Tellement content de ne pas vivre au Canada. J’habite le Québec, un autre pays.

In the last 5 years, we, in Québec have been flooded with half a million new immigrants/illegals. How can we sustain this when our own citizens can't find a decent rent and house prices hit record highs? This open border tolerance has to stop. Send them back by plane!

You make the life of a digital nomad and you consciously choose to have no roots. Canada is a very diverse place. It very probably do not worth living in sythern Ontrio ad in the Vancouver area. But there is plenty of other places in Canada much more affordable and interesting. Me coming from Québec and iving there make me think that you could have choose to come to live here and intergrate yourself into our society. Take for example the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean where i come from more precisely. I guees you never went there. And believe me this in another country in comparison with Vancouver and the whole of southern Ontario. In my mind you should choose to setlle and make babies. This being done you could still live in the nomadic world to a cetain point and be into the digital world.

Immigration is a HUGE issue , surtout from India. I moved to Quéebec, who at one point wanted their identity to remain francophone, we have Indian immigrants on Québec like I was In Toronto, or Bramladesh, Québec used to immigrate people spoke the language, or had the likelyhood to adopt the culture. Haiti, Africa, France, etc.. however, Inia immigrants have ( majority ) no intention to speak french.... and yes housing crisis , needs for doctors and more..

Sorry but i feel somehow relieved that those guys don't stay in Canada... Greetings from Québec, just 30 minutes from the boarder where we saw ilegal imigrants coming from the USA for years ...

The only reason Québec is not as problématique as Montréal Ottawa an Toronto is that we mostly speak french here and most migrant are too lazy to learn to speak french Xd

This is why as an American in Québec I fully support Québec independence. French-Canadians are the original European Canadians going 400 years back. God Forbid it become like the rest of Canada and overrun with third-world newcomers. The rest of Canada needs to stop voting Liberal/globalist. At this point, it's not immigration anymore, it's invasion. So many don't assimilate, they just strictly stick to their communities and their ghettos, and don't mix with the rest or learn about Canadian values. It's not racist or xenophobic to want to preserve the country as it's always been. I'm from Québec so I sure do know what it is to be called all sorts of names for wanting to preserve our culture and language.

J'imagine que ces personnes voudront visiter le Jardin botanique de Montréal car la Chine a contribué à son développement. D'ailleurs, le jardin chinois du Jardin botanique est vraiment superbe. Ceci dit, Montréal est aussi reconnue pour ses écoles de tai chi.

In Québec France is still our #1 country of origin of our immigrants. And then for the top5 we have Algérie, Maroc and Haïti. The French language unites us. But China is still #2 because of the scheer number of people that country has.

I came to Canada (Québec) in 2018 as an immigrant and i absolutely loved it i'm not sure if i was just lucky but housing wasn't a problem for me you can easily find roommates etc however i think there is a big addiction problem as most homeless that i saw are addicts which is unfortunate.

If all the province have listened Québec in 1982, this problem would have never existed.

As an American living in Quebec, the most unique and strongest facet of Canadian culture, you folks in the rest of Canada need to support Québec’s battle to retain its Canadian identity. This is what the Liberals want to wipe out. Y’all bought into to the diversity b.s. Most folks here in Québec have not. Imagine having your culture gone after 400 years of existence.

I just came last year to Québec and I strongly agree with point 2. I was fortunate enough to came with the same company I worked for and with the same position as well, but my wife is an accountant and she is currently working as a cashier at a retail store. She has many colleages who were doctors, teachers and engineers in their homecountries. And yet, I hear almost daily there is a labor shortage in many of those fields. Crazy.

The crime rate and violence are much higher in the USA than in Canada. I was born and I live in Montréal very happy and feeling very safe in my city and all over Québec. I don't know to who the Canada bashing is serving. Pretty sad, so much negativity that our country does not deserve.
