Every country has immigration law. No one is above the law or below the law. What is wrong with temporary stay and student visa has to go home? Go back to India if you are India citizens. Canadian citizens ca not take the weight of immigrants anymore. Go to US as you said US is welcoming. I believe that Trump is not welcoming anymore people either.

Why is this news? Every country has visa policy and norms so not sure why Canadians have issues.

Canada practises a dubious standard when hiring.new applicants to various professions, highly qualified and with the necessary requirements stipulated by the Federal Government of CANADA to the skilled labour migration category, such individuals land in Canada with their own reserves. Keeps seeking for employment depleting their own funds and are unable to find employment for months , and then not even. called for interviews at all , are totally ignored despite forwarding more than 100 resumes gazing at the computer screen for more than eigj6 hours. Browsing through the net for job opportunities, confined to a small room at high costs, finally if and when they are been called for one or two interviews at most despite forwarding more than 100 resumes, at the interviews they will be offered lower than the minimum wage for parttime workers. What a crime\n Here I am talking about fully qualified and experienced, as well as fluent English Speakers, actually better English skills than both of you here presenting this program. What a scam, first they say that English fluency is essential has introduced different Examination to assess the English fluency standard.. it is a big scam...while Canada has favoured immigrants from certain parts of the globe. As you say here. It is height of cheek of Canadian Authorities to offer lower wages , lower than the minimum wage stipulated by the labour laws, also as you emphasise here, high living standard's, High paying jobs, high Health standards. What nonsense.\nEven the PR Holders are not provided with the Dental and Eye care Insurance, they are provided with only the basic general health care benefits, furthermore after depleting their finds to gain qualifications to be eligible for the federal Government skilled labour program. they are unable to find employment after complying with all the requirements and regulations stipulated by the Government, they arw highly qualified. Highly experienced and highly fluent in English, the Government has not initiated a mechanism to absrb all such migrants.. and has the nerve to expect all such migrants to be hired\nUnder very low wage schemes. Whereas their job designations are entitled to a high wage category stipulated by the labour rules.\nAs you both emphasise here all from poorer nations or Asian or South East Asia are.not paupers nor uneducated, unskilled individuals who migrate to Canada in different fraudulent and corrupted ways while some of you learn and improve your communication skills after landing in Canafa and then learn English and then preach on UTube about the high living standards and quality of life in Canada unlike some of you who tries to emphasise here on UTube that migrants are trying to seek employment without having the basic qualifications nor the basic fluency in English. And you have the nerve to say, you don't belong here.\nMind you, they are there , through legitimate Government programmes which has subjected them into high assessment of their credentials as well as assessment of fluency in English. After complying with all the stipulated Government regulations, still such individuals are not been called for interviews, finally after wasting months and.months depleting their own funds, they are offered salaries way below the standard wage scales stipulated by labour rules for certain job categories. Some still accept such offers as they need to get Canadian job experience in order to be even eligible to apply for certain job categories, all though they have enough and more experience in their home countries to prove their capability \nAlso, the Job interviewers pose very advanced technical questions which they themselves do not understand or have no clue about what they are asking, or they do not use such high technical advanced methods in their specifics job caregories available. All these gimmicks are being utilised to discourage the applicants and to force the genuine Credential Holders who could definitely contribute to boost the Economy in a fruitful manner to leave the country and to force them to get back into their home countrues. In that case why did the Federal Governments of Canada created a delusion to migrants from around the globe stating that there is an acute labour shortage in certain high demanding job categories, encouraging all such applicants to apply through the Skilled labour Program introduced by the Federal Government of Canada,. as if there are shiploads of opportunities available just for geabs.\nSuch individuals are driven to state of utter despair or forced to get back to their home countries whereas here the federal Government of Canada is granting Asylum to all sorts of unskilled , uneducated and sometimes no literacy nor basic communication skills in English at all at the expense of the taxes and high tuition fees acquired from the student population as well as PR Holders who has incurred massive expenditure through the federal Government's detailed and tough assessment procedures just to gain entry under the stipulated visa categories. Whilst all such individuals who has made a genuine effort by using their own reserves and during their stay pay high consumer taxes and high rent are being denied to gain employment but certain uneducated hooligans and certain communities are allowed to enter Canada Scot free as Asylum Seekers through the IRCC refugee and immigration act and Asylum Seeker Act.\nHow unfair and unrealistic...\nWhen you present such videos be aware of your content as not only the Canadians are contributing to the Federal Governments tax schemes. It is virtually every individual who come over to Canada seeking Greener Pastures, be it Temporary Visitors, Tourists, student population from around the globe,.Migrants under different visa caregories introduced by the federal Government of Canada itself , all such people contribute to the federal governments reserves in direct and indirect ways. So, it is very unfair to say that individuals who are from poorer nations are willing to undergo harsh living conditions in basements within Canada. Wrong again. , as the Canadians do not accept job offers which does not include the specifics wage packages stipulated by labour laws to their designated job categories ,, the federal Government has found a crude way to fulfil their labour market through these new migrants for lower salary scales as well as utilising the student population to fill the shortages for parttime and temporary job categories where the employer can get away by paying minimum wage and hire and fire as they wish.\nWhat a cruel system...Get the facts straight before you present such videos.....

