The Canadian health care is not that great, like most things you get what you pay for, even if our health care is free or said to be, but when you have to wait 6 months, with a appointment to see a Doc, or have to wait 15 or 20 hrs in some emergency room before you see a doc, is not good, & if you should see some doc you are scared they will tell you to take some over the counter medication & send you home, in fear you might die in next few hours,

In case anyone is wondering why so many Indians are trying to flee Canada here it is. Under Trudeau and the liberal government Canada was basically giving a free pass to anyone who wants to come to Canada through colleges and universities, if you get into a Canadian school, you can get a study permit (which also allows you to work for 20h a week). Additionally after the schooling you are given a guaranteed work permit for the same duration as the schooling (if you went to school 2 years you get a 2 year permit, 4 years you get a 4 year permit, ect.) A Canada and immigration agencies (for some reason) basically advertised this to India as a guaranteed way to get permanent residence in Canada. Canadians hated the massive flood of people coming into Canada (about a million a year at its peak, which for a smaller country like canada is equivalent to 10 million people coming into the USA every year). This is really unpopular with voters of course (in part because of the housing, food, and low skill work shortages it created), and the next Canadian election is this year. So the conservative government has vowed to massivly decrease the number of immigrants coming into Canada and the Liberal government knowing that this can be used against them in the next election is decreasing the amount of PR cards they are given (like a Canadian green card) as well as the people they are letting in in total. Now as the (mostly Indian) immigrants work permits expire and they will soon be kicked out of the country or no longer legally be allowed to work, they are fleeing to NYC to try to take advantage of the sanctuary city (something that does not exist in Canada).

Should be titled “Why America doesn’t want you”. No one wants to live next door to that ?

What no one is talking about is the fact that when the next census is done all these illegals will be counted and new congregational seat will be awarded to liberal states with increased population goving them an advantage in the House of Representatives. I live in the area where they go threw the border and they can basically walk right threw the border as most of the border stations are closed at night. They may want to be careful as people are putting Conibear traps along the border to catch people from going on their land illegally. The government leaves the border wide open and in the winter the Ice bridge is open on the St. Lawrence so they can walk right in. They don't need someone to bring them across, they can walk right in. The Clinton County Sherriff is full of poop and just reading a statement. They are not soft on crime up here because I live here in Franklin County that is next to Clinton County and both Counties are have some of the laziest law enforcement that never solves any crime, they just accost the people that have got in trouble before and other innocent people to create revenue to pay the public employee's that really don't do anything for what we pay them.
