The sad truth for your reputation, is that there are more people STAYING than leaving, otherwise, our population would only increase by the number of births, minus the number of deaths every year. And those are EASY to find stats.\n IF you took your time to get out of your pity party and realized that you are WRONG about that fact, you might ALSO understand that choosing WHERE you live n this country is a pretty important choice. Unless you are REALLY rich, Toronto or Vancouver would be a miserable experience for anyone. I'll get slammed for this, but, look, history is history and you can't change it. Fast forward to the 21st century. What do you see? Failed nation states. Lack of social and economic stability. Countries still with poor hygienic standards and low medical care. Famine. Hunger. France and Italy are among the most astonished of all. \n Canada was not a colonial power yet look at all the migrants from Africa, desperately seeking a better life. When a visitor has to pay government employees bribes for them to do their jobs, you know you've visited a failed state. Professionals in Australia are far better than Canada and USA. Weather, people, lifestyle everything. I am in Aus since 2004. Mechanical engineer wife Pharmacist and most of our friend in good jobs and enjoy life. Been to Canada and US....There is no comparison. Yes if you are a failure in life then its a bad experience but then dont blame the country blame your abilities....that you are not good enough to make it happen....

Discrimination operates in all directions. Channels and messages like these don’t help with the situation. I can understand why people of European descent are upset as they are being targeted and blamed for all the world’s evils. There is a point where enough is enough and people just need to stop blaming others for their own failures and take some personal responsibility. Fact is in North America, no one wants to look inwards and see their own failures, but rather look out wards to another group of people and blame them. I am so sick of this culture of racism and victim mentality.

No doubt there is racism in most countries in the west including an amazing country like Canada or even Australia, but they aren't as horrible as in Asia or the middle east ?\nIf it's equally worse, those African immigrants doing well for themselves here won't be coming in large numbers. You should head places like china, japan, malaysia, indonesia and live there for a little while and see what racism is like.

English being not strong preventing you from getting a job may play a part in the perception of dystemic racism and the 1/4 being imigrants . Just to point out the obvious . It seems to me the best thing canada can do is make it mandatory to speak fluent english before you imigrate . Also maybe test those imigrants for illegal drugs , and relocating the homeless junkies to a centralized location. Limit dispensation of narcotics to only gov. fascilities , and create incentives for dr.s to stay in Canada.

For the experiment to work, the ten percent has to be followed by a critical mass of people who can hold middle-class jobs and promote social stability. That is what is missing.\n\nThrough the years, too many African people continue to show an inability to function and prosper in a culture unsuited to them.\n\nDetroit is bankrupt, the south side of Chicago is a war zone, and majority-black cities all over America are beset by degeneracy and violence.
