Some times i watch videos on differents experiences others migrants experiencing here Canada and we re on same boat. That s why i also made choice to move out in Colombia on the beach for my retirement.Then im here giving some advise. As immigrant myself, African from Gabon, we experiencing same realities of the West since 10 years now. At some point, i can say there s something broken in this country since last 6-8 years. As you making decision to leave Canada on the reasons you expressed, it is very important for you not be wrong chosing the wrong place again. You need to think about it seriously. Straight, can tell you 100% United states is worse than Canada as Muslim family to live in. You need to read all suggestions given in this Video. As a lot people suggested you in the comments, i totally agree with em that Malaysia, is the Top one based of the reasons you explained why you leaving Canada. Maybe Turkey and UAE as second choice. I would hope you could find happiness in Canada. One of my concerns about living in a theocratic country would always be, is this choice really your own? Can you ever be certain, if faced with violations of your rights, that the choice is really yours? And, if not, can you consider yourselves as choosing Islam, rather than being forced into it, even if in absence of theocratic rule, you would have chosen it anyways? Maybe I’m overthinking it. I have the tendency to do that. I think if I were Muslim, I might choose Tunisia. I’ve known people from Tunisia and it sounds like they’re pretty open-minded, but still obviously predominantly Muslim. I’ve been to Dubai, and while I see many people recommending it, I honestly thought it was the worst combination of East and West. All the commercialization of the West, but none of the democracy. Plus, if you are not native Emiratis, you will always be second class. I’m from the US in what I think is the mini-Canada (ok, the Twin Cities) and we have a big Muslim community, but I’m very concerned Trump will win again in 2024, and I don’t know what will come of it. My daughter is part Afghani, but raised Catholic because her father’s side is irreligious. But I still worry for her, looking like she does and carrying that last name. People are so awful.

Saudi Arabia and Qatar are a couple of decent choices.

Your decisions make perfect sense for you and your family. Some of those reasons obviously relate to Islam but not all. Your horror over your government's support for genocide is one all moral people share. That is not a cultural or religious choice, but a moral one. However, already I see Western governments and social media presenting that realisation as something to do with being a Muslim which it is not. It is about being human.

Since you both mentioned about the choice of doing Umrah more often , choosing Saudi Arabia would be a wise decision along with other factors that you mentioned in the video. An Islamic environment, nice weather especially western and southern parts of Saudi Arabia. Other main cities such as Riyadh and Dammam has a decent winter where temperatures hovers around 10 to 15 deg C for few weeks.Makkah and Madinah itself is a place to live but madinah has a more calm and peaceful atmosphere compared to Makkah. If not, Jeddah which is jus 30 mins to Makkah and 2 hrs to madinah by train. \n\nAnd you will also have quality of life especially the food and housing also and never to worry about halal foods. Education for kids will be on the costlier side, but again you don't have to ay any income tax. If you're on resident visa the only fee that comes is a dependent fee for your family dependent members ,lets say in your case 3. But if you're on premium visa such as investor visa etc i think there are exceptions. Also to take note saudi arabia doesn't offer citizenship. You can be here on resident permit of varying validity depending on the visa you choose to have.

Your daughters will have as much choice whether to put hijab or not as your wife seems to have. I mean why pretend so much about freedom of choice when the outcome is so well known already?

They are living in Canada under western values with freedom of choice. After they try lifestyle in some islamic country they will be back soon. I just feel sorry for thoose two girls and life that waits for them under islam as second class citizens if they still decide to stay there.

Canada is a Christian country so Christianity should be the first religion. Just as in a Muslim country Muslim religion is the first religion. We all have to get along. And respect others way of life. It is about choice you made the choice to live in Canada. It is your choice to leave that is fine.

Quick note: it’s not your children’s choice to wear hijab. You want to encourage them as much as possible but if you give them the choice (especially in the west) they might not wear it. Nothing wrong with gently forcing them to do it with wisdom.

