They don't like to assimilate everywhere they go.

Despite this guy’s racism he got welcomed everywhere & got food, sweet & gifts. Now imagine if he go to where European colonisers lives. He wouldn’t able to even save his camera. Actually he went to European areas you have to see those Europeans. Half of them are ranging on roads under alcohol & drug intoxication. They doesn’t seems they took bath in their lives or get raised in normal family. Just look how they treated this same guy. Their area and how and what they talk with him.

Everywhere you go now is Indians trying to scam every system, break every rule to suit themselves. Just today - I couldn't even buy butter without an Indian being halted at the checkout for ignoring the "six pounds or less" limit per customer the store had imposed. Went to drive thru - couldn't understand the person on other end of speaker. It's everywhere and politicians are all the same. 3000 more Indians into Canada, every day without fail.

Come & check out Hawkesbury Ontario. Used to be a small town with a few immigrant families here & there, which is totally fine. Now, all sorts of newcomers arriving here with no jobs & no place to live ahead of time. We have some kind of temple that we have no idea what it is and recently an Islamic Centre right on Main Street which we also have no idea what it is really. I could go on & on about this, there are so many strangers here now, walking everywhere, talking on their cellphones and sitting on our Main Street all day long....We try smiling at them or say Hi and they turn their head away from us... We don't recognize our town anymore...

Every where you go you can see Punjabi celebrations everywhere it’s like no other culture exists! Way too much immigrants! We don’t want to be forced to see or participate in other peoples culture practice your culture or religion at home please!

It's true though. I couldn't get a job for over two years, I applied EVERYWHERE, they would say they're not hiring, then a week later I'll see a new worker or two being trained and guess what? they're indian/punjab (sorry, unsure all the proper terms of people or the differences). Not to mention that they treat indigenous women the way they would back home.... Pretty much every person I know (I'm indigenous and have experienced it myself) has experienced some sort of harassment or assault or whateva with them... And yes, I know it's not all of them, I also know some great people that are indian/punjab but I'm not going to act like there isn't a problem....... Then people think indigenous people get "hand outs"... I was broke for over two years, I tried welfare, it's not as easy as it seems to people lol Also, I'm sure I'm wrong, but I always assumed Immigration was like... reserved for people that need it kind of like refugees.

Immigration not problem , i am immigrant and now Canadian citizen i used to save money, now i have no money whatever i earn go into bills. Soo much of tax. I am a Legal Alien, and my whole life is in Canada and for Canada. Yes, I can go back to my home country anytime, but my home is Canada. My Family is Canadian, my dog is Canadian. But when I see these new people come over to my Canada, abuse and trash our Country, and take all the F.... jobs. I'm furious and angry. When will changes take place and when? This has to end. No more. End our current Government and make a new one that actually cares for us. Canada needs to stop sending money to other countries and put it towards us. Put kids into colleges for science and people who will take us to the moon, and put doctors EVERYWHERE in Canada. Build a country that is a leader in the world. It can be done. Why is our government destroying its people?

I am afraid you are not asking the crucial question -- why did the government allow such massive immigration to Canada? Do you think the calculation of the government was to help immigrants by bringing in so many to Canada? Is the Canadian government truly that humane? Clearly one impetus for this mass immigration was Canadians cannot by themselves support all of the social systems -- healthcare, welfare, retirement, etc., so Canada needed immigrants who would work like drones to financially support the country. There is also the business interest. Everywhere you turn there is new high-rise being built with hundreds of apartment who do you think is going to pay the $3000 rent for those apartments? Canadians banks also love the deposits of hardworking immigrants. Don't get it twisted, immigrants have been allowed into Canada out of necessity not humanity.