Honestly, over flooded with Indian Students, and Indians,Indians also feel uncomfortable.Its more than 2 Millions, one million came from one Indian state - Kerala and rest from Gujarat, Haryana,Kolcutta, Bihar,etc. All Indians came Older, younger in Internation students visa that half million of them already started working or once got admission,started working,not attending school, therefore, had affected Canadians that started to loose their daily job.It has never happend like, this INDIANS are Greedy by nature because of unemployment and POOR COUNTRiES. It’s all a corporate governmental banking and human trafficking scam. Every person the government brings in, the government can borrow from the bank in the form of a bond! Once your visa expires, then you have to leave. And the company that brokered you to get you here requires a fee, plus they get a fee from the government as well. And the company that hires you gets a subsidy from the government. The company won’t tell you that there are limited jobs or housing. They won’t tell you that you can’t use your degree if you have one, when you come here. You have to go threw all the associations and organizations to be qualified to practice your trade.And that costs more money! Back in the 70’s and 80’s people came from many other countries, and within a week or so, you’d have money in your pocket from working a basic job. Now once you get off the plane, you are at least over $40.000 in debt. Your education cost double, housing is limited and expensive along with the hi cost of food and fuel for that expensive used car. Then you find out that you’ve been lied too by the brokers that got you here. And soon as you get your landed status, you get hit with the taxes! And if you have any children during your 5 years, the government tells you that you have to register them, so the government can create another bond, so they can borrow more money from the bank! The government gives you a birth certificate, but they own your children until you go to a court of law to get a certificate of custody! Because if you decide to leave after getting your landed status, the government may not allow you to take your children with you! Look up family court and custody law, once you get here, the government manages you on behalf of those who own you! You need to look it up for yourselves and understand that any western country that you goto is ruled by Rome. And if you came from a country that was once a colony of the British empire, you will get here a little easier, it’s a simple transfer because they have your record on file in the city of London. The place that is 1 square mile within London itself! That place that Rome controls! Yes! It’s a big scam and you are the product!

i m going to china . it is very modern and safe country . i lived there before for 5 years . even i visited Europe . china is much better . before few months ago i was apply for canada visa . they said you will not come back that why we will not give you visa . they asked me give us guarantee . my income is good . make thousand of dollars every month by sitting in pakistan . i m high tech electronic manufacturer. i don,t wanna waste time for kanada. they just visa to pulmbers , chef , electricians , truck drivers and so on . for high tech no visa .

Unfortunately, you get the terrible kind of Indians migrating to Western countries as cultural immigrants. Earlier during the British era, it was only high-quality immigrants from Bengal and Tamilnadu who won Oscars, and Nobel Prizes, and invented multiple medical treatments, took yoga to the west. After Indian independence people from the culturally worst states of India migrated to the West. Those states are already famous in India for being religiously bigot, conservative, being abusive to women. These people never go to the West to enrich themselves but go only to earn money. Although many are trying ....Australian universities banned students from specific Indian states, and UK universities restrict them. Other genuine Indians are taking the hit for those bastards. And apply for immigration like I did 22 years ago I had to wait 4 years for my papers to get approved and I got my visa as a skilled worker the moment I landed in Montreal and handed in all my documents to the officers of immigration at the airport I official became a permanent resident and with in one week I got all my medical card and social insurance number and I was even allowed to use my driver licence from country of origin for 3 month till I got a Quebec driving permit I started working as a machinist 3 weeks after I landed and I have been working and living in this amazing oh wait was amazing till Covid hits then the left destroyed every thing good in this country ! End of story !

