Main reason because our citizens abuse their privileges. We don't know how to behave. UAE has the maximum number of Indian citizens seeking visit visas but actually attempting to work there. They are crying to get in, with kids in tow. But once in, they repeatedly spit on the Americans and constantly laugh at them as they are receiving free welfare, hotel, insurance, food, etc, (they even post videos on the same). while the Americans are homeless and cannot even receive any help from their own government.
