This was nine years ago, Canada's Indigenous Peoples still do not have access to clean water . The Indian's protestors will have to wait in the queue. In the mean time all the protestors will need to get a job .Wherever in Canada the jobs are posted . They must relocate for work . Millions of Canadians, have been relocating for work since the 1970's . We didn't want to leave our families behind .We all needed to work to survive.. Go fund me support should be for the necessities in life . The aboriginals have to pay to drink bottled water .The government only allots a bare minimum of free water per person .This is a human rights tragedy.Although the protestors , tell us they do not care about the plight of other Canadian citizens. Sorry to inform the protestors this behaviour is not integration to Canadian society . File a claim against the government , please get a job and wait years like the Aboriginals .Be of service to the community where you reside .Hopefully one day , the aboriginal people's will receive clean water to drink .Be kind to people, acting in an aggressive manner is not acceptable in Canadian culture .End of .. Sounds to me like the Indian population has taken over housing and jobs in Brampton, that why the white people are on the street. I know in my town on the other side of the city all the Tm Horton, diary queen, ,MacDonald, taxis, Walmart etc are all Indian. The irritating part is our white students , older folks and the like can’t get jobs here either , and what’s worse they don’t speak our language properly and you can’t understand them. Canada often denies visas even to retired members of Indian security services but never denies visas to veterans of Western countries which have a mile long documented record of human right abuses in foreign countries in Asia and Africa. Canada now wants India to give visas blindly to Canadian citizens without checking their antecedents, particularly relating to issues of attack against Indian sovereignty and terror links! India is not Canada and India considers visas to foreign citizens a priviledge extended, not an unfettered right. Actions have consequences and India, unlike Canada, takes terror related issues and foreign conspiracies working against integrity and sovereignity of the country very seriously indeed. Why is this news sending shockwaves through the Indian community ? All they’re asked to do is go back to their homeland. Why would anyone be shocked if asked to go back to their country of birth ? I really don’t understand why Indians like to flee their country to anywhere in the world & get terrified when asked to go back. Is India as a country really that bad ?

Canada is a law abiding country and no one can fool the system. It offers study visas with a condition of returning back to home after completing the study. But many indian students are cheated by local agents with fake promises of Canadian PR, and now face deportation. It is not the fault of Canada. Already Canadian citizens including its own students suffer a lot from getting a job. Lack of jobs, house, health services increased and at the same time criminal, anti social activities like car theft, sexual abuse of female students, traffic violations, and links with anti social elements linked with international students. Brampton becomes the number one crime area in Toronto. Canadians are very well known people for their multicultural identity but they become irritated by the hostile behaviour of the international students. \nSo Canada must give priority to its own citizens and its law and order. No one can be allowed to take advantage of its liberal system.

Let's get real here, these international students do not contribute significantly at all to Canada's economy. They are a drain on food banks that locals need for survival. They are a drain on our economy because 90% of them are sending most of their paycheques back to family in India. They are taking jobs away from young Canadians trying to enter the job market while Canada's unemployment rate is high right across the country. The schools mostly are fraudulent diploma mills that are not providing any real world job skills that are useful to Canada or Canadians and 90% of Indian international students who enroll in these colleges do not even attend. They come only to work for dollars and send money back to India. Meanwhile the cost of living is extremely high due to the housing shortage caused by excessive Indian International students. It should be very clear now, Canada and Canadians want all these Indians to leave Canada and return to India as stated in the temporary resident visa. If not they will be cut off and deported also incurring a 5 to 10 year ban from Canada.

Being an Indian immigrant, I agree with them. Too many people were let in a shorter span of time. Most of them don’t even try to blend in and act like an entitled brat. I hope situations get better in coming years and Canada starts to prosper again. ??
