have extremely rich parents, this is a good place for you. \nIf you have help from someone, lets say 500k minimum start up money, you can live a normal life. \nIf you need to scramble from nothing. I would be honest with you most of people who leave Canada can have a good life in their home countries (mainly people who say this are from Europe or advanced country in Asia ), well if in your home country you can't make a life at all then what's the point of going back and what I'm taling about here is mainly African countries where everything is expensive and scarce, us living in third country we can even make enough money for a cost of flight alone in a one year of work, wages here can come to be 50$ USD a month that's if your lucky (and not even to say that you will spend most of them on food and health care)

Pretty good Adam I'd just mention a few of those things are...I don't want to say inaccurate but way more diverse. For instance French. Yes Quebec is the only French province BUT New Brunswick is the only Bilingual province and basically half and half. This is good for things like federal of provincial services because by law they must provide service in both languages but not so basically everywhere else. The problem with this is you can have an almost completely English town almost nobody speaks French and drive 15 minutes and be in a town where nobody speaks English. Research on this might be hard because a town with a French name may not have any French people in and vise versa. Also this problem is multiplied in the fact that if you Do want a French area we don't speak standard French or Quebecois but instead Le Chiac which is a difficult and confusing mix of old French and english (almost exactly like the Cajun dialect). Second part of this is that Montreal is easy to live in if you don't speak French and is so multicultural you are just apt to hear Swahili as French in public. Last part is be very careful where you move on the prairies as they have may isolated towns some that speak French also. Next is tipping I've never had to tip anyone for a haircut outside of the military and all other forms of tipping here on the east coast are purely optional and wait staff don't get upset if you don't leave a tip unless you were a jerk or left them extra work like making a big mess (I worked as cook for a while after I got out of the army and I rarely ever head staff complain) HOWEVER....tip a waitress well and she might accidentally give you 2 pieces of pie lol and tip a taxi driver well and he will not only get you the cheapest fare he will find ANYTHING you may need no questions asked. Lastly on the nice thing....we are nice for sure especially compared to our southern neighbours BUT there is a lot of passive aggressive nice that happens and this also varies greatly. For instance as a city boy of course you answered the way you did but a guy who have lived all over this country in big and small, French and English places who now has retired to a rural town I can say I find the cities quite snobby and the French and the English can be quite snobby to each other and where I live now if you asked a random stranger for 5$ chances are you would get it also driving down the road people you don't know will just wave at you as if you were the closest friends. Canada is certainly a weird place so many extremes and my advice to anyone wanting to move here is do your research and then visit and travel a bit if possible because even us Canadians can be surprised by thing or two across this gigantic country

Ashir, I like you, you talk well. I would add my opinion here you are still angry about Pakistan. Yes so much is wrong in Pakistan but again so much is wrong in Canada. And equally so much is right in Canada and we all know so so much is right in Pakistan. My advice, chose your wrongs and rights carefully and wisely.\nFor viewers a hint, listen to his advice and try to practice all he says while living in Pakistan. You have almost a head start of 3-5million pkr ( which generally is consumed before immigrating/settling in Canada). Sir, with due respect. Contrary to what you qouted as examples, there are hundreds of families from that part of the world talks about what they had experienced as Muslims. They talk about Islamobphobia and their personal experiences. Sir Waseem and Others are living in Canada, aren't the others living in the similar society? We admire the Government for all their care for Muslim community, and yet you are trying to dify its narrative. Your PM categorically viewed this incident as a branch of Islamophobia.