Every good for nothing Tom, Dick and Harry goes to Canada and Australia. Their extended family in Punjab, Hyderabad and Gujarat think that they are very smart. They were good for nothing in India and will be good for nothing in such countries too. It's so easy to get PR. Canada and Australia gives PR like distributing peanuts. USA has chain migration and allows substandard people through Canada on some easy visa. Anyone's kid who us born in the US becomes a citizen. Undocumented/ 3rd world Asylees gets free money from hard working tax payers. Everywhere politicians are just creating mess to get votes.

Not so acurate information. During the college time students can work only 20h/week. Unless it has changed. \n\nAlso, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get permanent residency before graduation because you need Canadian experience (full time) for at least 1 year in specialized areas. \n\nOnly if you successfully complete your program you get the full time work visa per 3y. In this time it’s going to be possible TO APPLY for permanent residence. \n\nBut not only that. Canadian experience give you extra points in the immigration program, but also a Bachelor’s degree, or a master degree, work experience in your back country, English level, and age. \n\nI don’t know for certain countries if the rules are different, but as long as I know, it’s the same for everybody. \n\nWhen I came as an international student, I had to prove the college was paid, also show I had enough money to support myself for 1y without work. Also, the program at college that costs $4000/semester for a Canadian student, it costs $8-10.000 for an international student. \n\nMy work visa (during college) allowed me 20h per week working only. \n\nTo get my study visa approved I had to show intermediate English, money, work experience, Bachelor’s degree (I have also a master’s), and explain why I wanted to study in Canada and why that program was related to my current career. \n\nTalking about jobs; I have worked as a housekeeper in a hospital (on weekends). After I graduated I became supervisor. \n\nSome people complain about students and immigrants getting the jobs, but what I’ve seen was a lot of people complaining EVERY DAY about their jobs, about their lives, etc…but doing absolutely nothing to change it.\n\nI got here as a student, I became immigrant, I worked as a cleaner, I graduated at college.after 2y working full time I got the permanent residence, and I was back to school. \nI got a Master’s degree at McMaster University, and now I am a manager in a big hospital. \nImmigrants taking the jobs??? Stop criticizing International student! They bring money here to boost economy and hardly collect money for living here during their stay. Yeah those who work on cash should be monitored. And their spouse every country allow them, if you know international students are bringing money, talent and spouse as a work force why aren’t you stopping other working VISAS who simply doesn’t bring anything

CANADA is a real nightmare for international students, and the visas must be renewed every two or three months. My cousin went to school there and she had a hard time. They wanted proof of income from her parents and the source of their income. It is too cold there and it is not for me. They have empty land and need workers. They want them from Europe and not Africa or the Caribbean. Students in other countries get a yearly visa and don't have to submit documents monthly. It is ridiculous and grossly unfair.

Student visa for study only. But if government is soft they give PR. After 4 years in Canada , now every country is changing this laws . Y Indian go study in India . Cheap , and no need to pay 60 lakh for study

IMO international students have said to visa interviewing officers that they will return to their country after education is over. Permitted job hours was known before they paid their education fees. I am Indian living legally in US and I would not support illegal protests from anyone who are not permanent residents or Citizens of that country. Canadian citizens have every right to express their discomfort with the international students when they behave in unlawful ways. In 2023, nearly 319,000 Indian students moved to Canada - this is a big figure only for studies.

Thousands of unskilled immigrants coming to Canada in the tag of students. \n\nAlmost 95% coming here are diploma guys with no experience at all and they expect a permanent residence. \n\nI'm a Master's student with 10 yrs of experience from Mumbai, the level of unskilled students here is so high now that every Tim Hortons is filled with students from Punjab or Harayana. Can't speak a line of English either, who cleared these visas?\n\n\nEnough is enough man, get out now. This country can't survive on such cheap unskilled labour.

