This is amazing. This prime minster talks as if Canada did nothing wrong and US decided to bully them for no reason. If everything's fine and dandy, we wouldn't have done this. It's really very clever to start a dispute with almost every trading partner at the same time. This only leads to almost everything that is imported into the USA becoming more expensive, while in Canada, the EU or Mexico only the American products become more expensive and customers then switch to Canadian, Mexican or European products.

Cars, parts, food etc are not manufactured in Canada for the cheaper labor - it is just as expensive there. Making some things there was just more efficient, and therefore a good business decision, and then there are the resources they provide to the USA, the oil alone is responsible for the trade deficit. Dump is just wrong here, but he has no contrary advisors, only bobbleheads who nod in agreement.
