At my son's school during the drop-off rush in the morning, Indian parents would always, I mean literally always, as in everyday, they would stop in the middle of the street so that the wife can help their child get off their car, all while blocking traffic. In doing so, their child will not be late, but making all the other cars' children behind them late. I witness this first hand, everyday.
