There are enough trans athletes in the world and good enough shape to compete on a world in Olympic level and all the levels beneath those, that I'm going to say that if someone transitions who is already in the military and they can still pass all the requirements to remain in the military, they should be allowed to remain in the military. Edward Snowden, while in boot camp, and correct me if I'm wrong but I think he was training as a Navy SEAL, hopped off his bunk and his shins that were already broken disconnected and threw him on the floor. After his surgeries and Rehabilitation he was allowed to return to training. And this was with two broken legs that took weeks to announce themselves by disconnecting and misaligning to the point he could no longer Walk and Run on them. If he can do that then somebody suffering through all the crap that they have to go to go through to become another gender and the hormone balance they have to maintain afterward and they can still do their job they can still get in the rain, they can still run an easy 10 before breakfast, with a full pack they can still Shoot Straight they can still command they can still follow they still love this country and want to uphold our Constitution and defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic, then they should be allowed to stay in the military. Knee surgery comparison is a poor comparison. You chose self inflicted medical down time. The individual requiring knee surgery did not. Hey when my grandpa (my mom’s dad) who served our military during Vietnam which he was drafted. He saw men of all walks of life even black guys go over there fight and come home in rough shape or worse. He told me one time he while he was on the army base where he was based at and he saw a black man who at the time whites and blacks were still trying to get there acts together. Was flown in from Nam on a medivac with machine gun holes ripped right through his chest and was in bad shape my grandpa said they immediately rushed him to emergency surgery and my grandpa asked the surgeon who worked on him. “Hey did that color boy make it,” the guy said “it was touch and go there for a while but he pulled through but he was that close to d¥ing.” So if any man woman whatever that serves our military is willing to fight and lay down their l!fe for our country/freedom deserves to wear that uniform and serve with honor and pride.

There is nothing about not having trans in military not having value. The Navy trans as a woman is not a woman so when did he/she transition, Before or after. She can look female but he is a he with all the advantages of muscle mass. Since he actually passed the physical stuff indicates the maleness prior to transition. I’d like to see the requirements if mental fitness before the transition and after. Beside getting breasts did he go all the way with removing male organs? If not then it’s more a dress up issue. Hell no! It’s a fun place to visit, I love Florida California. I’m looking forward to going to the Carolinas, but I would never move there permanently. I’m an American citizen who was born in the United States (Hawaii). Everyone has the right to support or not support President Trump’s plans for mass deportation. The interviewer asked this Mexican American woman her opinion and she’s entitled to her opinion. There are a lot of Hispanic people who agree with Trump. I don’t think she’s turning her back on her family by saying “it’s okay” if they get deported. I think she’s respecting and supporting the rules of Immigration laws to have legal documentation to live in the United States. Rather than disrespecting and ignoring Immigration laws the way her family did. I think in a way she’s saying “it’s okay” her family gets deported because they deserve to be penalized for breaking Immigration laws for entering and staying in America for 20 or 30 years illegally which is valid and understandable. It comes down to the phrase “You commit the crime you do the time” whether it’s family or not. I believe she has a leg to stand on because she followed Immigration laws, received her Green Card and is living in the United States legally. If a family member of mine committed a crime and were put in jail or deported back to their country I would say “it’s okay” too. You reap what you sow.

I have to conclude that you have no idea what the facts are surrounding entry into this country. 1. If there visa is expired, then they have no valid reasons to here and must go. However, what is true is that we will have to get our heads around the fact that immigration is necessary to make sure our economic reality doesn't slide further. Our fertility rate has fell beneath the target rate. Millennials now outnumber Boomers and the fall in the kids per woman at 1.33 is a record low. Immigration is the prime reason why we went from 16 million people in 1662 to 40 million people today..?
