I'm a white Canadian Nurse. This fellow spoke very well. I've always been pro immigration to mesh cultures and increase the population of this huge Country. However, in the past few years I'm made aware of the increasing violent gangs, theft, plagiarism, dishonesty, Indians getting managerial positions then only hiring Indians, cheating in schools, fabricated names.\nI have a rental and there was a time I chose what I thought a wonderful young Indian couple over 25 others looking. At 21 yrs old, she boasted how she and her Indian friends could trick the cash register at The Bay where she worked giving themselves 80% off everything. He worked for cash for another Indian. They were shameless. Who goes to a foreign Country and steals.

Soon every city in Ontario will be brown town… why is it that we never really had all these scams going on till the last few years?only people I see get caught are brown with multiple fake ids. Non stop scam calls, texts , emails mainly preying on our elderly people and what do they get a theft under 5000 charge and that’s nothing. You have people renting rental to turn around and not live in it just rerent them to brown people and stick 4 in each room for 500 a person.. what to pay for the house they live in or send it all back home. If your white here they won’t even rent to you even if you wanted to because they know the only people that will live in those conditions are them. Rental adds being racist saying only brown people but if we we be put on blast.Not to mention they will only hire their own kind once they have ones in management. \nI had ones move in my place and sure enough 10 + people in it within 2 months and the place is already infested with roaches.\nAnd we wonder why crime , drugs and homeless is going crazy.\nUse Canadians need to start fighting back doing the same only hiring and renting to Canadians. Start threatening them do go back home but no we don’t because we all sit back and do nothing. Welcome to civilization! Since the beginning of time from nomads, ancient civilization, tribes, clans this has been the way over every continent newcomers drive others out. I am a old white man born and raised in Canada...our youth born in Canada don't give a crap about us old folks...then these young men and women that come to Canada for a education and residence show up from India...and bang in an instant I am noticed...do you know why because these young adults were raised to respect their elders...they are hard workers (some holding down three part time jobs) they pau their rent...they are polite and smart...with all this said they are also humans who have a limit. If they stay in Canada and contribute to our society here or go back to their own country using what they learned here to better off their communities in India...it doesn't change a thing...because they are so mature and i am proud that they call me a stranger UNCLE and exchange greetings to me all the time. I might not remember how to say their names but i am good with faces and i return the gestures willingly. It is true they have a hard time finding work that fits their educational title but they never give up and will work hard in any field with patience. I understand they are having a hard time but more Canadians should reach out and listen to them...they will teach you too. What a wonderful culture they bring to our country. To all the young Indian (Indus) women and men that come to Canada hold your heads up high and your parents should be proud of you.

I am wheatish white colored indian ,but once a Karen said racial comments about my mother and then I lost my cool ,I had a go pro tied around and I beat that guy really bad ,called 911 and explained and showed them the footage . I’d love to visit Atlantic Canada: all my friends here on the West Coast say it’s very nice. \nI loved living in Quebec and Montreal, but both cities are very cold in winter—and I don’t speak no french too good, hoste! \nI’m from Ontario. it probably was a beautiful place until white people got there. But it’s way too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Most of my family has moved out to the West Coast. I guess they missed me.\nManitoba is very nice, but you’re right about cold winters and lots of mosquitoes in summer. Winnipeg is a fantastic city. The biggest city on the North American Plains.\nSouthwest Saskatchewan is absolutely beautiful. What I came to realize in life is that people don’t really like you, they like your talent/skills. take your time to be skilled in something and people will hunt down your skills. this applies mostly to all people based on statistics. if you are white and you ain’t skilled, you will be fired. as simple as that. businesses want to make money. so if you are black and you have what it takes, businesses will hunt you down since they will realize that they need your skills. I have learned that from Thomas Sowell and it has freed my mind as a young black man. I am a scientist ( I aspire to be the best one ) and I have started to reap what I sow. stop trying to make people feel sorry for you. work hard, get skills that are needed in the society and the rest will take care of itself. Half the staff I work with are East Indian and are great to work with and everyone gets along but I was wondering if they did this same experiment in Saudi Arabia, Iran or Syria what the results would be using a white North American. I don't think it would go well.

Of all the people in Canada who are convicted of shop lifting, what are the proportions of whites, latinos, blacks or aboriginals? Are shopkeepers justified in their suspicion? We hear a great deal about racism, but never any comparative statistics that prove or disprove it. What I am trying to say is: is there any reason why this prejudice exists in the first place?\nIn Edmonton a few years ago an aboriginal man died of a stroke while waiting for triage in a hospital emergency area. IF I remember correctly, police and hospital staff alike assumed he was drunk, not suffering a stroke. I think the chances of someone in a downtown lower east side area being drunk is much higher than having a stroke. So staff just assumed he was drunk. \nIf more people of all ethnic backgrounds behaved more like whites would that suspicion disappear? I wonder if there is a logical and reasonable explanation for why shop keepers feel they way they do.

I'm a white older woman who refuses to dress up on my days off from work. I get followed around stores. I am afraid to leave a store for fear of being followed. I always have to show my receipts. I have been yelled at by young males of any background because I refuse to speed while driving. I was called a crazy drunk while crossing a parking lot. People seem to be being raised with very poor manners and a lack of respect for others. There is racism in every race or racial biases in every race. We all need to remember we are all actually the same race. It's called the human race. Remember we are all human beings and deserve to all be treated as such.\nWe are all human beings with plenty to offer each other. A new friendship, a wonderful meal, smiles, wisdom, wonderful stories, knowledge etc. I know I am racially profiled by others as well and wish it just wasn't there. Apparently because I'm white I believe I am first whatever that means. It is so much more comfortable when there are no seams. Love to yall

This is very unscientific compared to other Marketplace investigations. i have had worse things done to me by hispanic security guard at Safeway. I am white. i refused to provide my receipt to guard who singled me out after this happened to me multiple times, see below. they detained me for 15 minutes. I called the Berkeley police. Instead of arresting them for false imprisonment Police told me I was banned from store and would be arrested if I return. I have video. Wonder if that would go viral? No, I’m white. Also accused of stealing by Asian american deli workers at Safewat in SF. I have video of that. In that case black security guard backed me up in my claim that I brought in the rye bread from outside that I asked my sandwich be made with. At another Safeway in SF the Eastern European deli manager got the black security guard to single me out to produce my receipt. I showed it to him. A few days later I saw a black man walk in that Safeway and go to the expensive cold drinks area, open a bottle and start drinking it. I alerted the store workers but they refused to ask him fir his receipt because they had not personally seen him steal it. I had nit stole anything but that did not prevent them from asking this white dude or accusing me falsely in 3 different Safeway stores.

No wonder, the non-whites stick together in tight groups with their respective languages and having strong connections for business, staying and other stuff. When there is huge discrimination, they need to resort to this behavior (apart from the natural behavior of staying together with known or familiar people). It is the same here in UK too but later locals start complaining they are not integrated well into local culture. Pathetic.
