Trump doesn’t care about due process, he doesn’t even care about loyalty. He locked up his own lawyer because his lawyer decided to use something called the first amendment. I have heard stories from friends of how inhumane the ICE detention centers are. They treat you like animals, worse than they treat US citizens who are murderers.