Before moving please make sure what you would be doing in a new country for living? Will you be able to manage until you pickup your earnings. You have kids!! will you be able to pay for their educations, house rents, medicine if necessary etc. so on and so forth..\n\nBut one thing i wanted to check many Indians are moving to Canada for a better life, i''m little surprised to see you moving out of Canada, why don't you guys try jobs in IT companies? I have a muslim friend from Toranto. He is fine & feels great of Canada. He is modern. You seem to be conservative. So, you will clash with other conservatives of other major religions, where ever you go. This is what Georgia Meloni told of Muslims who follow Sharia. Just go to any Muslim nation of your choice.

Canada tolerate Islam and people here can live their ways as soon they integrate. But most likely for Muslim people very hard to live by non-islamic laws and routine, so the best choice they have or finally accept the life around them, or to leave to Muslim country. It's up to you guys.

I immigrted in 2016 and went back to my country in 2022 after collecting my citizenship, and staying a total of 5.5 years.\n\n In terms of money, i brought $15k as settlement funds. Saved in excess of $65k from salary i earned after paying taxes and got $16k in tax returns. From these savings i helped my sibling in paying his NDBE exam fee, paid hospital bill when my mom was diagnosed with covid in 2020 (she fully recoered and is in excellent health now) for myself i bought books, computers and other electronic gadgets of my choice, After returning back i made an investment of $20k and bought a plot of land for $25k measuring 240 sq yards and still left with nearly $12k.\n\nIt would need another $50k to built a double story house on it with all the luxurious ( which i will save in my next tour) . To me the best place on earth is where you can live a happy and comfortable life.

It great to see you move out! Given how big supporters you are for palestine, would be hypocritical to see you stay on occupied country with citizenship given by occupiers. Native americans never had a chance to say if they want to keep all those immigrants who move there by force. If you move country goverment by it’s people, you will be able to become member of that community by choice of the community.

That's why Muslims should live in Muslim countries not live where Muslims want to change our life choices. And I know that it was hard for Jews to live in Muslim countries, that is not a debate. I have faced racism from Muslims, they can be very intimidating. This may not be your experience in the way you treat others but I have had different experiences. And I can see by the Free Palestine cap you wear that you are indocrinated into their narrative, which is don't tell the whole truth, only what is convenient. Most of that history is revisionist.

Your reasons apply to virtually every western country...\nI lived in America for 25 yrs before deciding to move. I actually moved to Palestine ?? ? because it's my home country. If I didn't have family here, Jordan would definitely be my choice. It is the closest thing to a traditional Levant region utopia. It has a western culture and authentic backdrop. I really love it so much. Also lots lots of Americans there. I wouldn't consider any other arab country. They're all strict police states with zero freedom.

I think you guys are making the right choice...there are plenty of Muslim countries to move in to..so instead of trying to change Canada to suit you better you would move to a place that already suits you.. glad for you to make a good decision for your family.

Shuttle between HKG, USA , Toronto/Canada and Shanghait/China It seems your 10 points cover pretty well about the subject. \n\nHere I have some experiencese to share about the OHIP. yse. it is free system for us. However, the quality is rather inferior to HKG or even in Maindland China. The Dentistry is not free, by the way. and other specialist, such as Protates (Yes, for aged man like me ), the quality (cure results) are really 2 levels down. To my disappoiment. \n\nThe Taxes and service charge make up the bill almost 30% extrate, while in in NY State, it could be half of it. \n\nTThe Canada now is NOT a country, it is another state of America, Canada has been administrated as a genocide government but it keeps barking on the world about others but seldom think about herself of all the wrong doings. It was nice watching your video. You asked for a suggestion. In your case, I think the best place for you to settle down would be Turkey. \nThe main problem you will face there would be the language. I think that is a big problem initially, but it is easy to learn a language, before going to that country. Once you are there, it will be easy for you to pick it up, because you will be forced to use it every day. The rest of the points you raised will be resolved. The weather there is not as cold as it is in Canada. Most of the population are Muslims, so you will find the required atmosphere to practice your belief freely and safely without worries or fear. When it comes to people, they are friendly and nice in general. Remember wherever you go in the world you will find good and bad people. This is life. \nThe 2nd choice would be US. They have various of mixed nations. Language will not be an obstical. But, there are many Muslims there. Some of the states have very big Muslim communities.
