Let's forget about university, 4.1 million people in Canada do not even have a high school degree, and the rate of students who start high school and drop out is 13 percent.

I had been living in Germany for a very long time, before I moved to the Netherlands several years ago. If we compare DE to NL, than I would indicate the following main advantages of each country:\n\n?? 1) low prices for food and relatively low rental prices for apartments (the prices in NL are at least two times higher) 2) the enterprises are more willing to invest in their employees (in NL you must be already a very skilled/talented worker) 3) if we speak about the German health care system, then you can directly approach a specialist without visiting your GP, even though you must wait an eternity for your Termin (in NL is your huisarts always a key decision maker). 4) The Germans are more friendly towards foreigners (probably because they made a lot of experience with them, due to the mass immigration)\n\n??1) much lower taxes and premiums 3K net salary = 4,2K list salary = 5,2 K premiums (in DE the same 3K net=5K list=8K premiums, of course approximately). 2) much much less courts/lawsuits/warnings about every crumb (have you ever heard about the German Abmahnindustrie???) 3) the young people in NL are the priority (even if we compare the Corona pandemic time, the whole German society strongly prioritized the older ones) 4) much more order in the cities/villages and much less pre-conventional/spoiled immigrants/freeloaders (step out from the same train in Aachen and in Maastricht- you will instantly notice the difference!).\n\nHope to have informed you all sufficiently ??

You want to know why here my details experience. \n\nAlthough the govt wants skilled people, the people don't. The society will simply won't accept you. People don't separate between those who leach off the system or those who contribute.\n\nExtremely high taxes compared to the befits. I myself pay more than 30% taxes and 100 different indirect taxes and what I get in return nothing. For example if I just want to go to a doctor appointment I have to wait 1 month. If I want to rent an apartment the moment people see my Indian background they just ghost me automatically even without having a single conversation or looking at the document. \n\nAdd language barrier and extreme paperwork load, the most skilled people are either leaving or planning to leave after 4-5 years. \n\nThe system needs to change and reward those who contribute to the society and not the illegal ones.

HighTaxes, insanely increasing cost of living and statis salary (no payraise in last 3 years), free but poor health service atleast at GPs... most of them are good for nothing except for writing you 5 days to sick note )..and fading jobs in IT sector for non-German speaking (no interviews after 1000+ job applications in 4 months) and no job security .. half of people I know have been laid-off atleast once in last 3 years (good that they got 60% of their salary for 1 year but that is not good enough to survive in such an expensive country).... Rent increases 20% every year and services (repair etc) are crazy expensive... It is extremely hard to manage here ... thinking of moving out as soon as I get an option

They are correct.\nProbably at your age the digital nomad visa is easiest in the first instance. 3. I am familiar with Canada, US, and several other countries. I am Australian and have been retired in north Thailand for 16 years. Am happy here but will be moving to Malaysia shortly. 4. Space does not allow me to list all the reasons for giving you this advice. Understand that if you live there, moving on to Singapore for a more dynamic business environment. 5. The downside for you may be the full-time hot and humid weather. In addition the dating scene may be unsatisfactory, at least initially. It is very hard to point out all the negatives about Canada (at this time) without getting into politics, but I am looking forward to your video.\n\nCanada has changed over the last 10 years that it is unrecognizable. While many countries have changed due to global factors, many changes in Canada can be traced back to the policy issues and politics (all levels of gov but especially federal gov). That includes: 1) mass immigration (at a time when we have a housing crisis and most of ppl living here cannot afford a place (to buy or rent)), 2) crime - this is directly related to changes introduced by the federal liberals, 3) drugs - federal liberals again, 4) housing crisis - all levels of gov - most of people in Canada cannot afford a place to buy or rent - what kind of country are we???, 5) economy (GDP/capita has been decreasing for 2 yrs now, investment per worker has been stagnant or decreasing, productivity) - our economy is real estate, education and public sector, 6) deficit/fiscal irresponsibility - all levels of gov but federal liberals are exceptionally good at this. We are a mess.

It's not like this needed to be investigated. Guy said it early: an influx of more than 1 million people last year alone People notice this. Worse, a lot of these people don't seem to be upwardly mobile. It's importing a desperate underclass who are dragging living standards down. People in a 1st world country don't want to live 4 to a bedroom to try and compete with the new arrivals.