Tution is fair to every student comes from any country. Not only Indian. Studying is studying, not immigrantsion. No one told you have right to get a work visa while you get the studying visa.\nDon't do anything shame to your nation.

The whole idea of studying abroad is settling down abroad for students from the third world countries. However students don’t realise that a country cannot accommodate every one as a permanent residents. It is absurd to think that way. Protest means objection but why is there an objection when your visa expires?

I came to Canada 18 years ago from South Asia and work really hard to be in a position where I’m now. I’m not opposed to the immigrant anyway but why almost all the immigrants will come from a particular region? I don’t even recognize this country anymore. Canadian morales are down. So many people came so fast instead of learning Canadian value they are imposing south asian problem in Canadian society. People in South Asia laugh at Canada, and called Canadian govt cute and innocent cause they believe what every temp/student put their application and blindly bring them in Canada. I know thousands of ppl came to Canada by tourist visa and then stay in Canada. Govt even giving them monthly allowance. And I’m paying thousands of dollars in tax. Basically I’m in the same level of a person who do not pay tax but enjoy all the luxury in Canada. It’s a fault of This govt.

It’s crazy how most people think that Canada is importing an army of workers !!\nOnly a small percent of the million that come in every year have work visas (in the UK it is 15% and Canada is similar). The large majority are students from developing countries who are looking to immigrate to the first world but don’t have a job, education or any skills. Then it is family reunification and refugees. We are taking in very few highly skilled workers.

As an Indian student, i would like to share with you my perspective \n1) you will never see me dancing in public, blasting music and littering \n\nI actually spend my sundays cleaning plastic from trails \n\n2) i am a full time student for 4 years funding over 90 grand for a bachelor on top of that paying my taxes and paying 1100$ a month for rent being limited to 24 hours a week I do not work outside campus I work the job the college provided to me \n\nThe problem comes up when people use the 1 year and 6 month diploma program to enter the country and work here full time \n\nThey associate themselves only with indians mainly because they cant speak the English language fluently \nTherefore they associate with the exact people they associated with back home \n\nHow will they adapt to a new country if they hang out with the same people \n\n\nI came to canada with a goal \n\nTo make Canadian friends \nLearn about Canadian culture \nStart a new life \nAnd work my ass off to get my degree \n\n\nMost people move here to make more money \n\nThey sell their land and do so \n\nPlease do not associate hard working indians who adapt and leave their past behind with these people who have come here purely to exploit the system\n\n\nTrust me I know it's hard to hear this but good Indians do exist. It is the same thing in every western country these days. A constant inflow of immigrants, illegal or not, that surpass any reasonable capacity. \n\nTradeau's gov suspended the non-visa requeriment for Mexicans because there were too many going to Canada... I have only been in Canada for seven months now, but I noticed a few things about its economy that led to this mess. I noticed that Canada has no globalized companies, meaning the government only makes a little money from doing business with other nations. Businesses here are lazier than their neighbor, the USA, or even in my country, Vietnam, which could be due to a lack of competitors. Cad also has the biggest forest reserve and largest oil deposit but is the lowest exporter. So I wonder how on Earth it stays in the top 10 wealthiest countries with such lazy activities. Up to this point, foreigners are the biggest income of Canada; this country is truly built on immigrants. To keep the country running, it must attract more foreigners. Without int' students, how much do citizens have to pay to keep schools running? If you view it differently, the government also sells the PR through SV Visa because, let's be honest, if millions of investors have invested, there should be something or at least one globalized company, but there are none. From $75k to $200k, foreigners can buy PR for every family member. It is considered affordable for Asian families compared to the USA or Australia. On top of that, another scam is a carbon tax, which means the government needs to learn how to make money rather than invent taxes and sell dreams to foreigners.

I’m a U.S. citizen living in Thailand. It costs me $2000.00 a year for a retirement visa. I need to check in every three months. I can not own land or a house. The U.S. is a third world country.

In almost every other country you would be jailed, deported and probably not let back in ever if you stay longer than your permitted. There should be agents posted to these rallies checking visas.

