What a complete pile of BS. First of all, As if it was easy to fly to Canada… Second of all, if you’re taking a bus across the broker ovb you need to proof right of entry like a visa or passport into the states - I can’t believe fall for this kind of news ?

Its actually incredibly easy for someone to get a student, or work visa from Africa, and come to Canada.

There’s only three ways to get to Canada Fly there, which requires a visa take a boat which requires a visa or go from the US to Canada which requires a valid passport

As a Canadian..i'll say this. Our country is a bad shape right now...and the countless 'extra' people, mostly indians, are not helping. We need immigration. I am not against it. But I am against illegal migration and resource sucking. There is no legit vetting process anymore. Countless indians are being given visas that were granted on bogus claims on their documents. Fake education records...fake employement records. Then they get their visa...and don't go 'home' when it expires. Then they have what indians like to call 'anchor babies'....so that their baby has Canadian citizenship and then they hope that pity will be taken and they, the parents, won't be shipped home. They don't assimilate and totally disregard our way of life. It is appauling.

The coyotes are still operating to get people across...they are just going through California, a sanctuary State!!! ??? i just saw a report of sales people in a coyote office working a little harder to get their customers. It is expensive to pay a coyote. So it is a very lucrative business!! Lots of folk from Europe are in the coyote business. It is shocking that ICE is helpless as these coyotes advertise in the open in a lot of countries!! \nCountries like Ecuador have visa on arrival for any country and so they all fly into those countries who get an income from visa fees. Chinese, Filipinos and indians are using that route. They have to get to the Southern border, it is like getting from NY to LA. So it is expensive. But the coyotes have not closed shop! They know they have California open!!

whats happening is people are coming here, mostly Indians, are coming to Canada as students... then when their student visa is over they claim asylum... when their asylum is eventually denied which can take a while they walk across the border and do it all over again... I believe that is the majority of who is walking across the border to the USA ... Elections and change are coming to Canada soon, but this is so shameful.

How are these migrants getting into Canada? Don't they need a tourist visa to enter?

Take them directly to the airport and give them a one way ticket to their home country. And inform them that they have lost any right to migrate legally back to America. All VISA applications will be denied in the future. Get the message out that America WILL gladly accept applications and grant VISAs to those that have applied legally to enter, live and work in America.

More will try to cross this year as we limit the number of temporary work visas and tighten regulations.

We literally have 5 million Indians in Ontario alone looking to get into the USA to live and work. They came here to get PR so they dont have to wait 20 years in india to get a work visa. With Canadian PR can get into the states in under 5 years. You guys are in deep trouble, not a single leader in Canada LIBS, CONS, NDP want to decrease immigration from India. There is very little to no checks to whos coming it. Trump and Musk not helping the situation with keeping the visa programs going. Should have Americans working American jobs, no one else.

We took in well over 5 million immigrants (documented and undocumented) over the past 3 years. Like New York, many of our cities are overwhelmed with this influx. We don't even have the resources to track down expired visas, overstays, or asylum cases. Last year our government admitted there was a problem and decided to start taking action. The biggest issue is people claim to be tourists with no intent of leaving. The Canada US border is far stronger than our international one.

And the USA was not doing anything to prevent it as they were mostly happy illegals were leaving the USA. Now, in the last 2 to 3 years, few thousands of Indian citizens, on visitor visas to Canada, are trying to enter the US illegally. Canada is taking active measures to prevent that but the onus is on the US to protect its borders.

Lock bank accounts a month before visa expiration until visa renewal, international money transfer upon presentation of valid visa, entry to theme parks - movie theaters - schools- colleges only with US driving license or valid visa, etc

I went to New York in like 2017, flew to Canada on a ETIAS VISA, and traveled there for a while, then crossed the border by foot on the Rainbow Bridge (Niagara Falls), and took a Greyhound from Buffalo to New York. Of course we had to pay for our AirBnB and hotel ;(\nBut then it was all LEGALLY, so it makes sense that you don't pay have to pay anything when it's ILLEGAL.\nIt would be rather silly to be doing things ILLEGALLY and then having to pay for things, DUHH.\nTry to explain that to someone!

Getting Canadian visa is very easy under Truduea Liberals, Liberals approved millions of visitors/ students/ temporary workers visa every year without proper vetting, most of these people coming from North India, so for them it’s easy to land in Canada and then they cross to US. That’s what they are doing for last 9 years .

Blame Canada for allowing no-visa travel from many third-world countries around the world. This means literally anyone can get on a plane, fly to Canada, then walk across the border into the US. Canada is an enabler of this mass migration and they need to be stopped.