It's because everywhere in Canada is turning into India. Our ways are being bulldozed out of existence by their ways. It's not all bad. But people want to be able to live the lifestyle they grew up with. Restaurants and bars being bought up and all turned into Indian restaurants. 30 within 4 blocks is ridiculous. All i hear when I go out for a walk is obnoxiously loud Indian music. To be clear, I love Indian culture, food, customs and views on family. But I think it's so important for Canada's identity to keep a variety and not have 1 culture with no interest in co-existing with the beautiful blend that is Canada.

Zero-net population growth or very slow growth is desirable for a host of reasons. Immigration is not inherently a virtue. Not inherently a vice either. Its value depends entirely upon the context in which it is taking place. Here are some reasons why Canada should reduce immigration to achieve eventual zero-net population growth.\n\n(1) The ecology: Canada is possibly the world's worst country per capita in producing waste – certainly among the worst. (a) As of now we have a population of 40 million. At its present rate of growth our population will reach 50 million in 2041. This will require a 20% reduction in waste production per capita simply to keep waste production at the present level. This reduction will not happen. (b) In addition, freshwater resources cannot be expanded at all, really (desalinization can only produce a drop in the bucket). Hence, look for shortfalls in water availability. (c) From a global perspective, it is the rich countries, such as Canada, that pollute the most, both absolutely and on a per capita basis. Therefore rich countries should not increase their populations. Immigrants do not come to rich countries to be better ecologists than the citizens of those countries. Immigrants to Canada want to live like Canadians, as Canadians. The problem here is not that they will not assimilate to Canadian ways, but that they will. \n\n(2) Housing: with 500,000 new immigrants a year, housing starts cannot keep pace. The result: ever-inflating housing costs. Rich immigrants compound the problem. \n\n(3) Suburbanization: most of the new housing in Canada is in highway suburbs (over 80%), with their car-driven way of life. Once again, this is bad for the country’s ecological health. In addition, the result will be ever-growing geographies of nowhere. We will not be creating more Victorias or Quebec Cities. We will be creating more Surreys. \n\n(4) Downward pressure on the incomes of most people: the law of supply and demand is very simple: when there is a surplus of any commodity, that commodity becomes cheaper. When a commodity is scarce, its value rises. Labor is a commodity. Workers rightly do not want there to be a surplus of labor. Their livelihoods are threatened. \n\n(5) Future care of the old: the more people we add now, the more people we will have to take care of later, when their working lives are done. Adding immigrants now to pay for the care of the old is therefore a pyramid scheme. Eventually, in a generation or two, the population of the world is set to decline, and the well of immigrants will run dry. Canada should aim for fewer, rather than more, retirees – as preparation for that coming moment.

As an American, I liked visiting Canada. The people are polite, respectful, and nightlife is cheap compared to the states. As far as living there, I think Canada is not desirable. 1. Weather, 2. Taxes, 3. Wants group identity over individual rights. 4. Cost.

It is absolutely laughable that anyone would ignore the degradation of Canada thanks to the insane immigration policies that are both exploitative and predatory. I work in a field where I speak with hundreds of Canadians a month, and the ratio of immigrant to Canadian born individual I speak to is 4:1. The problem is NOT with the immigrants but the policies, and those of us who work and pay taxes who essentially support the integration/lifestyle of some of these immigrants should NOT be shamed into hiding for expressing our concerns. Canada has to reform all immigration policies immediately. Let’s get housing, healthcare and public services in place before we allow hundreds of thousands more people into Canada.

An immigrant student told me she was lured by the ads in India to move to Canada, they promised housing, and a job. When she got to Canada she had to room with 4 people in a 1 bedroom apt, worked the graveyard shift at Tims and couldnt get in to the classes she needed at school, she returned to India bc she said her quality of life was actually better there. Why would Canada bring immigrants to the country with lies like this?

This is 100% True! Actually the condition is much worst than descirbed in this video.\n\nHealth Care:- Average wait time to get a family doctor is 3-5 years. In simple words, if you have an extremly seious condition then only you get an immediate treatement in Emergency. If you need to see a specialist like dermatologist or orthopedic, average wait time here is 6 months. \n\nRents :- Canada population has increased by over 1 Million every year in past 3-4 years due to libreal immigration policies. However, the goverment did not take any steps to accomodate these people. To give context, Canada has built houses every year to accomodate only 300K people. That is why the average rent(950$) is more than double nowadays (2000$) for the same house/apartment in compare to what was 5-6 years ago. \n\nHome Affordibility:- Average family(two person) income is $75k yearly right now. Average house price in Canada is $700k. The bank only approves mortgage upto 4x times your income. So that is 75 * 4 = $300k mortgage. So you need to make a downpayment of $400k if you want to buy your own home. \nBy the way, the minimum wage job package is only $32k per year. \n\nCrime and Chaos:- Canada has a catch and release policy for repeated criminals. Let's say somebody stole you car and got caught, he will be released on bail in 10 mins. The crime rate has increased 20% in last 5 years. \n\nTaxes:- Average family(two person) earning $75k pays 29% income tax to Goverment for these above mentioned wonderful servies. So in hand they only get around $53k, plus they pay 13% additoanl tax on groceries, clothers, insurance, absoulte everything.

