I'm a Canadian, we have a massive piece of land and small population.\nWe should be friends with everyone. Never pick sides.\nTo look into history, U.S never be friends with anyone. They are only friends with money!\nI don't go against the Americans, but we also have to take care of our own economy.\n\nTrump just find an excuse to blame Canada so he can tariff the Canadian. We never do things to harm our neighbours. \nI spent thousands of dollars every year in Vegas and have multiple times shares there, but they chose to put a rope on us!\n\nI don't go against Russia and China either because we all have one common goal, that is a better life for all and there's nothing wrong with it!\n\nDon't worry too much about Trump, he is old and likes to show the world that he is powerful before he is gone! \nCanadian will ride through good and bad times. We all have to work together because we are hard working Canadians!

This is exactly what Trump wants to destroy America!!!! to bring on techtocracy or maybe just to make his allies in Russia happy.. It's either that or he is the dumbest president in American history... I've never understood why anybody thought that he gave a damn about anybody but himself or was capable of doing anything that would benefit the American people. But here we are.. there was voter suppression at the very least. It's hard to know what to believe about all that. But I do know many people regardless voted for him. 30% did not vote. Which I do understand. As there is a genocide happening.. but at this point, I have to believe that even amongst the majority of his supporters he is not supported by the majority, major majority of the United States. The republican Congress has shown their true colors of being anti-constitutional . But they are redeemable. Do the right thing if you are in government if you have any power at all, stand up. And for the rest of us, Americans including the ones that voted for Trump let your voices be heard. Before we become something similar to Russia. And I go to prison for this comment.

WE didn't do this. WE fought against it. We tried to explain & warn people about what is happening & what will happen, but you didn't EFFING LISTEN. WE are ANGRY. WE will NOT help any of you who caused this & this includes every MSM who is too afraid to speak truth to power. Start doing that NOW. Start with THIS: It's called The Gulf of Mexico, NOT the Gulf of America. Eff every Trump supporters & GOP politician--at EVERY level of government. Trump can TRY to hide what he's doing to the economy in his stupid reports. Do you honestly believe the average American pays attention to those? An american living in Germany. The Canadians were (and are) my neighbors. I grew up in Maine, and no one one should piss off Canadians, it can only go bad. Canadian and American working class citizens. \n\nIf you think Canada is so great, you’re either a wealthy boomer, or have no clue what it’s like to work for a living in this modern economy in Canada. People are required to work 2-3 jobs just to afford the basics. Wages have been stagnant since the 90’s here, with cost of living rising 600-700% in the last 10 yrs.

The Trump supporters I know either have no clue what he’s doing, or they believe that he’s just bargaining for better deals because they think America is getting screwed by our allies. This is all nonsense of course. \n\nThe American right has gone through ten years of brainwashing by conservative media outlets, and they really believe Trump will somehow bring back the America from 60+ years ago. Trump has been pushing for more manufacturing at home, for more oil drilling and for more rare minerals mining. He can impose those tariffs and either Canada and Mexico agree, or the do exactly what they just did, think they can win a economic war with the United States. See, Trump gets what he wants either way, they don't cooperate, Trump gives huge tax incentives to companies to start producing here in the U.S. which will in turn reduce the price of everything for Americans, see, if you produce it here instead of overseas, Canada or Mexico, we can pish for a huge increase in overall production reducing the costs to consumers, since the products no longer have to be imported. Like i said, sometimes i don't think the left has any brains left.

Everyone needs to remember there is legal immigration and illegal immigration. President Trump’s wife is from Slovenia now a US citizen, while the Vice President Vance ‘s wife’s family would have originated from the Indian Sub Continent. American Nationality is a social construct you either qualify for it or you don’t. I don’t understand these individuals who enter a country illegally or legally and over stay the period stamped on their Passport. If you are stamped for 28 days you stay for no more than 28 days if on a 6 month visa you stay no longer than the visa. \n\nIt is what I would expert if I went to any other country, unless you are invading in the armed services of a country and you would be seen as an invader by that country, anyone who enters a country illegally or over stays their passport time is an invader and should be treated the same way and expelled.

The way trump is playing the tariff games will make Americans either to produce everything inside their own country or buy the same product for double amount ?\n\nN.B Most Americans don’t understand how tariff works, it’s always the consumer in the end who pays the tariff, in this case Americans.

It's a Protectionist Tool to keep USA Goods out of their Countries . The EU has had Tariffs against USA Cars for Decades now . Trump has railed against that for Years . USA Consumers will buy what they want or can Afford . If Countries that are Tariffed try to Raise the Prices of their Tariffed Goods to bet aroud the USA Tariffs , Trump could either reject their Goods with Sanctions , OR American Comsumers just won't buy them simple as that . The USA doesnt need alot of Products from other Countries Really . Those Countries need the USA Market More so they will comply with USA Demands eventually
