The guy recording this is an arsehole, I'm always kind to delivery workers, 99.9% of problems are actually caused by the restaurant, not the delivery worker. It's only $20 yet the guy is literally mocking the workers accent, for a meal to be delivered there surely wouldn't be much change from $20 anyway so who's the real prick here.