Name a developed country with high immigration doesn’t have any kind of crisis. 4. People think moving foreign makes their life rich and lavish. Once again none can do that without hard work. As someone living in Canada it's been crazy the boom of indian people. I live in a highly desired immigration location and it's rare to go to a fast food place and it isn't just full of only indian workers. Additionally, I walk to work for less than 10 mins, and I pass 4-5 houses just packed with young indian men packed into a house together, like 6-8 people. \nDespite all this huge number of indian immigrants I have no indian friends, because they don't integrate at all, they stay completely insulated in groups of other indians, often speaking to eachiother in their native language rather than bothering to learn the national languages of canada either english or french. We've immigrated like 5-10 years worth of immigrants in just 1-2 years. It's unsustainable and insane. we don't have the structure to support this population.\n\nIt's modern colonization. This video is 100% true.. where I live the majority of immigrants are Indian. I have nothing against them seeking better lives but in my opinion they need to do better screening. In my building alone there are 3 units, 2 of which are rented by Indian students. One is 4 bedroom 2 bath and other is 3 bedroom 1 bath there are no joke 16 people in both. I’ve made friends with multiple of them and they had no issue telling me they came here to work and live and barely attended any classes. If this keeps up we are in big trouble.

If you want to see what mass immigration from one culture can do, just look at Bramladesh, aka. Brampton. You want a drivers license, no problem, $300 and you pass. Truck drivers license, $800. Mortgage, bribe the broker/underwriter 1% of the mortgage amount and you can easily get one from a big bank even if you don't actually qualify. Rental housing, 2 to 4 students per bedroom, assuming they can get housing at all. Multiple people using the same health card. Multiple workers using the same ID. Three drivers per transport truck, one legal and two illegal so it can be operated 24 hrs a day. Just the tip of the iceberg as I'm certain there are many more scams/loopholes being utilized than I'm aware of. Many Indians are hard working, just trying to make a better life for themselves and their families, live in horrid conditions until they can afford better. On an individual basis I don't blame them, but when you import EN MASS, and they all live together in the same area, then the culture of that area changes to the one they are coming from.

There are so many people who don’t want to live in Canada that 4 million people may still vote to leave democratically. But they’ll be replaced by the 1 million immigrants a year that are knocking at the door.