This video is exclusively for students and people who are going without any research. I was on temp visa and got PR in a year. Dru*s is a problem every big city in US too. Would you say the same for US too ? Yes, Canada isn't able to take load of more people and policies aren't evolving but showing the videos of particular places and calling the whole country horrible, is same as showing population and poverty problems in india calling it poor country. Healthcare is problematic because there are not many people qualified to do jobs. In the end. if you hate struggle, tough life, foreign countries are no place cos you are starting from zero. Leaving comfort zone and moving out is always challenging. Those who moved out earned good money and came back to India are happier now cos they have the money to function in india and international exposure. It depends where you are in life now and what you are leaving behind. Indian universities are great, and studies are top-notch. However unemployment is still big issue. Do your research, evaluate your options and take a call. And if it didn't work out you can always go back.

Canada has always been a peaceful, prosperous, progressive and a good governance oriented nation. In the recent decade, too much of woke, radical left wing ideology has penetrated into policy and public institutions that have led to Canada’s current day crisis. \n\n2. This country has always welcomed talented immigrants who are willing to integrate with the Canadian society, embrace its values, traditions and culture. However, in the last 10 years, too many refugees and reckless mass immigration has put an incredible pressure on the economy, infrastructure and social cohesion. \n\n3. The political leadership has allowed reckless mass immigration without caring to boost the economy/infrastructure to handle the volume and hence the sorry state of affairs. \n\n4. Too many immigration consultants of Indian origin engage in outright VISA frauds (yes, this is unfortunately true) leading to ppl coming in as a tourist and then seeking asylum or converting their visa into a student visa (55 year olds from Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat coming here as students).\n\n5. A significant chunk of people coming from India (esp. Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat) seeking a permanent residency in Canada are using student visas as a back door to claim eligibility for PR/citizenship. This is downright abusive and was never intended to be used like this. This has fueled a fake college diploma industry into Canada where “2-room” colleges have sprung up along the highways giving out fake diplomas and certifications for easy cash. Thus, the students, the immigration consultants and the fake diploma issuing colleges are all getting benefited from this scam. The internet is filled with such sting operations by Canadian officials exposing Indian students/immigration consultants. Do check them out. \n\n6. Unlike the past, the recent batch of immigrants in the last 3 years or so, make no effort at all to integrate into Canadian society and abuse the system, create law and order problem, drive recklessly, talk loudly in public spaces, litter everywhere, cross railway tracks like they do in India, steal liquor from stores, shamelessly collect food from food banks (as a way to save on groceries) that are meant for the elderly, disabled or those that are in utter poverty. It wasn’t like this ever before. In cities like Mississauga, Brampton and Surrey, the Khalistan movement + gangs involved in theft, drugs and human trafficking are from Punjab/Haryana and they have mushroomed here like crazy. A good 30-40% criminals in prison or on bail in these cities are of India ethnicity. \n\nIt is behaviours like these by Indians in the recent few years that has thoroughly infuriated native Canadians and now they hate the rest of us that have lived here peacefully and have been good citizens. There is a very serious, very real anti-immigrant (anti-Indian too) sentiment building up here. \n\n7. Lastly, the student protests that you have highlighted here is absolutely ridiculous! These students from India came to Canada under a student visa knowing fully well that they are supposed to go back after the completion of their studies, and now they are DEMANDING that they be issued extensions in work permits and be considered for PR. This is insane! This is because they never intended to return to India in the first place and were abusing the system as a back door entry. They are threatening to go on hunger strikes and what not. Legally, on a student visa, they are NOT allowed to participate in any sort of activism. \n\nNOBODY that comes to our country on a temporary visa (student, tourist etc.) has the right to dictate terms to us and demand that we change our immigration policies based on their preferences. No, that will not happen. \n\nCanada, like every country, has the sole right and privilege to decide who gets to become a permanent resident or a citizen based on our national priorities and strategic interests. Immigrants and temporary visitors from India have some soul searching to do as well.

