Controversial but I will say it, Canada is a FRENCH country with English as its second major language. No others language is as prominent, So if you are sure that a brown person is an IMMIGRANT and they can’t even speak ENGLISH properly let alone French, 99% chance he/she is a problem in your country and does labour work.

Consider how many people go on tourist visas, and student visas and do not return after either....This is why there is strict action on Visas to start off with...

The situation in Canada has become deeply unbalanced due to the unchecked influx of Indians into the country. This issue isn't about discrimination but about preserving social and cultural harmony. Biggest obstacle for Indians is lack of respect for foreign land laws. For last 6 decades one can easily witness how careless and carefree Indians live in their own country. Issue raised by legit visa applicants. Unfortunately actions of many of their fellow countrymen such misused of visa have make a dent on them.

Why are indian visas being rejected? Well, could it be that various countries learned from canada, the US, and other developed nations about how indians abused the H1B as well as other visa programs by lying and cheating their ways into those countries. Not only that, once indians get into those countries they caused problems for the governments and people of those countries by shtting on their beaches, refusing to return to india when their visas expire, and playing the victim card when those countries take actions to punish indians for violating their laws.

You never mentioned what the Modi government’s actions are against these visa rejections? \nIndians are known to travel to many destinations on tourist or study visas and then simply stay back. They take advantage of the loopholes in the laws of many countries and there are Indians in those countries who help them.

Good news and many north indians are taking aslyum in europe and america on tourist and business visa, if such activity is increasing then other country can take any actions. India doesn't have aslyum facility and no one want to take Aslyum in infia???

As an Indian, I am aware of the many scams people are involved in just to stay in Canada. One of my acquaintances went to Canada with their family on an Express Entry PR. They are working full-time for cash while also claiming unemployment benefits from the Canadian government. I wonder what action the Canadian government would take against such scams. I hope my comment reaches someone responsible.
