It’s a sad times our government are only worried about themselves . They are able to ruin the country and do all of these because the United states is filled with hatred .The people of the United States somehow think that Our president working closely with our enemy ( Russia ) Is some type of alliance with working towards segregation toward other Americans they feel are less superior to other Americans . Some sort of race war or segregation. How far will we as Americans let this go on without stepping up.\nOr is this what the American really want.\nWill we stand up to this nonsense and hatred?

As an American, i found this speech to be clear, factual, and classy. I feel sad that trump et al are not behaving equally. As far as i know, trump has no parallel real activity to reduce fentanyl or cartel activity, much less actually advance economy for Americans and our neighbors.

i almost feel sad to see him go and not speaking in public anymore. His voice is so well tuned for the moment.

i'm from australia and i have relatives in canada. i visit them regularly. i feel sad that from now on the cost to visit and stay in canada would most likely become more expensive.

I couldn't agree more I thought I was in Canada lol...this is it because of all the immigrant that got 1000000 placed in nav Canada Cornwall Ontario. Hour dump is already full and they have to drive 40 minutes to bring them somewhere else. Everywhere you look they is one of them. These people are desperate, can you imagine things being so bad in your own country that you travel thousands of miles to try to get into another one that promises a better life? It truly is sad for those who have empathy. Perhaps the United States should tackle the immigration problem by trying to make things better in other countries so those folks don't feel in need to cross over into America. Instead of stopping us aid helping other countries, and waging and supporting wars in other countries, the USA could take a different approach and actually help the world become a better place. It's crazy I know, but it just might help.

This is really sad becuase life after deportations is tough for somebody who was raised in USA. I was taken to the U.S. as a baby and grew up there, but at 19, I was sent back to Mexico—a country I had no memory of, no connections in, and barely spoke the language. My entire family had migrated when I was little, so I was left to figure everything out on my own.\n\nComing back felt like being thrown into an unfamiliar world. I wasn’t fluent in Spanish, had a weird accent, and my mindset was completely different from those who grew up in Mexico. I used to be outgoing and got along with everyone, but now I’ve become more introverted. I struggle to relate to people, have trouble socializing, and often feel like I don’t belong. I feel completely alone, with no one to talk to in person because everyone sees me as an outsider. Many even think I’m a terrible person for coming back after being raised in the very place they dream of moving to.\n\nMaking friends has been challenging too. This is so sad……I feel for some of the migrants but they must also understand that America needs to be protected and borders exist for a reason. I hope those for whom there is a genuine need to migrate are able to do so legally.

Americans MUST feel the pain to grasp the gravity of what a tit-for-tat tariff tiff between the US and Lord-knows-what-nation-Donald-will-go-after-next won't likely end well for us. It is what it is, and Trump is what he is. The whole world has no choice but to let all this nonsense unfold.

As an American it feels a bit extreme, but all Canada has to do is attempt to fix their border, but your leaders would rather choose war. OK. 75% of Canadian exports go to the US while you only take 12% of ours exports. This will be a bloodbath. If Canada was a state in the USA, it would be the 4th largest economy. I have family that is from Canada, this makes me sad.

I don't care what anyone says, but Indian people, particularly (Punjabs) don't like to mixed with other cultures at all. They don't integrate with the Canadian lifestyle. They don't worked very hard, they are rude, they have no respect for other nationalities, racist as fuck, and the list goes on. I have been living in Canada for 34 years and I have never once felt isolated. Now, I feel like Canada has become India. I'm sorry, Trudeau have turned this Canada into a 3rd world Country. I missed Canadians! I don't have an issue with immigrants at all; as I am an immigrant myself from the Carribean. However, I have always respected Canadian culture and their laws. The system is BROKEN. Tenants like this one are abusing the backlogs, landlords like this one want pitty when they are clearly MAKING INCOME on these rentals but are NOT paying taxes on those earnings yet, everyone else has to pay taxes on what little they earn. PLUS, there are landlords such as mine that has decided to take away my basement after renting the WHOLE house so he can build another unit so he can make more money but all he's offered is to keep my rent at the same price, no increase. I have to put up with losing space, parking, dealing with deathly noise for who knows how long just so he can make more money????? He should have made a clear contract around this plan he had to add another unit when he rented it to me. Sadly, landlords have become very greedy, I don't know where they get so much money to buy multiple homes but most families in Canada today can't afford the outrageous downpayments being asked to own a home!!!! I don't necessarily feel sorry for landlords. NOW pay taxes on your income from these homes and you have more of a right to complain I say.