Just because you had the privilege and the means to be developed does not give you the right to demean other nations. It's really nothing that you did, it's just pure luck, right place, right time, white superiority, destruction and so on which enables you to live such privileged lives and now you are crying when people are actually working hard to provide some competition.\n\nDon't you think regardless of race or ethnicity, every human being deserves the best life? \n\nBefore you judge a country do some research. \n\nYes, the people in general have a different thought process where in prominence is not given to space, way of living, probably you can put it up as standard of living and the quality of thought process. But that's always the case with generalization. I know it's hard not to when you see it, but being a better human is all about thinking beyond that. Yes people in India are general prone to having a shortcut process, at the same time, highly skilled people are abundantly present. In the information sector and other highly skilled areas, they are present earning loads of money which reverberates to more tax money for the government. \n\nI know that they have major issue with absorbing the host country culture and I believe that can probably or maybe alleviated by having some cultural programs so that they can fit into the society so that the Canadian culture is upheld. It's always difficult to see changes around you and your home being in your words being raided by foreign entities. Guess what? The world is filled with different ethnic groups. Hundreds of years ago all your native homes were part of the indigenous people here and they didn't even have time to complain or lament online when the Europeans butchered them and massacred their homelands, claiming the land and setting up as their own. Now you are in a position to call something your home and we all know what all your ancestors did regardless of how good you are right now. The least you can do is not comment such provocatively online against other ethnicities or is this atrocity still there in your blood. It's very simple. Today, it is 180$ for the same 2 bags. this is NOT a 10% increase... but almost the double in price!\n\nRent, in Quebec province, have gone from around 1,000$ to 2,400$ in less than 5 years, and each time a tennant leave his place, the landlord rise (against the law but nobody can do anything) the rent often by 25 to 40%!!! The Demand is so high, that he can refuse you for any reason (including racism, children, pet, smokers) he can think of. I came here on 28 August as international student in Vancouver from India and just after 4 days I left canada on 1 sep and came back to india. It's shocking to say within 4 days I returned back, canada is not worth it, people from all world are mixed there it causes problem of fights and #other matters, survival is difficult and cold conditions, that's why population is less there, it is aim of govt that's why attracting migration towards canada but not worth it, we're going there by leaving various things in home country such as home, car, family, nation, property this is foolishness by leaving all utilities of life and to start again from zero in Canada it is big foolishness aslo by leaving nationality, doing struggle of just settling, In my view , we have limited time in life, we're having things and doing hardwork to do those things agin in other nations, its better to do in own country. It doesn't matter opportunites are there in Canada etc, every nation has opportunity, you're from Singapore it's best country do there not leave nation, everyone not have to migrate all have to do in their home countries. I have to disagree with some of the things mentioned in the video. 1. My home in Hong ‘Kong @ 500 sq feet costs the same as a townhouse in Stouffville Ont. that’s probably 1;500;sq ft not including basement; garage & front lawn. How’s that world’s worst housing crisis. Isn’t San Francisco much worse?. 2. Rich people who own housing or properties need to pay capital gain taxes or other taxes if vacant. The north Korea / DPRK bashing is completely unnecessary. It's one of few countries where the people have successfully resisted massive attacks from western aggression. During the war against Korea, Japanese fascists have killed millions and the USA has bombed EVERY SINGLE BUILDING taller than 2 stories to the ground. 1 in 4 people of the DPRK have been genocided by the West. So virtually everyone has lost a loved one. Also the DPRK has been economically very strong before the 90s, before the highjacking and collapse of the Soviet Union. Even so strong, that they've assisted the Soviet Union. The USA is forcing every country on the planet to stop trade with DPRK in order to bleed out the country. It's their second genocide against the people of Korea after all the bombings, but the DPRK still stands. Something most countries couldn't achieve in history. I've lived in Dubai (traveled to many other countries).. this is nowhere near being considered as developed anymore (GDP criteria is outdated)..Canada got developed and they forgot to update and even upgrade..!! The drug situation is so bad that I really hope that you didn't come across crackheads/homeless who are under the influence of drugs at all times.. No doubt there are way more homeless people in India, but they are working or at least trying in some way to make their life better and they never hurt you at least, here, it's the opposite, as they literally can do anything.. you can find them roaming all over on the streets of Old Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa.. You can literally find them everywhere.. someone commented earlier that you should give 2 years.. Bro or sis.. it's a complete waste as I am at the same point.. and on top of it when you invested 2 years, it even becomes tougher as it becomes even harder to go back as you have spent so much on furniture, house, car, tools, n all and most importantly - 2 YEARS of life. Banking sucks.. Still dealing through the mail (Postal mail).. (Mails not e-mails). I simply can't get that.. the tax agency - CRA sends communications through the mail, and the same with any other agency.. Comon.. grow up is what I feel at times..!! When I had my kid in Canada, the only thing we paid for was parking. My cousin, who lives in Texas, paid 5K for each of her deliveries, even though they had great HC insurance. My son went through a whole 4 year, plus 1 year Co-op engineering degree for the price of one year's tuition in the US for the same program and he's gainfully employed. I also got 6 months maternity leave 26 years ago, and now people get 1 year.

Its funny when people talk about the quality of Canadian health care. For example, BC Cancer is one of the best in the world. Canada is on the cutting edge of many health care procedures. Yes, its hard to get a primary care physician but that is because the US is throwing enormous amounts of cash at Canadian doctors and nurses. Canada still keeps up pretty darn well especially when considering Canada has only a FRACTION of the US population and much fewer resources and funds available. My family has never suffered from our health care system in the past 60 years. 1 family member had a quadruple bypass - no bills 2) cancer - no bills 3) emergency c-section w air transport to city 400 mils away - $360 for air ambulance 4) emergency appendectomy - no bills 5) Heart atttack w stint - no bill 6) MRI and CATscans - No bills 6) 3 ADHD diagnosis w mental health care support - no bills 7) industrial accident with crushed hand - no bills 8) Electrical accident with burns throughout body - no bills 9) burns from an oil fire - no bills 10) fall into fire pit w subsequent 3rd degree burns on leg - no bills 11) leg amputation from type 1 diabetes - no bills. And then there are all the little things that happen day to day. In each event, we received top notch care and services. So, you might earn more in the US but we save more in Canada and very few suffer from it. A lot of complaints? Most bad experiences are shared whereas positive ones are not. I think if people on both sides really looked, the US health care fails many more people per capital on a daily basis than in Canada. US insurers are known to abandoned people when they become overly expensive and its not unusual to not have choices in drugs or care options.