As a fairly liberal Canadian, immigration is the only subject that makes me move to the center-right politically. We don't have the ressources to feed, house and care for 1.5 million new people every year, much less the Canadians already here. Justin Trudeau has been hurting the country with his open door migration policy because he's too scared to lose his brownie points from the far left. Any other politician is too scared to say anything negative and concrete on immigration because it's considered political suicide, but the tide is changing with Canadians. We don't want anymore would be asylum seekers or foreign students working and overstaying their visas because WE CAN'T EVEN TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES ANYMORE. Yes, our birth rates are too low and we need some immigration to help close the population decline gap that will eventually come, but it can't be a free for all. We can barely afford rent, groceries, healthcare, etc. now and I fear it will only get worse in the coming years. At this point, as an early 30 something year old, I will never own a home or even be able to move without dishing out 60-80% of my income for rent. None of this is viable long term, we're reaching the point of criticality

My partner have been in Canada since 2021 and he came there on study visa. While applying for the permit, every student promise to IRCC that they will leave Canada once they finish the study though everyone who comes on study visa aims to be permanent residents later. However both me and my partner think and accept that *PR is not a right that we could fight or protest for.* The Candian govt does not owe a PR promise to any international students. If we are lucky enough to get the PR, well, we are blessed and it's a favour offered by the Govt. of Canada. Anybody applying for any forms of temporary residence in the country are obliged to accept the rules and regulations and policies associated with their stay. If we will not get PR in the future, we will leave the country with All due respect to every opportunities and fortunes that this country has given us. No offense. Also when you move and settle in another country respect their culture and don't ever try to showcase the culture and practices of your home country if it will not be welcomed by the native people.

So, Polliver, when he defeats Trudeau and becomes Canada's PM, needs to introduce a Bill that Taxes extra 10% Company Tax to every employer which hires workers on student visas . Foreign students must leave when the visa is expired. Period. Just like every other country. You want to protest and take action in a court of law? Costing the taxpayers and clogging the courts…That is not necessary as the law clearly applies. Deport immediately (from protest to plane) and ban for life. USA style.

Someone above asked why so much Indians. you see indian student's out there - yes they had to pay 20K-40000CAD FEES to colleges + now a days 20,600 CAD GIC to Banks in Canada. \nEach in total spends 40-80k cad. \n\nAnd every day from the tim cup , pizza/ burger to food delivery you see indian. I was an international Student....15 years ago. I paid about 30k in tuition A YEAR.. I was NOT allowed to work off campus, i was allowed to work ON campus for a maximum of 10 hours A WEEK...in order for me to maintain my Visa status i had to maintain a GPA over 3.5 AND i had to be enrolled in an accredited institution. Our international student department had a quota of how many students they could recruit from every country... Rent was affordable, jobs were aplenty and when it came time for an Internship companies would come do hiring fairs and fight to get students to want to work for them. Now they get about 60k applicants a year that are willing to work for free and taking away from actual citizens.\nAfter 8 years of working and grinding and stressing i earned the right to get a Permanent residence...i had to commit 3 years out of 5 to stay here and work here and pay taxes for me to become a Canadian ...it was the proudest day of my life. I was filled with a sense of achievement that has been shat on by these students. \nIf you or anyone would actually like to talk about how it should be feel free to reach out.\nI will tell you this for free...if a Canadian Citizen did this in my country .. they'd be on the first flight home.

Our immigration system is completely fucked, and there is a billion dollar racket in India filled with lawyers, visa scammers, and consultants that are finding every which way to exploit it for profit. It's not sustainable. In the 90s, only the most qualified immigrants were being let it. Now it is literally indian village kids with fake Visas that don't know how to not oogle women on the street. This is not an isolated incident. Brown guys in delivery jobs, especially students from South Asia, face this kind of humiliation in everyday life. Some of these rich white privileged people often forget that while they are paying for the service, they do not own the delivery people. Regardless of numerous such incidents, every year, many Indians are coming to the US or Canada - many legally and some illegally. If Canada removes the visa requirement, tomorrow more than half of Punjab will be empty - this is the reality and still many Indians don't mind the humiliation. Living a life in a Western country, and owning expensive phones and cars that's what most of them want. I'm not talking about the genuine students who enroll themselves in universities, get decent jobs after graduation, and live a dignified life.
