This is what you get when you play Immigration Bingo. He kept holding out for bigger and bigger handouts until he lost it all. I get the impression there is more to the story than what we're hearing, perhaps a criminal record or perhaps he is ungrateful and entitled, which (rightly) turns people off these days when things are tough all over. Being white and living in North America doesn't guarantee us anything. Where do immigrants get this entitled attitude? Talking to lawyers? Gulping the PC Koolaid?

I live in Toronto, Canada.\n\nFirstly, their are 500 men,women and children being placed in hotels temporarily. Much better than cages! \n\nSecondly, these individuals have already gone through the immigration process, hearing claims, back ground checks, medical checks. So these individuals in hotels have already been accepted to stay in Canada. They are in hotels due to Housing shortage issue. \n\nThird, way more illegal immigrants have been detained and removed from Canada. \n\nFourth, most of these people are families. Canada is very skeptical of accepting males. Sorry guys! \n\nFifth, these hotels have a contract with the government. These are the same hotels that were used to temporarily shelter Syrian refugees. Usually 3-4 families stay in one hotel. 500 people won't be staying in the same hotel. Plus the hotels charge the government an insane amount. So they make money. \n\nSixth, more than 10% of hotel cleaning jobs go unfilled. Guess what? Most of these asylum seekers end up working in the hotels they're staying in because of program called Employing Newcomers in Canadian Hotels Project. \n\nDon't worry about us America we know what we're doing. Trust me, no children were separated from their families and placed in cages.

15 years in America as an illegal. Man, I am so tired of these people who think they can break laws and move from one country to another with impunity. The question that never seems to be asked is why are these countries south of the border in such chaos? Why?\nWhy can't you find a better life in the country you were born in? Why? \nYou really need to figure out how to turn your hellholes into productive civil societies. And if you can't, tough. \n\nHere in California we've been overrun with illegals. Of course, that's no secret. However, I think the illegals and the libs here think it's a right of passage if you can speak their so-called Spanish. I say so-called because most of what I hear sounds more like Ebonics than Spanish. As a matter of fact, if you live in California and you're looking to study a second language, you should be concentrating on Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, and Korean. Those are the languages which will have real commercial use. But if you must learn Spanish, please go to Spain. That's the only place I've heard Spanish being spoken.

Then leave? He’s one of millions of immigrants who regret it. And if they do regret it they’re more then welcome to go back. We’re not abducting people here lmao, just open to letting people leave their mess of a country for a new chance. I have no problem with foreign people, everyone in North America has immigrated here sooo.. just don’t bash us once we let you in

Why is Canada not bashed for turning family’s away and enforcing their laws but American flags are burned and spit on? They don’t have to build a wall just in case that’s going to be somebody’s defense of how horrid America is. They don’t have to build a wall because they haven’t gotten the influx illegal immigrants that we’ve gotten. I’m all about positive immigration but there has to be rules and if you break them then you’re not welcome

White people need to understand that they're not more or better then others, the white race of people is the most hateful people on earth, it is true they do have some good people in there race, but it's the bad people in that race that makes other race's hate them,whites seem to FORGET that other race's do play a part in the success of the United States of America

Canada's laws are harder than America. And if you become legal in the US, hey, you're welcome

America has been enduring this huge onslaught for decades. Hopefully, Canada now realizes why Americans want a border wall. We’re drained, and tired of this, and Mexico tries to help people enter the USA illegally, too.

Stay in Canada or go back to Mexico....or wherever in south America you're from.

America would like to export all 11 million illegal aliens but we're not going to pay Canada any import tax. Instead we'll have them self deport and smuggle themselves in. Don't say America never gave you anything Canada. This is the gift that keeps on giving.

