However, my uncle, who owns a large construction company and several auxiliary businesses in a blue state, has a different perspective. He hires only legally authorized workers, verifying immigration status, driver’s licenses, and conducting drug tests and background checks for all roles, including maintenance and cleanup. He says he pays his employees well and has never faced challenges in finding reliable workers

President Trump lamented at his rallies about having to deport so many illegal aliens. But he said the USA just cannot sustain the amount coming into the country. Specifically, we the people cannot afford the amount of money it takes to support millions of illegal immigrants. Blame it on the Democrats. They caused the problem.

How do people not understand that illegal Immigration is good for America. We need more immigrants. More people just means a bigger economy.

I worked in Criminal Court (NYC Metro area) for many years. We always checked for Immigration Holds on those who were arraigned in our courts. How it plays out is that INS would take a long time to appear where detainee was. Court (local w/ separate budget) wants to process the case quickly just like the local jail want to discharge because it cost money to keep people locked up. If INS is not fast enough to appear the people are released.

We have tens of thousands of foreign nationals who have entered the country illegally. When these foreign nationals stepped across the border and violation of our immigration and border laws, they committed a crime. Their first violation was a misdemeanor. Their second violation was a felony. These individuals need to be held accountable for their lawless act. \n We heard Bernie and Kamala, and some other Democrats state that these foreign nationals need to be allowed a pathway to citizenship. I ask why? Perhaps if they leave the country and then they make application to re-enter the country they could be given consideration, but we should not reward people who violate our laws

When she started with 'we need to take our country' back, I began to think she meant Mexican-Americans need to take back their country that was originally part of Mexico but was taken from them by the United States. eg Texas and other border states. Why do Indians prefer to live anywhere but India. If you think about it…it’s really sad. Imagine not wanting to live in or contribute to your own country. I’m referring to the talented immigrants. The Lawyers, Physicians, Politicians, Businessmen, Tradesmen and the like. Why not take what you’ve learned and put it into practice for the people of India instead of people in America/Canada/Pretty much everywhere in the world but India. I also came to Canada in 2006 as an immigrant with my 2 bags and started my new life with empty handed which almost all Indians had started on their time. Yes it’s very hard to adopt other cultures 100% for first generation. But have you think how this new immigrants have their own house and good jobs or business. Why their kids achieved higher education without any loan because their parents worked 7 days without looking around so called culture. They believe in work hard and focus on their family and kids and in extra time visit temple or Gurudwara just to keep live their believes. Do you know how many places where you find 3 times free hot food for everyone in Brampton at Gurudwara and Temple without looking at his originality. \nDon’t think the immigrants are coming here are poor in their country or helpless like refugees. Most of are millionaires in India but in Indian culture the stupid thoughts is to earn for next 7 generations so because of that greediness they work here 7 days and that’s why they are not homeless. As they have some values of their Indian culture they have not drug addictions.\nNot 100% Indian are good and loyal or honest. There are few which you can find in any culture or religion.\nSo in bottom line immigrants are here because of govt policies and invitations. They are not came as refugees. I am a German born, Germany raised second gen immigrant. I am almost 30 now. To this day, I do not feel as part of this country. Why? Constant discrimination, being treated extremely poorly, lower chances at anything really, bullied and abused since infancy. I am very highly educated and skilled throughout various domains and tried to achieve the best I can. If I work in Germany, less skilled people will do everything to sabotage me, due to jealousy. People just waste your energy and time constantly for their own insecurities. I have left some years ago and will never come back. Germany will end itself and I am sitting to watch it!