Sounds like why when I had the opportunity to leave Cleveland; I made a bee line to the U-Haul garage to line up my truck and car trailer. When I left on a very busy morning looking down I-480 and going west from a west end suburb, going out of the city, and looking at the traffic entering the city ( 4 to 5 lanes going east and 4 to 5 lanes going west with everyone moving at 80 mph/129 kph except the east lane which was moving at 35 mph/56 kph with no more than 1 to 2 car lengths between each other) it hit me that I was darn lucky to survive all this without any major incidents. I also remember saying to myself, I can not wait to get out of this traffic. Either I was lucky or God had my Guardian Angle on 24/7 over time pay for the last 7 to 8 years. I was missing the people I knew but not the place and above all not the crime and traffic. ( at that time it was a 10 mile traffic jam into the city and getting worse every year & has gotten worse every year) That is why I am now living in a place like Melfort but in the USA. I am not recommending Melfort to you but if you want to stay in Canada then perhaps you need to find a place like Melfort or some nice far flung suburb of Calgary so that you can visit a city now and then. Take your time as you can travel around and work anywhere you think that you might want to stay, and for as long as it takes you to find your permanent nesting place. This is a luxury that few humans experience on this planet.

To Polymatter, please do a video on the Canadian housing problem. Things that you MUST make people aware on are 1) housing and zoning are set by local and provincial governments, not by the federal government which only controls immigration. 2)show where the immigrants are going 3) look at what the PROVINCES are doing to help the situation (as they hold the ultimate levers for housing and development) 4) percentage of housing stock held be corporations and non residents. I think you will find its quite the complex issue.

If they tended to call urban area codes more often, and weighed the votes in proportion to size of the population that each group makes up, then the people saying 50% in say New York or Washington state, which represent many different groups will offset the people saying 5% in Kansas, which are all getting grouped into the older, Whiter cohorts. Most Americans under 18 are non-White. \nOnly 15% of Americans under 18 should be non-White, if America were an ethnically stable nation. Thus, 38% of Americans are recent (post 1970s) immigrants.

Thanks for pointing out how hard and time consuming it is for people to get citizenship in the UK. I’ve seen a lot of YouTubers making it sound easy and some have said it can take 5 years on the work visa which is wrong. The Uk work visa gives you 5 years then you have to apply for ILR and wait for another 1 year before you can apply for citizenship. Add all of that up and you’re clocking nearly 7 years. I know someone who got their Canadian passport in 4 years ?

1. While McDonald's was originally created in the US there is a 2nd version and its 100% Canadian. After the u.s. McDonald's began franchising one of the brothers became so disgusted with the lack of regulation in the US on what is considered 'food' he moved to Canada and relaunched the chain. The US has no paid maternity leave u have the baby take 2 weeks off unpaid and back work 4. Server's make 2.13 + tips an hour ...... 5. The federal and state government recommend homes in the city have sewage plumbing BUT it is not required. There are literally houses in the southern states with the toilets flushing right into the front or backyard. 6. Perfectly fine to pay a man more than a woman in the US because a woman isnt a man. 7. And if a woman literally becomes a man by changing 'her' name + physically in appearance via surgery/hormones/whatever she still won't get paid the same as a man because she still not viewed as a man: no gender rights. 8. Where's the healthcare when the US has the highest taxes in the world??? 9. Classist. 10. No regulated education. Literally there is no rules on teaching the students these days are learning absolutely nothing. There's no such thing as regulating education in the US anymore 11. That’s why all the jobs are GONE, can’t get loans, DON’T care about getting valid drivers license or insurance and drive around AIMING AT THE PEOPLE!!! DON’T know what Red lights, yellow flashing lights, stop signs are used for, speed limits on the street and buying junk cars and fixing them up to do donuts in the street at 1,2,3,4,5,6 o’clock in the morning! It’s truly overwhelming and NOTHING can be done! Unfortunately the city belongs to um and NOT for the good!
