As an Canadian I NEEEEEED TO SAY that one of Alberta's biggest problems, and a reason you may not want to live there, was not mentioned in this video. ALBERTA HAS A HUGE PROBLEM with racism, and sexism really. I'm not the one to speak on its nuances, but I can tell you based on my 6 month stay there, its not somewhere I want to live. I'm not even a person of colour, just female and it was horrid. I can't imagine being indigenous and female. Sorry I don’t buy Manitoba being last. Winnipeg in itself has more amenities and entertainment options then all of the other Atlantic provinces combined. The median household income is higher in Toba then Atlantic provinces. The economy here is diversified therefore doesn’t rely on boom or bust like our western neighbours. \n\nI’m not saying put it first but objectively it’s more middle of the pack. Whatever I’m ok with actually having a disposable income and an easy life here.

I make it a habit that if I see someone has dropped something accidentally or I see someone struggling with something I always try to help no matter who it is it's just my nature I also smile at anyone I pass but I'm sorry there has been a lot of times I've done one of these things for a Muslim woman or man and 9 times out of ten I never get a thank you or a smile or anything in return in fact I've had nasty looks some times just for being polite and kind there are the very rare exceptions but generally I get nastiness in return I'm not going to stop doing these things cause I enjoy making others happy even if I sometimes get a negative response but these people don't make it easy to like them when they so often look down on us

I completed my diploma ECE in 2016 and started working Full-time (Paid) and at the same time, I was pursuing BA from Distance education (2016-2019), as I was a full-time employee from 2016-2020 (During my bachelor's). Will my 4 years of experience be counted for CRS (Canada PR) Or only 1 year of experience will be counted which is after Bachelor's (2019-2020)? I need to know how many years of experience I should mention in CRS Calculator for the correct idea of CRS score. I would really appreciate the help on this.

Canada abides by the 'first country of landing' international law. That means, you can’t shop for a country to take you in. You have to apply for sanctuary in the first safe country of landing. In international relations, Canada doesn’t consider the US a dangerous country. Canada's law REQUIRES that you apply in Canada first or not at all. It seems that people conflate individual acts and experiences of racism with systemic racism. If the police stop and question me because I match a description - that's not racism, that's just inconvenient. Now if the officer said - hey according to city by-law blah blah blah, you're under arrest for having blue eyes *that* is systemic. There is a written on the books law treats me different from others. Systemic racism and flawed personal bias are not the same thing. The former does not exist in its literal form and (i'm very sorry kids) the latter will never go away completely.

I’m sorry, but I have very little sympathy for them, they don’t go through the immigration process everybody else has to, and then they in most cases lie about being refugees, when most of them are economic migrants, and add to that this guy seems to been in North America for a few years and can’t even speak English, doesn’t seem to help his case.

To be honest, this whole video seems so biased. I couldn't watch it past the 10 minute mark.\n First of all, if the white guy had been the first to tell the manager that he was interested in the apartments, then of course that same manager is going to tell the 2nd person (asian guy) that the availability is limited. He already HAS a potential renter, why would he need more? The 1st guy already chose one of the apartments, so of course the Asian guy would have less options.\nSecondly, and I'm sorry to say this, but statistically there are more black shoplifting cases than with any other race.