I mean it Islam is based on terrorism but shouldn't we be punishing the ones who are in the other country killing soldiers and the ones who are living in America trying to cause trouble I think we should leave the ones who just want to live a normal life alone the ones they receive you just want to live here have family and her business they're not a threat the ones will try to make bombs and do it secret C or threats do you want to get rid of the threat go after the bad ones and leave the good ones alone

so I just have one question... Why is it that black people are being followed in department stores? Think really long and really hard about that... Here in America it is because we have a huge problem with the black community feeling entitled and running through stores and just taking what they want ( flash mobs). The reason they are profiled isn't because of their skin color, it's because they are known, as a culture, to be Thieves who have been told they're entitled. that doesn't mean I believe that it's right, I just understand why people are leery of a culture that feels that it's okay for them to steal and take whatever they want. Nor do I believe all people with that skin color are part of that culture.

He's illegally in the US and never learns to speak English then goes to Canada and doesn't speak English or French? He hasn't put forth much effort to assimilate. Try coming through Ellis Island in the late 1800s and early 1900s and not knowing English. You're an evil racist if you say these things but it's the truth. If you want to move out of your country you learn the Language and assimilate. The problem with the immigrants from Central America is they want to live in our country but continue to live life as they did there. Assimilate or leave.

America is not all about war war war and guns just because we have a big military jeez! And not everyone here has a gun, there are some people that just don't like them for different reasons.\n If you come to a place like Texas yea just about everybody here has one I do, but there are still people even here that don't like um. You can't be an expert on another country by being there 100 something days. And I don't understand where everybody has this impression that all Americans are fat. Americans come in all shapes and sizes the same as everywhere els and other parts of the country are more health conscious than others. In every state you will find hundreds of gyms and plenty of muscled up fit Americans.\n As for the health care thing, I don't get it either but that was Obama momma and his stupid ideas, he was trying to destroy this country on purpose you know he's a muslim and we will never let one of those bastards sneak their way in office again. Now that Trump is in office he is trying to fix that or make it better some how. I have often wondered why can't we have a healthcare system like Canada's but America spends all of it's money on so many things in the world because of our position on the world stage we just can't work that out, thats what happens when you're the world super power.\n Most Americans have health insurance through their employer, a certain amount is taken out of our paycheck every month and if I get sick or have an emergency I pay a small co pay at the doctors office which is 35 dollars and emergency room co pay is 150 the insurance pays the rest.

I dont have anything against immigrants from other countries. Muslims, however, are a real concern to me. Why? Because they're the only people who refuse to adapt to another way of life (e.g. American, Canadian). I'd like to address this to the woman who went to one of Trump's rallies dressed as a Moslem with her head covered with a scarf and having a sign that reads, 'I come in peace'. I don't know why she was asked to be escorted out, but by her own words the people in the crowd were throwing questions at her as to whether she had a bomb under her cloak. Well, whether she knew it or not, she provoked the crowd by wearing the mark of a Moslem - her cloak. Also, by going to the rally dressed the way she was, she knew before hand that she'd be treated that way. On her part, I see that as provocation. Had she gone plainly dressed or attired like everybody else, there would have been no adverse reaction toward her. I don't know what she could have said why she was asked to be escorted out, but she fully knows that the whole of America had been given the real and true picture of Islam - one of terror, murder, beheading, bombs, war, and blood. How do Moslems expect the most compassionate, kind, benevolent people in the world to act? So, please, use your common sense and do not see America as the enemy, the aggressor, or the provocateurs. They're not. They are just being vigilant knowing that the enemy could be so sly, cunning and untrustworthy. Islamic people,we welcomed you to our country. Don't think that we are not watching you. We have given you a new start for a happy life compared to the life you have had in your native lands, but we are guarding against an invasion that your evil governments have designed for our beloved country. The truth of the matter is that you are our guests in our country, and you don't have he right to demand of us what you like, especially when you want us to change our laws just to accommodate or please you. The more attacks you perpetrate against Americans, the more we will be true to our resolve to deport you. Good Moslems, show your rage against the radicals amongst you. If you don't, you'll be sorry, because willy nilly, you'll be affected too. You cannot be in America and refuse to live by the laws we live by.

this is bullshit, if I decided to cover my face and go out in public i would probably be arrested for conspiracy to commit robbery. The western world is no place for islam. Keep all that bullshit on the other side of the world, they're not welcome here. They all flock to north america and try and change everything about our way of life, and bitch about everything we stand for. If i moved to one of their countries and tried to pull that shit i would be publicly executed.
