I've been working on these cases on the border for nearly 25 years. I've never seen it as slow as it is right now and it has been for the last year or so on the Texas border in the Western District. There are simply no new cases only a very few and anyone who works here in the federal court system knows this. In Canada it would have been free of cost. What they did teach me at the alcohol rehab center worked and I had quit drinking in 1990. But after in the early 2000's I started to drink again and after getting blood poison in 2003 I finally gave it up for good and now I have been sober for 21 years.
