I'm sorry for all these people but they need to go back home because we do not have the capacity to be housing all of these people we don't even have food I can afford food here so where are they going what are they going to do there are so many homeless people here already go home

Such a bittersweet scene. People so desperate to gain entry into the USA. But, we can't even take care of our own citizens. Homelessness, drugs we can't even clean up our own cities. Let alone take care of others not from the USA. I can't imagine how these people feel. Fleeing their country to gain entry into the USA. I feel so blessed to be an American. May God find a home for all these people.

Well they're they come in by the hundreds every day they scatter throughout the United States and now they have homes they that they they buy along the borders and once these illegals they don't even have to go anywhere they just go to the homes that are right next to the borders and then they have the vehicles that come and pick up these illegals and then then they deal with them I mean it's so stupid because they're going to face hear what their running from in Mexico anyway they come here they end up facing the cartel anyway because they're going to say what you got to do this we helped you get here you got to do this and that and so they're facing them anyway they just they don't get it hello they should fight

You know people when you go shopping you're in danger because I'm not going to name one culture cuz they're always short brown people men or women and they'll sit in their cars out in the parking lots at Ross Walmart targets Fish Daddy's Beyond The Border or Road whatever they sit everywhere and they spy on people they just sit there and watch people now we hear that they have these gangs that go around and you know follow people eventually they're going to get you and they're going to rob you they're going to whatever yeah yeah well I got surprises okay yeah but I'm telling you guys watch your back when you go to the stores they don't feel like if they think you're good catcher vulnerable to follow you home they're going to watch your routine get-to-know-you daily schedules when you go to the bank when you go to the ATM they'll follow you everywhere they follow me everywhere there you know they follow me to the store I'll be in there a few minutes and I'll sit there and watch them they all come in one-by-one yeah they've even tried to block the streets on me and a black SUV try to couldn't pass but I got out of there there they've been several attempts to kidnap me but you know what you can't kidnap a creature Hunter

Maybe we need to invade and take over their country...Us US citizens can't even afford to live here... You want to live in US then become a citizen.. otherwise GO HOME!!

People think america is a charity. All of us who live here can’t even afford day to day life. Go home.

Something that I don’t get about these people that immigrant over is that they all have such respect and love for the country that they hail from and some of them demand a lot of respect for it. However the sad reality is that they leave the homes the love behind and start anew. Not that I’m against people for doing so, but why not stay and fight for your country to become prosperous and to even become better then what you came to America for. Why flee and let your country destroy itself from the inside out? Not to mention, if history has taught us anything, those people typically ruin the country’s they flee too.

The sad reality is under the last president we would have had a booming economy, surely we could have let in many more immigrants than we have been safely and legally, and even still had the tax dollars to do so. Under the current regime they want you homeless and owning nothing while they spread your equity to all the homes less, lazy, and irresponsible. Makes sense Biden.

And it worked, because people have had the collective knowledge of human history at their fingertips since the late 2000s…. It’s called the fucking internet, And maybe 5% of Americans took advantage of that and informed themselves. The other 95% just soaked up YT and Tik Tok while they make repugnant Baaa Baa claims about the left and right. Just constantly feeding into this division THEY created. There’s underlying parts of our government that fight this, and get people they don’t particularly like in the door. Like the Kennedy’s and Trump but we have no value in voting. Immigrants have more “rights” and “programs” to help them succeed and contribute to the American society than those born here. Problem is a large percentage aren’t coming here to seek a better life. seriously my heart breaks for these people, but for fucks sake we have inflation, our two party system seems to be failing in the way of agreeing and working on anything together, rising cost of living, etc, we can't take EVERYONE, this is ridiculous, if we do the children being born today won't even recognize the america us Mid Mellenials experienced, I am all for proper immigration, and some asylum, but we would be better off by trying to help them go home and fix thier country, so sad the American dream is slipping away more and more.

What situations were they in that they needed to flee from? Nobody wants to leave their home country. They’re desperate to do so because of war and crime. There is enough for everyone to be here. We have enough to help people. This is what the statue of liberty represents: help your hungry, and your poor. Even if we give them temporary refuge.

As a Venezuelan who migrated and still travels in the proper ways I can surely say many there want true help. Venezuela is insane compared to what you people even live whit, best work you can get there will make you up to 90-120 bucks a month, no food in supermarkets, some insanely expensive which will make you choose between buy bread or tuna and rice for a whole month ( imagine not being able to eat your favorite meats or prefered food FOR MONTHS, EVEN SOME YEARS) , if you are a professional or educated of course the opportunity grows up but not in a socialist country. as we know you can be a socialist in a capitalist system but not the opposite and this is a fact. Those people are genuinely scared with no home back in their country as for many houses and private properties have been removed with force, some of you sure will be wondering how or why not to follow the main curse to migrate? I had to spend 3 days sleeping on a huge queue with many other people also sleeping in the streets to get our passport(that's was the easy part, 4 years to get the date to finally get that fucker passport.), something so simply done in other countries which such ease, not to mention the whole cost for a passport (I knew people who paid aroundn 700usd to get it asap). \n\nPlease don't pitty these people nor hate on any inmigrants, some families there really wish for a future, and again as someone who had the opportunity to do my papers. We do not wish this upon no body. Many Americans are losing their homes, their jobs, and can’t afford to put food on the table. America itself has fallen far from its former glory. Even for people who have been here their whole lives we are finding it hard to just live.

