I don't get it. I'm not an American and i hoped for trump to win just for what he said he would and for what biden did to him by making him like Hitler which is not true and almost got him assassinated but seriously...after you see what is happening, how can someone support him.

As an American I fully support Trudeau and Canada. As far as I'm concerned Canada should raise tariffs against the USA for EVERYTHING starting at 100%. The USA under Trump is now Canada's enemy, just as it is the enemy of Ukraine, Europe and the entire rest of the non-fascist world.

I’m American and I stand with Canada also Ukraine. Trump has made the US a nightmare and joke to live in. I was afraid his first term and terrified this second term. I did not vote or support this man.

I come from a long line of Canadian’s, I’m not a fan of Trudeau but I have to say he made me proud today standing up to the school yard bully. Real Americans are not self-serving. Real Americans are for serving others and bettering others because it’s the right thing to do. Our government does not know the difference between right and wrong. Those who support our current government, also, do not understand what it’s like to be selfless versus selfish. I’m a veteran, and serving others and treating others with respect and dignity has been engrained in me and I wish everyone could have the same morality. As an American and a Trump supporter, I agree with these tariffs, but only equal to the tariffs other countries charge the United States on our imports. I do not agree with imposing this on our brothers and sisters to the north. I’m speaking of the good people of Canada. I have traveled to Canada and crossing the border was just like crossing into another state. Yes, there was a border gate which there should be, but I had absolutely no problem whatsoever. I hope our government can work this out very quickly and stop this foolishness. But to countries like China and Europe the United States should charge a reciprocal tariff as to what you charge us on our import. It’s only fair. Why are we paying an exuberant tariff for our goods entering your country and you expect to pay nothing with your goods entering ours. Most Americans, love Canada and love our Canadian brothers and sisters, we’ve always supported each other in world, wars, and other attacks against our respective countries. I pray this is resolved quickly, and then we can once again live United and in harmony.

I'm Danish - we have a big movement in Denmark to boycot American goods. The US has failed in so many ways. They will learn - perhaps to late - what the price is. In the mean time I urge people around the world who supports Ukraine, Mexico, Canada and Europe - who supports the right to freedom - to buy goods from each other. Lets join together with Japan, Australia, South Korea etc - let's show the US that YES, they were important - yes they WERE the leaders of the free world - but they lost the right to that title the moment they selected Trump for president again.
