Many people think that because they think that they are cleaver enough to circumvent visa interviews, falsify documents required to impress foreign embassy staff, get visa on false pretenses because they have money, connections in domestic government or someone overseas to curry favor them, then no wonder your visa application would be rejected and fees forfeited or you would be turned down entry to your dream country on arrival and deported back to your home country. People even dare to charter a flight to Maxico with a plan to cross the border and into USA, like a flash mob, without a visa. Well you don’t have entitlement for that, just like you don’t like Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Rohingya crossing your borders by any means.\nHow many Indian agents have befooled fellow Indians who want to go and work in UAE, Behrin, Muscat, Qatar, Oman, Jordan and Saudi Arabia but landed on one of the beaches of India or have their Passport taken away to make them work like a slave in servitude by their fellow Indian contractors? I tell you in New Delhi there is special section of the city that dedicated to students going overseas. They make fake documents and fake college degrees and fake passports and fake visas. You just go and pay the guy ₹5000 and your process to come to Canada.

The Canadian immigration did not know about the fake Indian college document until 2023 …..the fake documents were from 2018 ..meaning the did not realize the documents were fake until 5 yrs later ..when the students 2018 graduated in 2023 and were applying for permanent residence is when the immigration..noticed the college documents were fake …

If your English sucks how the hell can you even pass courses. This shows schools are taking their money and keeping them enrolled when they shouldn’t. Too many fake private so called colleges that should be closed.

I am an Indian, came here for ML research. Was unpleasantly surprised to witness so many unskilled Indians ruining the country. Uneducated, can't speak English, rude, unkempt. Like I love my country but I also love the country I immigrated to. I know tons of Indian friends like me who feel the same way. We all feel like we scammed ourselves into coming here. Every doordash and uber guy in Toronto is an Indian guy, who probably came here through a diploma mill. Why did Canada let this happen? Weirdly enough, even now, it's easier to get into Canada as a Khalistani terrorist or an LMIA abuser with a fake IELTS score and fake college admission letter than honest Indians who come here for higher education at good schools. Anyone reading this and from India, just go to the US man. I;m Indian and I love Canada though I have never been there - let me tell you what you did wrong. Canada let in 100,000 fake students mainly from Punjab, Haryana & Delhi. They are not students, they just want an easy way into Canada, get PR and then citizenship. They can't speak much English and they don't care. They want to spread as much as they can. There are fraud agencies in these areas of India that help them get fake documents and fake IELTS scores that get them to Ontario and join some two bit college in the province. And I have to say that there seems to be a huge bias in India as well as it seems in your government in letting Punjabis migrate freely, while the rest of us have to prove ourselves.\nI'm happy that Canada is toughening up but get rid of the fake ones that have already seeped in. Please!

Some of them use fake school certificates to enter the country. Others use illegal methods to obtain business loans and then shut down their businesses after receiving government funds. They have connections within the system. There are fake Indian colleges that process illegal students. My ex husband told me about one school. They get away with too many things, and sadly, those with legitimate certifications who are studying at authorized colleges and paying tuition are unfortunately affected. I'm sure there’s a process in place to ensure that not all will be deported.

Let's not forget the college and university scaming agencies back in India that where set up by Indians and run by Indians that sell people lies, fake enrollments just to con THERE OWN PEOPLE into spending thousands of dollars to get their sons and daughters to a country and school that their children where not even enrolled in.

These are fake students and equal participants in the biggest scam involving commission consultants, bank officials, and the fake diploma mill colleges. So please do not portray a rosy picture of higher education as these students can not even speak English properly. They are doing courses that hold zero value to get jobs that too from fake no credit colleges whose sole purpose was to make money with this scam. Whole ecosystem of corruption was created under this scam, there were even bank officials taking bribes to show enough funds in students account just by transferring money just for one day for students visa purposes. These students are acquiring no higher skills, but only filled the cheap labor jobs. They also lied to immigration officer that they have enough funds to live and will return to home countries after the course is finished. Rather, these students misused the local public services like food banks meant for poor people.

It's bad that this situation has risen... But it's self inflicted by the Indian Students themselves... On the pretext of studies... They come to Canada and do all the odd jobs except studies especially the students who study in colleges (not University)... During the peak COVID times, the immigration allowed even a college students to bring in their partner (including those who are in conjugal relationships) which again bloated the influx substantially... Needless to say the immigration scamsters in India, Canada and throughout the globe took advantage of this going to the extent of faking the IELTS and few other documents... The Canadian Government has woken up and making a course correction, which is good for both Canada and all the countries to have a cleaner system based on credibility...
