As a Canadian who hasn’t completed any college or university the job market is destroyed, I can’t find any work over minimum wage and if I do I get let go for people who will take minimum wage, my old job I was making 27$ a hour they let me go and all the new people make minimum wage it’s absolutely crazy

As someone about to graduate college soon, I've now become uncertain about my future and I have every right to point the finger at Trudeau. He's killed quality of life, financial freedom, safety, economy, job opportunities. Everything is fucked. Everything.

So badly spoiled the country by bringing in too many immigrants and refugees. Many don't even know how converse in English, surprised they got high score in IELTs no system to check this. Local colleges earned money, end of the day many Indian students think no scope here. Colleges used these students as mules. Since last few years now they have been diploma printing machines printing diplomas for students who can not even speak proper English. Similarly these students need to understand that their parents taking loans to send them here does not guarantee them a path to PR. They are here to STUDY not WORK. I am not sure how they are given admissions into colleges when a large number of them cannot even speak in english or understand what is being taught in class. Are they faking IELTS tests as well? Where are all the checks?

Am I missing something here, Im not sure about open door anything, if you want a job you need to have work permit, if you are old and not eligible for working/holiday visa you need a visitor visa and look for an LMIA approved job ONLY, while already Canada, jobless, as a visitor, IF you get the offer its only then you can apply for work permit and after you got it then they hire you. is that how it usually goes? Or you have tens of thousands of dolars for a college you get study permit that enables you to work too. So, I dont see how is immigration to Canada easy and I have absolutely no clue how Indians and rest of the gang do it in such large numbers. Do they all just come on visitor visa and hope for the best? what about accommodation, money?

I was born and raised in India and settled in USA California Los Angeles..from the day one I started working in a very prestigious company because I had a college degree in India master degree in sociology and psychology…but I never had experience RACISM NEITHER MY HUSBAND AND MY CHILDREN…. The Canadian government makes alot of money in immigration fees from immigrants but before they were bringing people from all over the world but for past decade it happens to be alot of east Indians, i lived in Brampton for 20 years but decided to move out in 2021 because it didn’t feel like i was living in Canada anymore thanks to Mr Trudeu who gave them ez pass , all the jobs were finished, employers only wanted to hire newcomers so they can exploit them n then you see them protesting on roads, residential areas for not getting paid by employers,failing in college, visa renewal issues, This was another reason why you see so many homeless people and higher rent rates! The government should have balance of jobs before they start bringing immigrants to come and undercut the wages

First of all , Students are not the problem. The poor unpractical courses in private colleges without any attandance is the problem, another problem is refusees and govt. allowed the asylum refusees , so many tourist visa converted into work , israelies asylum seeker , are the problem , students brings almost $60-70000 and loan , sells property , but after study he remains unskilled coz courses offered to them are useless from most of the colleges. problem is immigration system allowed unskilled people , useless courses , PR to tourist visa holders. I am Canadian and I work in an area with a lot of foreign student labour. This is an accurate summary of the situation. I have some college education, and I noticed many Indian students are going to private colleges a distance away. I believe the colleges aren't properly vetting these students in order to allow more in and collect more money from them. International students pay more to go to school in Canada. These young people unfamiliar with a western education system don't understand things aren't being done properly, but the bad reputation of these schools gets around and these students credentials are worthless. It's sad considering families frequently go into debt to send their kids to Canada. Mass Immigration is ruining housing in Canada because not enough building happend to house the sudden population increase. Canadians access to services such as health care is hindered by the population iincrease. Something as simple as the common language spoken in the country has changed. It is true if the goverment changes the people in the country the goverment has changed the country.

Canadian immigration is the biggest scam on planet earth. Everyone is involved: the government, the immigration lawyers, the colleges (diploma mills). So blaming the students is not fair. I understand the temptation to shame them . . . but they came because the government, lawyers and colleges wanted their MONEY! Now, these students realize that they have been scammed and that the colleges are worse than diploma mills because most of these schools have less than a ten percent graduation rate. Canada needs to stop scamming students!

Most people who migrate from India come as students who pay more than 30,000 CAD to Canadian government colleges for the same courses for which local Canadians pay less than 5000 CAD. Indian student migration is one of the strongest pillars on which the Canadian economy strongly relies without that how would the Canadian government pay for public housing of the very people who you just interviewed at the beginning of your video who has been living in Brampton for 15 years but never really worked and only rely on government to provide public housing and welfare.

I came from France back in 2015 whith my familly when Harper was still prime minister at the time , really I'd say things have been really great , my family and I have worked hard to get to where we are today and have always wanted to give back to our community here but I am disgusted to see in 2024 what Trudeau has done to the country and to see that immigration is no longer as prestigious as it used to be. I did my middle school here until college and I'm currently still looking for work in correctional and when I see that people arrive here afterwards without being permanent residents, who are literally flooding spots at colleges/university and also jobs that are normally open for young canadians in their 15-16 (When I was in high school, my first job was at a McDonald's, and without exception, everyone there was Canadian. I understand these are low skilled low income jobs but when I was a teen these were the jobs we took as part time after school jobs. It helped us save for college, buy a car, pay insurance and gas and have some spending cash aswell as it helped learn to have more responsibility.. Now teens today don’t have that. My friends two teenage kids tried applying to a few different gas stations and resturaunts and they wouldn’t even accept their application. One said he was told “ sorry we only employ family”…. It’s a corporate chain!