It's not about race or culture. It's just too much is too much. Too much for our health care system. Too much for our economy to handle. Too many jobs are now scarce. Too much is bad for the people who have paid their taxes here forever, just so one particular immigrant group can use up resources that long time generations have built. I'm not saying any particular culture, but there are too many of them. This particular culture should also be reduced because they are exploiting every mistake the government makes (from their good hearts) or loopholes to stay. Not just stay but trying to transform a country into their own. That is wrong. Most immigrants from past generations didn't come here to conquer the country. They came here to be part of a great country. Contribute to it. Make it better, not make it worse. And now here we are. How are we going to fix this? Put a very long pause on immigeation. Get rid of international students from this particular country. They have no right to stay. Stop giving licenses to unqualified people that can't read, write, speak or even understand English. It's becoming a safety issue everywhere. Again, it's not about race. It's the "too many" factor that the country can not sustain.

You didn't address the elephant in the room. When we go abroad we follow the same rules as we have in India. We start working which violates the regulations of tourist visas. I'm not surprised we have a high rejections rate, we are a nuisance everywhere we go.

How can that be ? Everywhere I go I see tfw working away,some have three jobs. Canadian kids can’t find jobs, all the foreigners have their jobs, subsidized jobs should go to Canadian kids. Perhaps at the end of the year when the government sends 4.9 million temporary workers back to their countries there will be jobs. There will also be more medical, more food , more money. I’m an Indian passport holder living abroad due to personal reasons. I’m eligible for the citizenship of a country that most people would dream to get but I do not like to apply for the same because then I would have to renounce my Indian citizenship (India does not allow dual citizenship). Indians themselves are responsible for visa rejections because most of our people (not all) go under the disguise of tourists with the intention to settle in that country. What kind of treatment would you expect then? I came legally and despite never compromising with my cultural values, I have always felt welcomed in the country that I live in. It’s about how you present yourself in the country that you live in. People are good everywhere in this world.

can't give an opinion about living in USA, because I never stayed for long (only for vacations or short visits), but as a visitor, I used to go once or twice a week in the 90's (I used to live 5 minutes drive from the border), as a visitor, I was always welcomed and made friends very easily. Of course, being only a visitor, I didn't have to experience day to day life or any major problems. About police presence, I guess it depends where you go in USA, I'm from Montreal & we also have a very visible police presence (guess it's common in bigger cities). Didn't have any problems with police in USA, like everywhere, if you comply, you'll have good relationship with policemen. If you try to play or disrespect them, you're in for some trouble--no different here in Canada.

There are too many Indians everywhere you go in the world, too many still trying to get out of India. Working in Canada at a fast food restaurant gives someone from India (Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow....) a better standard of living than a middle class living in India. States like UP, Bihar, MP, Rajasthan... still living in 18th century. Gujjus were the first to got out and then Punjabis and then everyone, they damaged the reputation of Indians a lot.

Contrary to what you said about India rising- I beg to disagree with you. Indian workers abroad are resorting to all sorts of scams everywhere they go (apple sacking Indian workers for malpractices is the latest example). Suddenly Indian people are not welcome anywhere and the falling of our passport rankings is indicative enough. Just go to Thailand and though you are free to roam around you are not really welcome!

Our behavior abroad is a problem: talking loud, jumping queues, no sense of personal space, eating habits (we heap our plates at the buffet, can't eat it all & throw it), lack of punctuality etc. Many hotels keep watch on our groups during the free buffet breakfast, for, we tend to surreptitiously fill our lunch boxes on the sly! We go for the cheapest options everywhere (Chinese go for expensive things). Basic manners & maybe a foreign language must be taught from childhood at schools.

Just stop applying for visas for any country. If you do this collectively, unitedly for a year or two, it will bring lots of countries to their senses. Bharat is a tremendous huge power because of its population, specially its most powerful(in the world) middle class. Just go and explore Bharat for a year or so. In the meantime I promise that these foreigners will come to their senses and realize their loss. You will see them advertising and pleading you all to visit their countries. Money talks…everywhere.

Why do Indian need to go to other countries? For business, for studies? Grow the business and do the studies in India. Change the behavior in India for the better.