We cannot save people from other countries when we have our own people drowning! Our own veterans homeless! Our own people not being able to afford rent anymore! Our tax money needs to help our own people first. The day our people are doing well then we can help but until then we need to focus on our own. I cant even afford a home with my husband due to the cost doubling-tripling! And our health insurance is $800 A MONTH! Employee provided! We dont make 6 figures even so how is it fair they would get free medicaid while we pay hundreds. Its not fair.

The US is heading that way too. A lot of people even people who know no idea of real estate want to buy a home to flip it for a profit. The Canadian problem is that they let Chinese people buy up a lot of real estate to park their dirty money there.

I’m 20 and I’ve basically given up on home ownership if the status quo stays the same. House prices are unaffordable. Hot shots from up in Toronto have bought up huge amounts of the available housing leaving supply low and there is low availability of rentals due to a high influx of new residents. The “starter house” market has been completely eroded; there is no $100k houses anymore or even $200k, new developments are like 5, 6 or 700k or more and the old houses that used to be cheap are now 3-500k. \n\nI don’t want to leave town for now because I help care for my elderly grandfather, but in a few years I’m going to jump ship and leave either the province or Canada. You have to go where you can afford to live.

For all the talked about housing market problems in China we have our own distortions in our Canadian market that are dragging us down to. I sold my home 6 years ago (75% paid off) and left for an overseas work experience. When I came back ,my nest egg, even with a little stock market growth would never allow me to purchase the equivalent of what I had. While I was gone prices had gone up well over 50%. To acquire another home would be like starting all over from graduation. Homes should be for living in!

In 2009 I questioned if I could ever own a home but I was still working hard at my career and had some hope if I met the right women to marry. Then along came Justin Trudeau. Within 2 years of his goverment that dream faded fast. Everything I saved and my individual salary still wasn't enough. Property taxes and carbon taxes make it absolutely impossible here in southern Ontario even far a small home not without trying. I always get out bid on the 316 homes I tried to purchase. I can't pay 30%-70% above market value on a single income. Turning in my pensions isn't even an option. I'm not gambling away my retirement with current crrupt Liberal goverment that continues to raise taxes. To give some an idea just how single parents are crushed on taxes. I pay 53% of my income on taxes and get almost nothing back when filing my taxes cause I work hard and excel in my career. I get punished for being a hard work and risking my life to do so. Living in Canada has gotten gradually worse and worse the last 8 years. The socialist way of life isn't good. Now the writing is on the wall that it's becoming a communist country. I'm now searching for employment opportunities south of the border to give my child the best chance to making her dreams a reality. Canada isn't giving me any other options. If everything works out in the US I will surrender my Canadian citizenship at the earliest availability. It breaks my heart but I just can't allow them to enslave me and my child as she becomes an adult. Slavery is the only way I can describe the last 8 years. Also to top it all off 6 if the last 8 year's basic goverment services have been extremely unstable making doing business with Canada very frustrating. Getting a passport during this time has been delay after delay. Finding a family doctor that is stable almost impossible. \n\nCanada's economy status looks good from a far but its really far from good. Our goverment is literally paying 10s of billions in tax dollars to draw auto makers here and to even keep them here. Just further proof the economic future is very unstable. Probably even more so then the housing market. \n\nOur PM isn't even hiding his goverments level of corruption anymore. He actually brags about it at home and on the world stage. \n\n\nI worry about my future more then planing for it. Hopelessness has definitely set in. Now I'm in damage control by no fault of my own to make sure no possible debt are passed on to my daughter in the next 25 years when I'm gone. Even that is looking to be unachievable in my particular situation. It's my worst nightmare to leave my kid with any owing debts.

Winnipeg has friendly people, but also some very violant people to the point I get into fights and or breakup fights and had to open carry a knife, and do wing chun. It is just harsh all around. \n\nThen I look into Toronto, and well that is even more expensive then anywhere else. \n\nAs I say I agree with all your points and maybe Portigal or Spain are intersting. Maybe after this was in Ukraine I will go there to make money, and move to a nice affordable place where I can keep working and enjoy the changes it offers me.

This country seemed like a paradise when I was growing up, our family had a doctor, we could get healthcare access quickly, my parents bought a beautiful home for cheap, and my dad started a successful company, while my mom was able to stay home and raise us.\n\nThese days both partners need to relentlessly work to even afford a place where raising a family is extremely difficult, healthcare treatment takes hours of waiting, and costs of basic services are through the roof. In BC we have only 1 government-run car insurance corporation, and they charge me $500 a month for my work vehicle, despite me having a nearly clean record.

Landlords gotta go they are the reason for the housing crisis not immigrants. Some landlords own over 50 properties while most Americans don't even own their own home. Landlords gotta go get a job like the rest of us

I live in NM and that scares me..we have so many homeless here ..if we can't fix our own problems we can't care for anyone else or allow anyone else in..esp when we're already dealing with Californians moving and causing issues with realty in states already ..shoot most New Mexicans can't even get a home right now because of the huge influx ..other states as well

me and parents immigrated to the US with almost nothing, we lived in a used 2004 sienna but they worked their asses off. my dad even got mugged within the first 5 months being in the us. fast forward, both of my parents still work blue collar jobs and we have 2 30k+ SUVs and a 2 story $300,000 home. i can never respect my parents enough for their hard work in order to provide for me and my brother\n\nwe came here through a legal port of entry and are doing relatively well from shit poor, if they did it, these people can too

Send back every one of them home, let them build their own country. America was built off other people's blood sweat and tears, and they can't even get what they died for and here you are coming in droves to receive, instead of working hard and building your own country.
